theseneinreases,thebitratewouldusuallyinreaseaswell.Ifthereisasurplusinbandwidth,thismaynotbeanissueand
seletingVariablebitrate(VBR)willbesufient.Butifbandwidthislimited,itisreommendedtoontrolthebitratebyseleting
Maximumbitrate(MBR).Whentheativityintheseneinreases,VBRadjuststhebitrateaordingtotheomplexity,usingup
