2 Allgemeines
Dieses DC / DC-Ladegerät ist ein ausgereiftes, mehrstuges Ladegerät, das eine vollautomatische,
computergesteuerte Programmierung verwendet, um die meisten 12V Start- oder Versorgungs-
batterien aufzuladen. Dieses Ladegerät bezieht seine Energie aus Gleichstromquellen wie
z. B. Lichtmaschine oder Solarmodule und optimiert diesen Strom, um die Ladeanforderungen
verschiedener Batterie zu erfüllen. Es eignet sich besonders für das Laden von Batterien in Wohn-
wagen, Wohnmobilen, Booten und Wochenendhäusern ohne eigenen Stromanschluss.
Der Ladevorgang startet automatisch, sobald eine Gleichstromquelle an das Ladegerät an-
geschlossen ist, z. B. wenn ein Fahrzeug startet, dessen Lichtmaschine an das Ladegerät ange-
schlossen ist, oder wenn das Ladegerät mit Solarmodulen verbunden wird. Es verfügt über einen
Temperatursensor, der über alle Temperaturbereiche optimale Ladespannungen garantiert. Es
stellt sicher, dass Ihre Batterie sich immer in gutem Zustand bendet, schnell geladen werden
können und eine lange Lebensdauer haben.
Das DC-DC Duale Batterieladegerät ist ein vollautomatisches 4-Stufen-Ladegerät mit einem Lade-
strom von max. 20 A für 12 V-Batterien von 18-250 Ah.

ACHTUNG!
Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von brennbarem Material.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur, wenn ausreichende Belüftungsmöglichkeit gegeben ist.
Reparaturen und Wartungen dürfen nur durch autorisierte Fachkräfte durchgeführt werden,
die mit den damit verbundenen Gefahren / Vorschriften vertraut sind.
Achten Sie immer auf eine sichere Platzierung des Gerätes! Das Batterieladegerät muss so
sicher aufgestellt / platziert werden, dass es nicht herabfallen oder umstürzen kann.
Das Gerät und Batterie so sichern und lagern, dass Kinder keinen Zugri darauf haben können!
Kinder können entstehende Gefahren nicht erkennen und nicht einschätzen!
Dieses Batterieladegerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen( Kinder eingeschlossen)
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangels
Wissen und / oder Erfahrung benutzt zu werden; es sei denn, eine für derer Sicherheit
zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erteilt Anweisungen zur richtigen Benutzung des
Gerätes. Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direkter Sonneneinstrahlung oder anderen Wärmequellen
aus, da dies die Ladeleistung verringern kann. Vermeiden Sie die zusätzliche Erwärmung des
Gerätes durch äußere Einüsse. Decken Sie das Ladegerät nicht zu.
ACHTUNG!
Das Arbeiten in der Nähe von Blei-Säure Starterbatterien ist gefährlich!
Batterien entwickeln explosive Gase während des Betriebes und beim Laden! Batteriesäure
ist ätzend. Spülen Sie sofort mit reichlich Wasser, wenn Säure auf die Haut oder in die Augen
gelangt. Ziehen Sie ärztliche Hilfe hinzu. Immer geeignete Schutzausrüstung, Schutzhandschu-
he und Schutzbrille tragen, wenn Sie an einer Starterbatterie arbeiten! Batteriesäure ist ätzend!
Evtl. Säurespritzer sofort mit viel Wasser gründlich abspülen, ggf. Arzt aufsuchen.
Wenn Batteriesäure in die Augen gelangt, sofort wenigstens 10 Minuten unter laufendem
Wasser auswaschen und Arzt aufsuchen.
Niemals in Batterienähe rauchen, oder oenes Feuer benutzen, Funkenbildung und Funken-
ug vermeiden!
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur zum Laden von wieder auadbaren Blei-Säure und Lithium Batte-
rien! Erklärungen zu den einzelnen Batteriearten nden Sie unter Punkt 17.
Andere Batteriearten dürfen nicht angeschlossen werden!
Nicht auadbare Batterien dürfen nicht geladen werden! Gesundheitsgefahr!
Stets auf ausreichende, gute Belüftung achten! Das Gerät im Betrieb niemals abdecken!

ACHTUNG!
Bei stechendem Gasgeruch besteht Explosionsgefahr! Gerät nicht abschalten, Ladeanschluss
nicht abnehmen. Sofort für gute Durchlüftung sorgen! Keine eingefrorenen Batterien laden!
Keine beschädigten, korrodierten, undichte Batterien laden! Batterien niemals über Kopf hal-
ten! Batterien niemals stülpen! Verätzungsgefahr! Der Gebrauch von Zubehörteilen, die nicht
vom Hersteller empfohlen werden, kann zu Beschädigung des Gerätes oder zu Personenver-
letzungen führen! Zudem erlischt die Gewährleistung! Um Beschädigungen der Anschlüsse
zu vermeiden, niemals am Kabel ziehen, immer mittels Stecker die Stromverbindung tren-
nen. Sind Leitungen beschädigt, Gerät nicht verwenden. Gerät soweit möglich von Fachkraft
reparieren lassen. Keine brennbaren Gegenstände wie z.B. Kerzen auf dem Gerät abstellen.
Keine mit Flüssigkeiten gefüllten Gegenstände wie z.B. Wasserbehälter, Getränkebehälter
auf dem Gerät oder in der Nähe abstellen. Nur einwandfreie, unbeschädigte Batterien laden.
Achten Sie auf einen ausreichenden Flüssigkeitsstand in Ihrer Batterie (bei oenen Batterien).
Beachten Sie die Hinwiese des Batterie- / Fahrzeugherstellers. Diese nden Sie in den Begleit-
papieren, dem Bordbuch Ihres Fahrzeuges. Oder wenden Sie sich an den Batteriehersteller.
Ladeanschluss niemals während des Ladevorgangs abnehmen! Ladeanschluss nicht kurz-
schließen! Arbeiten Sie zu Ihrem eigenen Schutz und Sicherheit nicht alleine oder wenigs-
tens so, dass eine andere Person immer in Rufnähe ist. Persönliche metallische Gegenstände
(z.B. Ringe, Arm- und Halsketten, Uhren) vor den Arbeiten an einer Starterbatterie abnehmen
um unbeabsichtigten Kurzschluss zu vermeiden. Kurzschluss-Spannungen können z. B.
Ringe schmelzen lassen und so zu schweren Verbrennungen führen. Achten Sie darauf, dass
Sie nicht mit beweglichen, rotierenden Teilen des Fahrzeugs in Berührung kommen oder
sich Kleidungsstücke, Werkzeuge, Leitungen und Kabel darin verfangen. Bei Arbeiten an der
Batterie niemals den Fahrzeugmotor starten und / oder bei laufendem Motor arbeiten!
Andere als in Punkt 2 benannte Batteriearten dürfen nicht geladen oder an das Ladegerät
angeschlossen werden! Das Gerät darf nicht als Starthilfe verwendet werden.
Das Ladegerät würde nicht reparierbaren Schaden nehmen. Explosionsgefahr!
Das Gerät darf nicht als Stromquelle für andere Zwecke verwendet werden!
WARNUNG!
Vor dem Einsatz eines Batterieladegerätes vergewissern Sie sich anhand der Fahrzeug- und
Batterie-Begleitpapiere über die Polarität, den Masseanschluss und die Wartungshinweise zu
der jeweiligen Batterie oder fragen Sie im Zweifelsfall den Batteriehersteller. Dieses Ladege-
rät ist geeignet Blei-Säure und Lithium-Eisenphosphat Batterien zu laden oder die Batterie in
einem stets startbereiten Zustand zu halten.
ACHTUNG!
Beachten Sie immer die grundsätzlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen beim Gebrauch von elektri-
schen Geräten zu Ihrem eigenen und anderer Schutz vor:
• elektrischer Schlag, • Brandgefahr, • Verletzungen, • Vermögensschaden.
Nehmen Sie das Gerät nur in Betrieb, wenn das Gehäuse und die Leitungen unbeschädigt
sind! Bei Arbeiten am Gerät z.B. Gerätepege, vorher immer erst die Stromversorgung unter-
brechen. Beachten Sie unbedingt alle beschriebenen Sicherheitshinweise! Nehmen Sie das
Gerät nur in Betrieb, wenn das Gehäuse und die Leitungen unbeschädigt sind!
Wischen Sie das Gerät immer nur mit einem trockenen Tuch ab. Benutzen Sie keine Flüssig-
keiten oder chemische Reinigungsmittel. Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Flüssigkeiten ein.
Lassen Sie niemals Flüssigkeiten über das Gerät laufen.
6. Konformität des Produktes
Der Gewährleistungsanspruch erlischt im Fall von Schäden durch Nichtbeachtung dieser
Bedienungsanleitung. Des Weiteren haften wir nicht für Folgeschäden, Schäden an Gegen-
ständen oder Personen die durch Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise und unsachge-
mäßer Bedienung/Handhabung des Geräts oder durch Verschleiß entstehen. Produktdesign
und Spezikationen können ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden. Alle Logos und
Markennamen sind eingetragene Warenzeichen ihrer jeweiligen Inhaber und werden hiermit
als solche anerkannt.
7. Aufbewahrung der Bedienungsanleitung
Lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vor dem Gebrauch sorgfältig und vollständig durch.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist Teil des Produkts. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme
und Handhabung des Gerätes. Verwahren Sie die beiliegende Bedienungsanleitung um auch
später in der Lage zu sein, nach Informationen suchen können. Wenn das Gerät verkauft oder
an Dritte weitergegeben wird, sind Sie verpichtet auch die Bedienungsanleitung weiterzu-
geben da diese laut Gesetzgeber ein Teil des Produktes ist.
8. Gebrauch des Produktes / Installation
Dieses DC / DC-Ladegerät ist ein ausgereiftes, mehrstuges Ladegerät, das eine vollauto-
matische, computergesteuerte Programmierung verwendet, um die meisten 12V Batterien
aufzuladen.
Der Einbau des Gerätes muss so ausgeführt werden, dass dadurch keine Beeinträchtigungen
der Verkehrssicherheit oder der konstruktiven Stabilität des Fahrzeugs entstehen. In der Keine

den Sie Schraubklemmen oder Kabelquetschen.
Der elektrische Anschluss sollte nur von einer Fachkraft durchgeführt werden.
Entfernen Sie vor der Installation die Klemmen von den Batteriepolen.
Für die Installation dieses Geräts sind geeignete Kabel und geeignete Anschlüsse erforderlich
(nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Einzelheiten nden Sie auf Seite 1 mit den Spezikationen.
Bereits vorhandene Kabel, die in Verbindung mit diesem Ladegerät verwendet werden sollen,
müssen überprüft werden, um sicherzustellen, dass deren Größe geeignet ist. Falls erforderlich,
ersetzen Sie die Kabel durch geeignete Kabel, wenn diese den Mindestanforderungen nicht
entsprechen.

- Entscheiden Sie, wo Sie das DC-DC-Ladegerät installieren möchten. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass sich das Ladegerät in einem geeigneten, trockenen Bereich im Fahrzeug oder
Caravan/Wohnmobil bendet, ggf. in der Nähe der Zusatzbatterie
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ladegerät fest montiert ist. Ladegerät kann über Kopf, vertikal
oder horizontal montiert werden
- Messen Sie anschließend die erforderliche Kabellänge von der Hauptbatterie des
Fahrzeugs bis zum Ort des DC-DC-Ladegeräts
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass ALLE Kabel den Spezikationen entsprechen und keiner
übermäßigen Hitze, beweglichen Teilen oder Abrieb ausgesetzt sind
- Bendet sich das Ladegerät in einem Wohnwagen, empfehlen wir die Verwendung einer
13 poligen Anhänger Steckverbindung. Die Belegung der Steckkontakte der Steckverbin-
dung kann gegebenenfalls abweichen und ist im Einzelfall zu prüfen.
Die standardmäßige Belegung der Kontakte ist wie folgt:
- Der Ladewandler bezieht seine Energie an Stecker Nr. 9 (+) und 13 (-).
- An beiden Enden der Kabel geeignete Stecker anbringen
- Schließen Sie die Zusatzbatterie an den gemeinsam benutzten Minuspol (-)
und dann an den Pluspol (+) des Ladegerätausgangs an

- Starten Sie das Fahrzeug und lassen Sie es im Leerlauf laufen
- Das Ladegerät erkennt nun, dass die Hauptstartbatterie geladen wird
- Sobald die Hauptstartbatterie 13,0 V erreicht hat, beginnt das Ladegerät die

- Wenn Sie einen anderen Batterietyp laden möchten, ändern Sie einfach den Batterietyp,
indem Sie die Batterietyp-Wahltaste an der Vorderseite des Ladegeräts drücken
- Nach der Auswahl bleibt das Ladegerät im ausgewählten Batterietyp, bis es geändert wird
- Das Ladegerät funktioniert auch nach dem Ausschalten des Fahrzeugs weiter. Sobald die
Hauptstartbatterie unter 13,0 V fällt, wird das Ladegerät automatisch ausgeschaltet.
2. Solareingang
- Sobald Sie die Eingangsklemme mit den positiven und negativen Kontakten eines
Solarmoduls verbinden, wechselt das Ladegerät in den Solarlademodus
- Wenn Sie einen anderen Batterietyp laden möchten, ändern Sie einfach den Batterietyp,
indem Sie die Batterietyp-Wahltaste an der Vorderseite des Ladegeräts drücken
- Solarladung erfordert eine Eingangsspannung von 16 V bis 25 V von den Sonnenkollek-
toren. Wenn die verfügbare Solarmodulspannung unter 16 V fällt, wird keine Ladung an
die Zusatzbatterie geliefert.
10. Instandhaltung des Produktes
Das Produkt kann mit einem feuchten, weichen Tuch gereinigt werden. Bitte benutzen Sie
keine chemischen oder abrasiven Reinigungsmittel (wie beispielsweise Scheuermilch, Stahl-
wolle etc.).
11. Zubehörteile, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Ersatzteile
Für dieses Produkt sind keine Zubehör- oder Ersatzteile im Lieferumfang enthalten.
12. Informationen zu speziellen Werkzeugen, Geräten
Zur Inbetriebnahme werden keine Werkzeuge benötigt.
Zur Montage benötigen Sie, je nach Befestigungsart Schrauben, ggf. Seitenschneider,
Abisolierzange, Isolierband und Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher.
13. Information zur Reparatur, Austausch von Teilen
Versuchen Sie nicht das in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebene Produkt zu önen oder
gar zu zerlegen. Das Produkt kann nicht repariert werden. Im Falle eines Defektes außerhalb
des Gewährleistungszeitraums ist das Gerät bei den zugelassen Sammelstellen für Sonder-
müll zu entsorgen.
14. Hinweise für die Entsorgung
A) Verpackung: Die Verpackung ist recyclefähig. Geben Sie das Verpackungsmaterial
nur in den entsprechenden Recycle – Müll.
B) Altgerät: Wenn das Gerät eines Tages endgültig außer Betrieb genommen wird,
führen Sie es entsprechend den gültigen Gesetzen / Verordnungen den dafür vor
gesehenen Sammelstellen zu. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich bitte an den für
Sie zuständigen Entsorger oder die entsprechende kommunale Dienststelle.
Batterieladegeräte auf keinen Fall über den Hausmüll entsorgen!
Entsorgen Sie alte Starterbatterien ausschließlich über die zuständigen Entsorger
oder bringen Sie diese zu Ihrem Händler zurück.

1. Batteriearten
1. Blei-Säure Batterie = Ist ein Akkumulator, bei dem die Elektroden aus Blei bzw. Bleidioxid
und der Elektrolyt aus verdünnter Schwefelsäure bestehen.
VRLA = Ein VRLA-Akkumulator (engl. valve-regulated lead-acid battery„ventilgeregelte
Blei-Säure-Batterie“) ist ein Bleiakkumulator in einer verschlossenen Bauform. GEL, AGM und
MF gehören dazu.
GEL = geschlossen Die Säure ist im GEL xiert, es entweichen bei der Ladung keine Gase, das
System ist verschlossen und ermöglicht kein Nachfüllen.
AGM = geschlossen, Die Säure ist im Glasvlies gebunden, es entweichen bei der Ladung keine
Gase, das System ist verschlossen und ermöglicht kein Nachfüllen.
MF = geschlossen, Die Schwefelsäure umießt die Bleiplatten direkt, Gase werden weitestge-
hend rekombiniert. Flüssigkeit ist nicht nachfüllbar.
WET = oen, Die Schwefelsäure umiest die Bleiplatten direkt, Gase entweichen durch die Ver-
schlussstopfen. Flüssigkeit ist nachfüllbar.
CALCIUM = Ist ein Akkumulator, bei dem die Elektroden statt aus Blei bzw. Bleidioxid aus
Kalzium bestehen und der Elektrolyt aus verdünnter Schwefelsäure besteht.
2. Lithium-Ionen-Akku = Ein Lithium-Ionen-Akkumulator (Lithium-Ionen-Akku, Li-Ionen-Akku
oder (sekundäre) Li-Ionen-Batterie) ist eine elektrochemische Spannungsquelle auf der Basis
von Lithium.Eine Weiterentwicklung des Li-Ionen-Akkus ist der Lithium-Polymer-Akku.
2. DC-DC
Ein Gleichspannungswandler- oder Ladegerät, auch DC-DC-Wandler genannt, englisch
DC-DC Converter, bezeichnet eine elektrische Schaltung, die eine am Eingang zugeführte
Gleichspannung in eine Gleichspannung mit höherem, niedrigerem oder invertiertem
Spannungsniveau umwandelt.
3. AWG

2 General
This DC / DC charger is a sophisticated, multi-stage charger that uses fully automated,
computer-controlled programming to charge most 12V startup or power batteries.This charger
draws its energy from DC sources such. As alternator or solar modules and optimizes this stream
to meet the charging requirements of dierent battery. It is particularly suitable for charging
batteries in caravans, motorhomes, boats and weekend homes without their own power supply.
The charging process starts automatically as soon as a DC power source is connected to the
charger , eg. B. when a vehicle starts, the alternator is connected to the loading device is
connected, or when the charger is connected to solar panels. It has a temperature sensor that
guarantees optimum charging voltages across all temperature ranges. It ensures that your
battery is always in good condition, can be charged quickly and has a long life.
The DC-DC Dual Battery Charger is a fully automatic 4- speed charger with a charging current of
max. 20 A for 12 V batteries from 18-250 Ah.

ATTENTION !
Working near lead-acid starter batteries is dangerous!
Batteries develop explosive gases during operation and when charging!
Battery acid is corrosive. Rinse immediately with plenty of water if acid gets on the skin or in
the eyes. Seek medical help. Always wear suitable protective equipment, protective gloves and
safety goggles when using on a starter battery work! Battery acid is corrosive! Possibly Acid
splash immediately with plenty of water thoroughly rinse o, consult a doctor if necessary.
If battery acid gets into your eyes, immediately wash out with running water for at least 10
minutes and see a doctor.
Never smoke close to batteries, or use naked ames, avoid sparks and ying sparks!
Operate the device only to charge rechargeable lead-acid batteries!
Other types of batteries must not be connected!
Non-rechargeable batteries must not be charged! Health hazard!
Always ensure adequate, good ventilation! Never cover the device during operation!
ATTENTION !
If there is a pungent smell of gas, there is a danger of explosion! Do not switch o
the device, do not remove the charging port. Immediately ensure good ventilation!
Do not charge frozen batteries! Do not load damaged, corroded, leaking batteries!
Never hold batteries over your head! Never put the batteries down! Caustic burns!
The use of accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer may result in
damage to the device or personal injury! In addition, the warranty expires!
To prevent damage to the connections, never pull on the cable, always disconnect the
power connection with a plug.
If lines are damaged, do not use the device. First have the unit repaired by a specialist.
Do not place ammable objects such as candles on the device.
No objects lled with liquids such as water containers, beverage containers on the
Turn o the device or nearby. Only charge faultless, undamaged batteries.
Make sure there is enough uid in your battery (with batteries open).
Observe the instructions of the battery / vehicle manufacturer. These can be found in the
accompanying documents, the logbook of your vehicle. Or contact the battery manufactu-
rer. Never remove the charger connection while charging! Do not short-circuit the charging
connection!
For your own protection and safety, do not work alone or at least so that another person
is always within reach. Remove personal metallic objects (e.g. rings, bracelets, necklaces,
watches) before working on a starter battery to avoid unintended short circuit. Short-
circuit voltages can cause rings to melt, resulting in severe burns. Be careful not to come into
contact with moving, rotating parts of the vehicle or get clothing, tools, wires, and cables
in it. When working on the battery, never start the vehicle engine and / or work with the
engine running!
Other types of batteries than mentioned in point 2 may not be charged or connected to the
charger! The device must not be used as jump start. The charger would take irreparable da-
mage. Risk of explosion! The device must not be used as a power source for other purposes!
WARNING!
Before using a battery charger, check the polarity, ground connection and maintenance inst-
ructions for the respective battery using the vehicle and battery documentation, or
consult the battery manufacturer if in doubt. This charger is capable of charging lead-acid
and lithium-iron phosphate batteries or keeping the battery in an always-ready state.
ATTENTION!
Always observe the basic safety precautions when using electric power Devices for your
own and other protection:
• electric shock, • re hazard, • injuries, • property damage.
Only use the device if the housing and the cables are undamaged!
When working on the device, e.g. care of the device, always rst disconnect the
power supply.

7. Storage of the operating instructions
Please read the operating instructions carefully and completely before use. The operating inst-
ructions are part of the product. It contains important information on the commissioning and
handling of the device. Keep the enclosed operating instructions in order to be able to search
for information later. If the device is sold or passed on to third parties you are obliged
to pass on the operating instructions give as these are a part of the product according to
the legislature.
8. Use of the product / installation
This DC / DC charger is a sophisticated, multi-stage charger that uses fully automatic,
computer-controlled programming to charge most 12V batteries.
The installation of the device must be carried out in such a way that it does not impair the
trac safety or the structural stability of the vehicle. In the No soldering wires. Due to the
vibrations, the solder joints break a short time. Use screw terminals or cable crimping.
The electrical connection should only be carried out by a specialist. Remove the terminals
from the battery poles before installation.
Installation of this device requires appropriate cables and connectors (not included).

Existing cables to be used in conjunction with this charger must be checked to ensure their
size is appropriate. If necessary, replace the cables with suitable cables if they do not meet the
minimum requirements.
- Decide where to install the DC-DC charger. Make sure that the charger is in a suitable, dry
area in the car or caravan, possibly in the vicinity of the auxiliary battery.
- Make sure that the charger is rmly mounted with the supplied brackets and screws.
Charger can be mounted overhead, vertical or horizontal
- Then measure the required cable length from the main battery of the vehicle to the
location of the DC-DC charger
- Ensure that ALL cables meet specications and are not exposed to excessive heat,
moving parts or abrasion
- If the charger is in a caravan, we recommend using a 13-pin trailer connector.
The assignment of the plug contacts of the plug connection may dier if necessary and
must be checked in individual cases. The default assignment of contacts is as follows:
- The charging converter draws its power to connectors Nos. 9 (+) and 13 (-).
- Attach appropriate plugs to both ends of the two-wire cables
- Connect the additional battery to the jointly used negative pole (-) and then
to the positive pole (+) of the charger output
- Connect the red (+) cable of the charger with the (+) DC input terminal and the black (-)
with the negative pole (-) on the back of the charger. Finally, make the power connections
to main battery of the vehicle. It is recommended to install a 25A circuit breaker (not inclu-
ded). The circuit breaker should be near the starter battery.
- Check all connections for tightness.

9. Operation oft he product
1. Main and auxiliary battery
- Start the vehicle and let it idle
- The charger now recognizes that the main battery is being charged
- As soon as the main starting battery has reached 13.0V the charger will begin to charge
the auxiliary battery
- The initial default setting is for AGM / Gel batteries
- If you want to charge a dierent battery type, simply change the battery type by pressing
the battery type selector button on the front of the charger
- Once selected , the charger will remain in the selected battery type until it is changed
- The charger will continue working even after the vehicle is turned o. As soon as the
main start battery drops below 13.0 V, the charger is automatically switched o.

2. Solar input
- Once you connect the input terminal to the positive and negative contacts of a solar
module, the charger switches to solar charging mode 
- If you want to charge a dierent battery type, simply change the battery type by pressing
the battery type selector button on the front of the charger
- Solar charging requires an input voltage of 16 V to 25 V from the solar panels. If the availa-
ble solar module voltage drops below 16 V, no charge is delivered to the auxiliary battery

Do not attempt to open or disassemble the product described in this manual. The product
cannot be repaired. In the case of a defect outside the warranty period, the device has to be
disposed at the approved collection points for special garbage.

A) Packaging: The packaging is recyclable. Only put the packaging material in the
recommended recycle - garbage.
B) Old device: If the device is nally taken out of service someday, carry it out accordingly

1. lead-acid battery = is an accumulator in which the electrodes of lead or lead dioxide and
the electrolyte consist of dilute sulfuric acid.
VRLA = A VRLA accumulator (English: valve-regulated lead acid battery) is a lead-acid battery
in a sealed design. GEL, AGM and MF are among them.
GEL = closed, the acid is xed in the gel, no gases escape during charging, the system is closed
and does not allow topping up.
AGM = closed, the acid is bound in the glass eece, there are no gases escaping during char-
ging, the system is closed and does not allow relling.
MF = closed, the sulfuric acid ows around the lead plates directly, gases are recombined as far
as possible. Liquid is not rellable.
WET = open, the sulfuric acid ows around the lead plates directly, gases escape through the

2. Général
Ce chargeur CC / CC est un chargeur sophistiqué à plusieurs étages qui utilise une programmati-
on entièrement automatisée et contrôlée par ordinateur pour charger la plupart des batteries d’
alimentation ou de démarrage 12V . Ce chargeur tire son énergie de sources telles que DC . Sous
forme d‘alternateur ou de modules solaires et optimise ce ux pour répondre aux exigences de
charge des diérentes batteries. Il est particulièrement adapté pour charger des batteries dans les
caravanes, les camping-cars, les bateaux et les maisons de week-end sans leur propre alimentati-
on électrique. Le processus de charge commence automatiquement dès qu‘une source d‘ alimen-
tation CC est connectée au chargeur , par exemple. B. lorsqu‘un véhicule démarre, l‘alternateur
est connecté au dispositif de chargement , ou lorsque le chargeur est connecté à des panneaux
solaires. Il possède un capteur de température qui garantit des tensions de charge optimales sur

ATTENTION!
Si une odeur de gaz est piquante, il y a danger d‘explosion! N‘éteignez pas l‘appareil, ne
retirez pas le port de charge. Assurer immédiatement une bonne ventilation! Ne chargez pas
de batteries congelées! Ne chargez pas de piles endommagées, corrodées ou qui fuient! Ne
maintenez jamais les piles au dessus de votre tête! Ne posez jamais les piles! brûlure!
L‘utilisation d‘accessoires non recommandés par le fabricant peut endommager l‘appareil ou
causer des blessures! De plus, la garantie expire! Pour éviter d‘endommager les connexions,
ne tirez jamais sur le câble, mais débranchez toujours la prise d‘alimentation avec une prise.
Si les lignes sont endommagées, n‘utilisez pas l‘appareil. Faites d‘abord réparer l‘appareil par

Pour votre propre protection et votre sécurité, ne travaillez pas seul ou au moins de manière
à ce qu‘une autre personne soit toujours à portée de main. Enlevez les objets métalliques
personnels (bagues, bracelets, colliers, montres, etc.) avant de travailler sur une batterie de
démarrage pour éviter tout court-circuit involontaire. Les tensions de court-circuit peuvent
faire fondre les bagues et provoquer de graves brûlures. Veillez à ne pas entrer en contact
avec des pièces en mouvement, en rotation du véhicule, ni y introduire des vêtements, des
outils, des ls et des câbles. Lorsque vous travaillez sur la batterie, ne démarrez jamais le
moteur du véhicule et / ou ne le faites pas tourner!
Les types de batteries autres que ceux mentionnés au point 2 ne peuvent pas être chargés
ou connectés au chargeur! L‘appareil ne doit pas être utilisé comme démarrage par saut. Le
chargeur subirait des dommages irréparables. Risque d‘explosion! L‘appareil ne doit pas être
utilisé comme source d‘alimentation à d‘autres ns!
ATTENTION!
Avant d‘utiliser un chargeur de batterie, vériez la polarité, la connexion à la terre et les inst-
ructions de maintenance de la batterie concernée à l‘aide de la documentation du véhicule
et de la batterie , ou consultez le fabricant de la batterie en cas de doute. Ce chargeur est ca-
pable de charger des batteries au plomb-acide et au phosphate de lithium-fer ou de garder
la batterie toujours prête.
ATTENTION!
Dispositifs pour votre propre protection et pour d‘autres:
• choc électrique, • risque d‘incendie, • blessures, • dommages matériels.
Utilisez l‘appareil uniquement si le boîtier et les câbles ne sont pas endommagés!
Lorsque vous travaillez sur l’appareil, par exemple pour l’entretien de l’appareil,
débranchez toujours d’abord l’ alimentation électrique. Il est essentiel de respecter toutes
les instructions de sécurité décrites! Utiliser uniquement l‘appareil, si le boîtier et les câbles
ne sont pas endommagés! Essuyez toujours l‘appareil avec un chion sec. N‘utilisez pas de
liquides ni d‘agents de nettoyage chimiques. Ne plongez jamais l‘appareil dans des liquides.
Ne jamais laisser de liquide courir sur l‘appareil.

d‘utilisation. De plus, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects, des dom-
mages aux personnes ou de personnes résultant du non-respect des consignes de sécurité et
utilisation / manipulation modérée de l‘appareil ou usure causée. La conception et les spéci-

tre le mode d‘emploi. Donner comme ceux-ci sont une partie du produit selon la législature.
8. Utilisation du produit / installation
Ce chargeur CC / CC est un chargeur sophistiqué à plusieurs étages qui utilise une program-
mation entièrement automatique contrôlée par ordinateur pour charger la plupart des
batteries 12V.
L‘installation de l‘appareil doit être réalisée de manière à ne pas compromettre la sécurité du
trac ni la stabilité structurelle du véhicule. Dans le pas de ls à souder. En raison des vibrat-
ions, les joints de soudure se rompent après un certain temps. Utilisez des bornes à vis ou un
pincement de câble.
Le raccordement électrique ne doit être eectué que par un spécialiste. R iez les bornes des
pôles de la batterie avant l‘ installation.
L‘installation de ce périphérique nécessite des câbles et des connecteurs appropriés (non
inclus). Pour plus de détails, voir page 1 pour les spécications.
Les câbles existants à utiliser avec ce chargeur doivent être vériés pour s’assurer que leur taille
est appropriée. Si nécessaire, remplacez les câbles par des câbles appropriés s‘ils ne répondent
pas aux exigences minimales.
- Décidez où installer le chargeur CC-CC. Assurez - vous que le chargeur / mobile home est
dans une zone appropriée, sèche dans la voiture ou caravane, peut - être à proximité de la
batterie auxiliaire.
- Assurez-vous que le chargeur est correctement monté avec les supports et les vis fournis.
Le chargeur peut être monté en hauteur, verticalement ou horizontalement
- Mesurez ensuite la longueur de câble requise de la batterie principale du véhicule à
l‘emplacement du chargeur continu-continu
- Assurez-vous que TOUS les câbles répondent aux spécications et ne sont pas exposés
à la chaleur excessive, aux pièces mobiles ou à l‘abrasion
- Si le chargeur est dans une caravane, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un connecteur
de remorque à 13 broches. L‘aectation des contacts à che de la connexion à che peut
diérer si nécessaire et doit être vériée dans les cas individuels. L‘aectation par défaut
des contacts est la suivante:
- Le convertisseur de charge tire son énergie des connecteurs n os 9 (+) et 13 (-).-
Connectez les ches appropriées aux deux extrémités des câbles à deux ls
- Connectez la batterie supplémentaire au pôle négatif (-) utilisé conjointement ,
puis au pôle positif (+) de la sortie du chargeur.
- Connectez le câble rouge (+) du chargeur à la borne d‘entrée (+) CC et le noir (-) au
pôle négatif (-) à l‘arrière du chargeur. Enn, établissez les connexions électriques à
la batterie principale du véhicule. Il est recommandé d‘installer un disjoncteur de 25 A
(non inclus). Le disjoncteur doit être proche de la batterie de démarrage.
- Vériez que toutes les connexions sont bien serrées.

9. Fonctionnement du produit
1. Batterie principale et auxiliaire
- Démarrer le véhicule et le laisser tourner au ralenti
- Le chargeur reconnaît maintenant que la batterie principale est en cours de charge
- Dès que la batterie principale de départ 13,0 V a atteint Begi NST le chargeur pour
charger la batterie auxiliaire
- Le réglage initial par défaut est pour les batteries AGM / Gel.
- Si vous souhaitez charger un type de batterie diérent, changez simplement le type de
batterie en appuyant sur le bouton de sélection du type de batterie situé à l‘avant du chargeur.
- Une fois sélectionné , le chargeur restera dans le type de batterie sélectionné jusqu‘à ce qu‘il
soit changé
- Le chargeur continuera à fonctionner même après l’arrêt du véhicule. Dès que la batterie de
démarrage principale tombe en dessous de 13,0 V, le chargeur est automatiquement éteint.

1. Types de batterie
1. Batterie au plomb = accumulateur dans lequel les électrodes en plomb ou en dioxyde de

MF = fermé, l‘acide sulfurique circule directement autour des plaques de plomb, les gaz sont

2. Generale

8. Uso del prodotto / installazione
Questo caricabatterie DC / DC è un sosticato caricabatterie multistadio che utilizza la
programmazione completamente automatica e controllata da computer per caricare la
maggior parte delle batterie da 12 V.
L‘installazione del dispositivo deve essere eseguita in modo tale da non compromettere la sicu-

predenita dei contatti è la seguente:
- Il convertitore di carica attinge i connettori n. 9 (+) e 13 (-).
- Collegare i connettori appropriati a entrambe le estremità dei cavi a due li
- Collegare la batteria aggiuntiva al polo negativo utilizzato congiuntamente (-)
e quindi al polo positivo (+) dell‘uscita del caricatore
- Collegare il cavo rosso (+) del caricabatterie al terminale di ingresso (+) CC e il polo nero (-)

zione alla batteria principale del veicolo. Si consiglia di installare un interruttore automa-
