Yourcameradeliverscolorimagesduringtheday.Aslightdiminishes,youcansetthecameratoautomaticallyshifttonightmode.
Thisenablesdeliveringblack-and-whiteimageswiththehelpofIRlight.
1.GotoSettings>Image>Daandnight,andmakesurethattheIRcutlterissettoAuto.
.Todetermineatwhatlightlevelyouwantthecameratoshifttonightmode,movetheThresholdslidertowardBright
orDark.

Ifyousettheshifttonightmodeoccurwhenit’sbrighter,theimageremainssharperastherewillbelesslow-lightnoise.If
yousettheshifttooccurwhenit’sdarker,theimagecolorsaremaintainedlongerbuttherewillbemoreblurringin

videotheratemustbeatleast16imageframespersecond.Fullmotionvideoisperceivedat30(NTSC)or5(PAL)framespersecond.
TheMotionJPEGstreamusesconsiderableamountsofbandwidth,butprovidesexcellentimagequalityandaccesstoeveryimage
containedinthestream.

H.64isalicensedtechnology.TheAxisproductincludesoneH.64viewingclientlicense.Installingadditionalunlicensed
copiesoftheclientisprohibited.Topurchaseadditionallicenses,contactyourAxisreseller.
H.64can,withoutcompromisingimagequality,reducethesizeofadigitalvideolebymorethan80%comparedtotheMotion
JPEGformatandbyasmuchas50%comparedtotheMPEG-4standard.Thismeansthatlessnetworkbandwidthandstoragespace

DisconnecttheAxisproductfromthenetwork.Runthepingcommand(inaCommand/DOS

thismeansthattheIPaddressmayalreadybeinusebyanotherdeviceonthenetwork.
ObtainanewIPaddressfromthenetworkadministratorandreinstalltheproduct.
