manally,gotoSettings>System>Orientation>LicenseplatecaptureassistantandclickCongure.

Therearedifferentexposremodeoptionsinthecamerathatadjstsapertre,shtterspeed,andgaintoimproveimageqalityfor
specicsrveillancescenes.GotoSettings>Image>Exposureandselectbetweenthefollowingexposremodes:
•Formostsecases,selectAutomaticexposre.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallighting,forexampleorescentlighting,selectFlicker-free.
Selectthesamefreqencyasthepowerlinefreqency.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallightandbrightlight,forexampleotdoorswithorescentlightingatnightand
sndringdaytime,selectFlicker-reduced.

images.Sincethecamerasesmoreoftheavailablelightitcandeliverbrighter,moredetailed,images.
1.GotoSettings>Image>Dayandnight,andmakesrethattheIRcutlterissettoAuto.
2.Todetermineatwhatlightlevelyowantthecameratoshifttonightmode,movetheThresholdslidertowardBright
orDark.
3.EnableAllowIRilluminationandSynchronizeIRilluminationtosethecamera’sIRlightwhennightmodeisactivated.

Ifyosettheshifttooccrwhenit’sbrighter,theimageremainssharperastherewillbelesslow-lightnoise.Ifyoset

Dynamicrangeisthedifferenceinlightlevelsinanimage.Insomecasesthedifferencebetweenthedarkestandthebrightest

(WDR)makesbothdarkandbrightareasoftheimagevisible.
