WARNINGS:

As with any product that performs automatic functions, there are certain safety precautions that you must

practice and be aware of.

1. Keep the transmitter out of children’s reach.

2. Do not leave anyone in the vehicle while running on remote control.

3. Alert servicing personnel that the vehicle can be started automatically.

4. Do not start the vehicle by remote while it’s in an enclosed area or garage.

5. Always apply the parking brake and lock the vehicle as you exit the vehicle.

6. The vehicle windows must be rolled up.

7. Should the unit malfunction, disconnect the fuse until the problem is corrected.

8. The use and operations of this system isthe sole responsibility of the operator.

9. Some areas may have local ordinances that prohibit leaving a vehicle running on public streets.

This system needs no specific maintenance beyond remote control battery replacement. The 2-way

remote is powered by a 1.5V AAA battery. The 1-way remote is powered by a pair of 3V, CR2016 batteries.

S E N S O R B Y- P A S S :

The sensor bypass feature is programmed to activate for one arming cycle only. The security system will

return to normal operation during the next arming cycle.

S e n s o r B y- P a s s : Press the button two timeswithin 5secondswill arm the securitysystemand

by-passtheshocksensor.

H I D D E N A L A R M F U N C T I O N : Silent Alarm

Pressthe button first; within 3 seconds press the button to activate the hidden alarm function. The

security system will arm and with “Hidden Alarm Function” The siren / horn will be silenced even if the

sensor is triggered in the armed status. AlarmindicationwillonlyappearontheLCD Transmitter.

F. PASSIVE ARMING (Programmable)

Activearming/disarmingiscontrolled by your security system via the remote transmitter. This security

systemisequippedwith an optional Passive Armingfeaturewhich allows the security system to arm 30

secondsafterthelastdoorisclosed.Operationisasfollows.

1. Turn the ignition to t he “OFF” position and exit the vehicle.

2. After all entrances are closed, the security system LED will flash fast for 30 seconds. If you reopen any

door/hood/trunk,thesecuritysystemLEDwillstopflashing.Itwillbeginflashingagainonceallvehicle

entrancesareclosed.

3. After the 30 -second time has elapsed, the security system will automatically “ARM”. The siren will chirp [1]

timeandtheparkinglightswillflash[1]time.

The vehicle doors will automatically lock after the passive arming cycle has been completed.

2. The siren will chirp twice and the parking lights will flash twice indicating that the security system is now disarmed.

T A M P E R D I S A R M I N G : If the alarm is triggered, upon disarm the system’s siren will chirp 4 times, and the

parkinglightswillflash3timestellingyouthealarmhasbeentriggeredduringthelastarmedstate.

P A T H W A Y I L L U M I N A T I O N : When receiving an unlock /disarm signal, this feature will turn the parking lights

“ON”for30secondsandfor10secondsuponthelocksignal.(Programmable)

T W O S T E P S D O O R U N L O C K ( O p t i o n a l ) : This feature will independently unlock the driver’s door only when

disarmingthe securitysystem.Pushingthe button asecond time within 3seconds willunlock the other

doors.

A U T O M A T I C R E- A R M : If this feature is selected, the security system will automatically re-arm itself in 60

secondsafterdisarmingwithremotetransmitter. Automaticrearmwillcancel ifanydoorisopenedbefore

the60secondstimerhaselapsed.

H.DISARMINGWITHOUTATRANSMITTER

O V E R R I D E S T H E A L A R M W I T H O U T P A S S W O R D P I N C O D E : (Factory Default Setting)

The Override function may be used if the remote transmitter is lost or inoperative.

1.Enterthevehicleandturntheignitionswitchtothe'ON’position.

2.(Alarmwillsound.)

3.Within10secondspushandreleasethevaletswitch.Thealarmwillstopsoundingandenterthedisarm

mode. You can now start and operate the vehicle normally.

O V E R R I D E T H E A L A R M W I T H P A S S W O R D P I N C O D E :

Unlike valet switch that can easily be found and defeated, this security system allows the consumer to

program a password pin code offering a higher level of security.

1. Enterthevehicleandturntheignitionswitchto'ON’position.(Alarmwillsound.)

2. Within5seconds,enteryourchosenfirstdigitcodebypressingandreleasingtheValetSwitch.(When

finished above procedures, system's siren will stop alarming, lights will stop flashing, but the vehicle

c a n ’ t b e s t a r t e d . )

3. Within15secondsofthelastdigitcodeenter(the1stcode),thenturntheIgnitionSwitch“OFF”andthen

“ON”.

4. Within15seconds,enteryourchosenseconddigitcodebypressingandreleasingtheValetSwitch.

5. Turntheignitionswitch“OFF”position.4Chirpsfromsiren/hornand3flashesfromtheparkinglight

indicate the system has disarmed.

Note:You must override the alarm within 60 seconds. If not, the system will automatically re-arm.

“ON”.

will indicate the system has disarmed.

I. VALET MODE:

V A L E T M O D E : (System is inDisarm Mode)

The valet switch allows you to temporarily bypass all alarm function, eliminating the need to hand your

transmitter to parking attendants or garage mechanics. When the system is in valet mode, all alarm

functions and remote start functions are bypassed, however, the remote panic feature and remote door

lockswillremainoperational.Tousethevaletmode,thesystemmustfirstbedisarmedeitherbyusingyour

remotetransmitter,orbyoperatingtheManualOverridesequence.

J . C A R L O C A T O R

Under armed mode, press the button to active car locator function. The siren will chirp 6 times. The

parking light will flash 12 times, for you to easily locate your car.

K. PANIC FUNCTION:

Thetransmittercanbeusedasaremotepanicswitchtomanuallytriggerthealarmincaseofemergency.

1. Press and hold the buttonfor3second.Thealarmwillimmediatelysound.

2. During panic mode, the normal function of this transmitter button will be disabled. The transmitter and

buttonscanbeusedtolockandunlockthedoor(iftheoptionisinstalled),howeveroncethe button is

pressed,thevehicle’sstarterdisabledevice,(whereinstalled)willbedisengagedallowingthevehicletostart.

3. To stop the alarm, press the trunk button on the remote control

4. If the button is not pressed, the alarm will automatically stop after 30 seconds.

L. TRIGGER THE SYSTEM

When armed, your vehicle is protected as follows:

Light impact will trigger the warn-away signal.

Heavy impacts / Doors open /(if installed) Hood open / (if installed) Trunk open / Turning on the ignition key

will trigger the programmed sequence.

The starter disable relay (if installed) prevents the vehicle’s starter from cranking. The siren, horn, parking

lights, and dome light will turn on alerting of an intrusion for 30 seconds. Then it will stop and automatic

reset and re-arm. If the any one of the sensors or detectors is still active, the alarm system will sound a

m a x i m u m o f 3 t i m e s o f 3 0 s e c o nd s c y cl es .

N O I S E A B A T E M E N T C I R C U I T : Your system has a “Noise Abatement Circuit”. It prevents annoying repetitive

trigger sequences due to faulty door pin switches or environmental conditions such as thu nder,

jackhammers airport noise, etc.

Here’s how “Noise Abatement Circuit” works: The alarm triggers five times. Each time, the same sensor

or switch has triggered the alarm; the “Noise Abatement Circuit” will interpret this pattern of triggers as a

false alarm. After the third trigger, the “Noise Abatement Circuit” ignores, or bypasses, that sensor or switch

until a different sensor or switch is trigger.

“Noise Abatement Circuit” covers doors (Hood/Trunk) differently: If the alarm is triggered by an open door

f o r T h r e e f u l l c y c l e s , t h e d o o r s w i l l b e b y p a s s e d u n t i l t h e t r i g g e r c e a s e s .

W a r n i n g : I f y o u d o n ' t n e e d t h e c a r j a c k i n g f u n c t i o n i n t h i s a l a r m s y s t e m , b e s u r e t o s e t c a r j a c k i n g f e a t u r e

“OFF”. This systems default setting is “OFF” for allcarjacking modes.

Under ignition ON , press and hold the and b u t t o n s a t t h e s a m e t i m e f o r 2 s e c o n d s . T h e p a r k i n g

lights will turn on for 1.5 seconds to indicate the system has entered the anti car-jacking mode .

2 . O n c e t h e s y s t e m i n a n t i c a r - j a c k i n g m o d e , t h e s y s t e m w i l l b e t r i g g e r e d w h e n a n y d o o r i s o p e n e d a n d

closed while the ignition is “ON”.

It will operate as noted below:

1. Turn the ignition switch to the “ON” position and the system will arm.

2. Once the system is armed, if you are forced from the vehicle, the system will trigger when the door is

openedandclosedwhiletheignitionis“ON”.

A).50secondsafterthesystemhasbeentriggered.Thesirenwillstartchirpingfor15seconds.

B).Duringthis15secondperiodofchirping,youwillbealertedtopushthevaletswitchoncetoturnoffthe

car-jackingfeature.Ifnot,itwillenterasecondtimerforcarjacking.

C). 65 seconds after the system has been triggered, the siren will start sounding and the parking lights will

startflashing.

D). 90 seconds after the system has been triggered,

2. Thestarterdisablewillactivatetopreventthevehiclefromstarting.

3. Itwillremainactiveuntilthevehicle'sbatterypowerisexhausted.

Press and hold Fbutton of LCD remote until 3 beeps sound , release and re-press Fbutton again, the

LCD remote will show “ALARM “ iconflashontextarea(see advancedusersmode),thenpress

Note: If the system has no response then you are out of range.

Under the ignition switch “OFF” condition, press and hold the valet switch for 2 seconds to page the driver,

one chirp sound shall be emitted from the vehicle and the paging melody sound continues sounding from

t h e R e m o t e L C D t r a n s c e i v e r .

Q.DOMELIGHTCONVENIENCESUPERVISION(OptionalFeature)

Thealarmhasauniquefeaturethatwillturnonyourvehicledomelightasfollows:

1. Upon disarming, the interior light wi ll remain on for 30 seconds.

2. If the vehicle is intruded, the interior light will flash for the same duration as the siren.

Note:Turningontheignitionswitchorarmingthealarmwillturnoffthedomelight.

R.IGNITIONCONTROLDOORLOCK/UNLOCK.(ProgrammableFeature)

Ifthe vehicles door lockshave been interfaced tothe security system, thesystem will automaticallylock the

vehicle's doors when the ignition is turned “ON” and /or unlock the vehicle’s doors when the ignition is

turned “OFF”. (Default setting is “OFF”)

Press and hold button on the transmitter for two seconds to remote ly control the trunk release.

Press the transmitter and buttons at the same time to acti ve Channel 4 function.or

Press and hold Fbutton of LCD remote until 2 beeps sound , release and re-press Fbutton the LCD

remote will show“CH 4” icon flash, then press buttontoactivatechannel4function.

Under Menu mode press b u t t o n w h i l e “POWERSAVE” icon flash, press buttonPowersaveON,

while the power save mode, the LCD remote transceiver use “0” current to save the battery power.

Standard Transmitter

1. Prior to pushing any button on the transmitter. Press the Select IIbutton first on the transmitter.

Press and hold the Fbutton until 2 beeps are heard. You will see the word .Press the trunk button

scrollthroughthe menu. Scroll to the word “ Vibrate”. When you see the word “Buzzer Vibrate”,

pressthetrunkbuttononcetoenterprogramming. Pressthe button to change the setting. (Buzzer, BZ VIB,

Vibrate). Once a setting is chosen. Press the buttontoconfirm.

REMOTESTARTOPERATION:

A . T O R E M O T E S T A R T T H E V E H I C L E :

1. Press button once on the transmitt e r .

2. The parking light will activate to indicate the remote start received the signal.

3. The engine will start in approximately 5 seconds.

4. Once the engine is running, after couple seconds the parking lights will turn on and the climate controls

will activate and adjust the vehicle’s interior temperature to your preset setting. (While the vehicle is running,

t he “ m i n u t e s ” d i g i t o n t h e L C D s c r e e n w i l l f l a s h a n d t h e w i l l i n d i c a t e c o u nt d o wn t i me r b a s ed o n t h e 5 , 1 0 ,

20 or 30 minute run time set up by your installation center.)

5. The vehicle will run for a programmable 5 to 30 minute cycle before shutting down. (When the unit

shuts off the countdown timer will turn off and the transmitter will play a melody.)

2.Pressthebrakepedal.

Note:IfthebrakepedalispressedbeforethekeyisintheONposition,theenginewillshutdown.

C. TEMPORARY STOP FEATURE:

This feature allows the vehicle to remain running after the key has been removed from the ignition. This

featureisusefulforoccasionswhenyouwishtoexitandlockthevehicleforshortperiodsoftime,butwould

liketoleavethemotorrunningandtheclimatecontrolon.

1. Before turning off the engine, press the button once on the transmitter and the LED indicator will flash

3timestoconfirmenter.

2. Turn the ignition key to OFF position. (The engine will stay running.)

3. The engine will run until the pre-programmed time elapsed or shutdown input is received.

D.TURBO CHARGE MODE:

Turbocharger mode keeps the engine running after arriving at yourdestination for a programmable period

of 1, 3 or 5 minutes, This allows the vehicle’s engine time to conveniently cool down the turbo after you have

left the vehicle.

To activate:

1.Whiletheengineisrunning,pullupthehandbrakeandplacethetransmissiongearintheparkposition.

2.Beforeturningofftheengine,press and release and buttons at the same time.

--TheLEDwillflashindicatingtheremotestarthasenteredtheturbochargermode appear on

LCDremote.

3. Take the “Ignition Key” from the key cylinder.

--Enginekeepsrunning.--

4. Exitand securethevehicle.

--Engine continues running until the pre-programmed time elapsed.--

E. TIMER START:

Thisunitcanbeprogrammedtostartandruntheengineevery3hours or punctuallyatthesame timenext

morning,theenginewillrunfortheprogrammedrunningtimeandthenshutdown.

IMPORTANT: Timer Start should be used only in open areas, never start and run the vehicle in on

enclosed space as a garage or carport.

Daily Timer Start: The feature is very useful for the driver who wants to run the vehicle punctually at the same

timenext morning. Beforeset-up of the “Daily Timer Start”, you should set you time for engine start.( see

TimerSetting/ Timerset-upfor“DailyTimerStart,inAdvancedusersMode)

1. Press the button once to remote start the vehicle. As soon as the vehicle is running and the parking

lightshave turnedONorareflashing.

2. Immediately depress the buttononce,within2seconds

+buttons=Start/Stopbutton.)Theparkinglightwillflash(3)times/ iconappear. Thesiren

” button first, within 3 seconds press the button. The

parking light will flash (6) times. The siren chirps (6) times. The vehicle is now programmed to start at the

sametimeofthenextday.Yoursettimeforthenextdayenginestartflashesforapprox.3secondsontheLCD

screen.After3seconds icon staysdisplayedontheLCDscreen.

Press button of LCD remote transceiver to activate or cancel Daily Start feature.

3. Press the brake pedal to stop the vehicle running.

Exit the timer start: Timer start can be exited manually as follows:

1. Make sure the remote start syst e m i s n o t o p e r a t i n g t h e e n g i n e .

2. Turn the ignition on. The LED and parking light will flash (4) times. The horn chirps (4) times. Or

F. TEMPERATURE CHECK

With the built in temperature sensor you can monitor, Through the LCD screen, the present indoor

temperatureofthepassengercompartmentofyourvehicle.

Pressandholdthetransmitter“F”button firstuntil 3 chirps are heard. Then press the F Button three

more times so that TEMP appears on the remote. Within 3 seconds press button; the in-door

temperaturewillbeshownontheLCDscreen.Thisreadingmaybehigherthanactualambienttemperature

duetothegreenhouseeffectandisrelativeonlytotheinsidevehicletemperature.

G.TOTURNOFFTHEREMOTESTART:

Whentheengineisrunning(byremotestart),ifyouwanttostopit,

1. Press buttononceontheremotetransmitterundertheremote startmode.

2. Move the optional remote start enable toggle switch to OFF position. (If installed)
