To install a MCC-25G/41202-2S Ethernet card:
1. PreparetheMezanninecard.
2. ConnecttheblackendoftheLEDSignalCabletotheOCP_LED1headeronthe
motherboard.

4. Align and insert the screw holes of the MCC-25G/41202-2S Ethernet card into the
stand screws, then insert the ports of the MCC-25G/41202-2S Ethernet card into the
portslotsontheserverchassisasshown.
5. SecuretheMCC-25G/41202-2SEthernetcardwiththefour(4)bundledscrews.

Driver Installation
This chapter provides instructions for installing the Ethernet card
drivers on different operating systems.
Chapter 2: Driver Installation

2.1 Windows®Server OS Driver Installation
To install the Ethernet card driver for Windows®Server OS:
1. Restart the computer, and then log on with Administrator privileges.
2. Insert the Support DVD to the optical drive. The Support DVD automatically displays
the Driver menu if Autorun is enabled in your computer.
• IfWindows®automatically detects the LAN controllers and displays a New Hardware
Found window, click Cancel to close this window.
• IfAutorunisNOTenabledinyourcomputer,browsethecontentsoftheSupportDVD
tolocatetheleSetup.exe. Double-click Setup.exe to run the support DVD.
3. Check
QLogic FastLinQ Driver, then select Install.
4. The installation window appears.

5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
2.2 Linux OS Driver Installation
1. Copy the rhel7u4 folder on the support DVD onto your system.
2. Install the following drivers:
• rpm–Uvhkmod-qlgc-fastlinq-<Version>.rhel7u4.x86_64.rpm
• rpm–Uvhqlgc-fastlinq-<Version>.rhel7u4.src.rpm
3. Check if the drivers are installed properly:
dmesg
1. Copy the sles12sp3 folder on the support DVD onto your system.
2. Install the following drivers:
• rpm–Uvhqlgc-fastlinq-kmp-default-<Version>.sles12sp3.x86_64.rpm
• rpm–Uvhqlgc-fastlinq-<Version>.sles12sp3.src.rpm
3. Check if the drivers are installed properly:
dmesg
To install the Ethernet card driver for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4:
To install the Ethernet card driver for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12.3:
• ToinstalltheEthernetcarddriverforotherLinuxOS,pleaserefertotheINSTALL.txt
leunderDriver DVD\Linux on the support DVD for more information.
• ForRDMAfunctionsupport,pleaseinstalltheRDPMdriverundertherespectiveLinux
OS folder on the support DVD.
