OPEN THE BAGS IN ORDER
The assembly Is arranged so that you will open and fin i sh that
bag before you go on to the next bag. Sometimes you may
have small parts remaining at the end ofa bag . These wilt
b ecome partof the next b ag. Some bags may have a large
amount of small parts . We recommend the use ofa part i tioned
paper plate for spreading out the parts so they will beeasierto
find .

ADJUST THE DIFFERENTIAL
0 As you tig ht en lhe diff bolt, you will nOl l ce the T-
nut ears moving closerto the boftom of the dl ff hub
slot. Th is oompresses the spri ng beh ind th eT-nut.
The spring shouldbe fully compressed at th e same
time the T -nut rea<:hes the end of the slot Caution:
Pay close aUen tion to f eel i ng whe n
the spri ng is tully oo~ressed. Do notovertighten the
bolt. When you teel !he spring tully oompressed , l oosen
the diff bOlt 1/8 of atum. No more , no tess .Yourdlff
shou ld row operate very smoot hly when tu r ning the
hubs in opposite di rect ions. Afte r yo u have driven the I
ca r once , reched< lhe di ll ad j ustment. Never a~ust lhe
diff anyother way .
