Lift “F900”

1-VEHICLE
Remove Plastic cover of vehicle bottom
2-REMOVE ORIGINAL TANK
Remove original tank –drill the tank supports and remove them.
Remove the fuel pump.
Cut the filling tube from the tank and remove the non-return valve.
Cut the filling tube in this area Do not damage the no-return valve
Remove the valve from the original tube -2-
Lift “F900”

3- FUEL PUMP
Put the pump on flat surface. It is necessary to adapt the level indicator to the new tank : bend the float in
order to make it 5cm higher

Float modification:
make it 2.5 cm higher

3- SPECIAL TANK
Put the valve in to the from the inside and fix with a support or special bush so that it won’t fall in the tank.
Place the shorten filling tube in the new tank using the rubber tube and clamps.

Place the original Fuel pump and please check the pump orientation (30° angle)
Angle 30°
Fix the new tank to the vehicle:
- M8 screws in to the original fixing points
- Special support
1x M8 Screws at both sides Special support

5. EXHAUST SYSTEM
Dismount the original exhaust from the vehicle Cut the original pipes of the central exhaust
Weld the new pipe Connect the welded pipe to the back exhaust part

6. LIFT INSTALLATION
Fix the lift to the vehicle with the special supports
Lift under the Tank Exhaust is between lift and vehicle bottom

7. HYDRAULIK AND ELECTRIC BOX
The hydraulic power pack is build in protection box. Just disconnect the quick coupling and place the power
pack in the vehicle in the preferred position .
8. LIFTING HEIGHT
If necessary you can set afterwards the max lifting height
