What is Carbon deposit?
Carbon deposit is the black gel that caused by the repeated high temperature
of the engine running, which is the the residual rubber in the fuel injector, the
throttle valve, the oil circuit, the spark plug, the cylinder head, the inner wall
and other components caused by insufficient combustion of the gasoline in the
cylinder. Generally, vehicles need to be cleaned of engine carbon when
running for 2 years or driving to 4W kilometers. By removing the throttle,
carbon deposit can be seen clearly.
How does the carbon deposit produce?
1. The vehicle runs at idle speed because of traffic jams, which tends to
produce carbon deposit.
2. The fuel quality is substandard, which cannot be fully burnt in the co
mbustion chamber of the engine, thus generating carbon deposit.
3. The engine workload changes at any time.
4. Driving with low rpm and high gear, while ignoring synchronization of
the throttle and rpm, causes the engine to overload, and thus forming ca
rbon.

I. Precautions
When you open the package, if you find that the machine is damaged during
transportation, please contact the dealer immediately. In addition to the
operating instructions, the general safety regulations and accident prevention
regulations are also observed.
* Avoid connecting the power cord to heat, oil, and sharp corners, and avoid
pulling, squeezing, or twisting the power cord.
* When using this machine, please kindly pay attention to the following:
1. Do not use in the area where flammable, explosive or toxic objects are
stored;
2. Do not pump flammable or explosive, hot ash, burning cigarette butts;
3. Do not pump corrosive liquids such as bleach, ammonia, pipe dredging, etc.
4. Do not pump hard or sharp objects such as broken glass, nails, screws, etc.,
to avoid damaging the hose.
* Please avoid inhalation of gypsum powder, wall powder, cement and other
tiny particles caused by sea blockage, TV burnout and other failures. If you
inhale the above particles, please clean up the Haipa in time.
* Do not use this product without any strainer, which can damage the motor
and shorten the life of the product.
* Do not over-distort, step on, pull the hose, and do not continue to use the
vacuum cleaner hose after it has broken.
* The use of accessories and spare parts must meet the manufacturer's
requirements. Product repairs are replaced and repaired by a dedicated
person in the manufacturing or maintenance department.
* Keep the product and cables out of children’s reach. Persons with impaired
limbs, mental disorders, and lack of relevant experience and knowledge
(including children) must use the product under the supervision and guidance
of the guardian.
WARNING: In the event of damage to the power cord, plug or other
components, the product must be discontinued and replaced or repaired by the
manufacturer or its maintenance personnel to avoid hazards.
II. Product Introduction
AUTOOL HTS 668 Walnut Sand Decarbonizing Machine is sprayed into the
engine intake pipe through high-pressure airflow, and the high-pressure
high-speed sand will roll and collide in the closed intake pipe, thereby
impacting the carbon deposit on the intake valve and the cylinder wall. Then,
the walnut sand and carbon deposit mixture are recycled to the dust bucket
through a special joint.
III. Operation:
1. Open the package, and check if everything well
2. Please take out the parts and machine, and install it as following:
(1) Connect recovery particle pipe with machine;
(2) Install the push rod fixing bracket in place with the main unit;
(3) Install the push rod with push rod column;
(4) Open the lock switches at both ends of the main unit from the upper end,
and lift the head gently to check if the recovery particle filter is stable;
(5) Check if the filter moves;
(6) After inspection, pour walnut sand with outer diameter 0.4-0.8mm into
the host bucket, 2-4KG particle, preferably not over the height of the sieve;
(7) Gently mount the head back to the main unit and lock both ends of the
lock.
(8) After moving the host to where to use it, connect the compressed air of
not less than 0.7MPa to the host as positioned.
(9) Wear safety goggles to prevent splashing and eye hurt.
(10) Plug into 220V/55Hz power supply.
（11）Connect recovery particle connector into recovery pipe for cleaning
（12 ）Press the power switch. To ensure the quality of recycling, it is
recommended to use high-grade sand materials.
（13 ）The carbon removal gun is inserted from the injection port on the
recycling granule joint, and the carbon removal switch is triggered to start the
carbon removal process. In order to clean different particles in different
conditions, please adjust the bottom throttle valve of the carbon gun according
to the actual situation to ensure that the firing rate is in the best condition, and
ensure that the carbon removal is perfect and does not hurt the particles.
