This quick guide is valid only for devices with
serial numbers starting with 6000102ECD/
6000103ECD/ 6000104ECD and rmware
starting from version .59.
You can check the serial number and the
current rmware version of your machine via the
Avoury App after machine registration within
your prole under “Machines“ under “serial
number“ and “Firmware version“.
The serial number is also shown on the bottom
of the tea machine.
The quick guide for the previous serial numbers
and rmware versions is available for download
in the online shop.

Before the rst use
01 Rinse the water tank and ll it with fresh tap water.
02 Press the Start-Button and wait until it shows a
continuous light. Before the rst use, the tea machine
automatically rinses the brewing chamber.
This can take up to 3 minutes.
03 Empty the capsule container and reinsert
all parts back into the Avoury One.
04 Press both brewing time buttons
simultaneously for approx. 3 seconds to set
the water hardness and the water lter.
05 Press the Start-Button to
conrm the settings.
06 Once your Avoury One is
ready-to-use, the Start-Button
will show a continuous light.
Important
Before you start brewing,
make sure the capsule
compartment is closed
and wait until the
Start-Button shows
a continuous light.
Do not forget to remove
the lid foil from the capsule
before you use it. Otherwise
the Avoury One cannot scan the
code in order to brew your tee.

Control your Avoury One via App.
01 Download the Avoury App from the App
store on your smartphone.
02 Switch on your Avoury One and wait until the
Start-Button shows a continuous light.
03 Activate Bluetooth in the smartphone
settings and open the Avoury App on your
smartphone.
04 Click on the icon “Prepare Tea“ to connect
the machine with the Avoury App.
05 When the Start-Button ashes, conrm the
connection by pressing the Start-Button.
06 Once the Start-Button shows a continuous
light, your Avoury One is connected and
ready-to-use.

Cleaning and descaling
In order to clean and descale your Avoury One,
you need to activate the care mode by pressing
the lling capacity - and brewing time + buttons
simultaneously for approx. 3 seconds.
Cancel and switch o
Press and hold the Start-Button for approx.
3 seconds to switch o your Avoury One or to
cancel the brewing.
