streamsoverWeSocketsrequiresanupdatedrowserandthatthenetworkandproxysettingsareconguredtoallowWeSockets.
Theviewingexperiencedependsontheperformanceofthecomputer,therowser,anditsencodingcapailities.Ifavideostreamis
