V prostoru za baterije so 3 baterije (tipa AAA), delno polne.
Polnjenje baterij dokončajte tako, da polnilnik priključite
v električno vtičnico in v vtičnico aparata. Čas polnjenja baterij je
pribl. 7 ur, oz. dokler se na prikazovalniku ne pojavi napis “FULL”. Svetujemo vam polnjenje aparata preko noči na
vsake tri dni ali takrat, ko začne prikazovalnik utripati/aparat preneha delovati.

3. Opozorila glede baterij
Kabel polnilnika baterij lahko predstavlja nevarnost zadušitve, če aparat puščate brez nadzora v bližini dojenčkov
in majhnih otrok. Baterije polnite na varnem mestu, izven dosega otrok. Kadar polnilnika ne uporabljate, ga hranite
na varnem mestu.
• AC/DC polnilnik, ki je priložen aparatu je edini polnilnik, ki je dovoljen za uporabo.
• Baterij ne razstavljajte, ne segrevajte jih preko 100°C in jih ne zažigajte.
• Baterije odvrzite v ustreznem reciklažnem centru.
• Ko se aparat polni, ga ne vklapljajte.
• V nobenem primeru ne polnite običajnih baterij, ki jih ni mogoče ponovno napolniti; to lahko povzroči požar.
4. Varnostni ukrepi
• Aparat predvidoma upravlja pacient sam. Pacient lahko varno uporablja aparat, vključno z vsemi njegovimi
funkcijami, npr.: polnjenje in menjava baterij.
• Uporabljajte le baterije, ki so priporočene v teh navodilih za uporabo.
• Nikoli ne usmerite laserskega žarka v oči.
• Vedno je priporočljivo, da se posvetujete s svojim zdravnikom.
• Če ste noseči, ne uporabljajte aparata za terapijo na trebuhu.
• Ne uporabljajte aparata za terapijo na območju malignega tumorja.
• Ko polnite baterije, postavite aparat tako, da bo olajšan dostop do vtičnice.
• Če se nivo delovanja ene od komponent aparata (laserska energija, polnilnik, itd.) spremeni, vas prosimo, da
se obrnete na prodajalca.
• Opozorilo: Če ste alergični na poliester, najlon ali plastiko, tega aparata ne uporabljajte.
• Opozorilo: Hranite aparat izven dosega dojenčkov, majhnih otrok ali hišnih ljubljenčkov, da se izognete

6. Navodila za delovanje
6.1 Vklopite aparat
Če ste aparat hranili na ekstremnih temperaturah (nižjih od 0°C ali višjih od 40°C), počakajte vsaj 20 minut, preden
ga začnete uporabljati. Pritisnite tipko za vklop (št. 1). Po kratkem pisku se bo vklopil prikazovalnik in prikazal se bo
časovnik (št. 3).
6.2 Nastavite čas terapije
Pritisnite tipko za nastavitev časa terapije (št. 2): na desnem koncu tipke za podaljšanje časa (+) ali na njenem levem
koncu za skrajšanje časa (-). Časovnik je nastavljiv v razmakih po 30 sekund.

6.4 Konec terapije, ponastavitev in izklop
Aparat izklopite s pritiskom na tipko za vklop, tako da se zasliši pisk. Spustite tipko in na prikazovalniku ne bo
nobenega zapisa več. Če se načrtovani čas terapije ni v celoti iztekel, se bo ob ponovnem zagonu aparata na
prikazovalniku izpisal preostanek tega časa. Da časovnik ponastavite, izklopite aparat, nato pa ob ponovnem vklopu
stisnite tipko za vklop za več kot 2 sekundi.
7. Terapevtski postopek
7.1 Predvidena uporaba
B-Cure Laser je namenjen obvladovanju bolečin, vključno s: kroničnimi bolečinami hrbta; kroničnimi bolečinami v
vratu; bolečinami v kolenu; sindromom karpalnega kanala (CTS); fibromialgijo; miofascialnim bolečinskim sindromom
(MPS); funkcionalno motnjo čeljustnega sklepa; kot dodatno zdravljenje lahko pomaga pri celjenju akutnih in
kroničnih ran in razjed ter pri zdravljenju z akupunkturo.
6.3 Aktivirajte laserski žarek in začnite s terapijo
1. korak: s prstom pritisnite “tipko za začetek terapije” (št. 4 v shemi komponent) in se prepričajte, da se na zgornjem
koncu aparata posveti zelena lučka. 2. korak: še naprej držite tipko pritisnjeno in hkrati pritisnite tipko za vklop
(št. 1 v shemi komponent). 3. korak: sočasno spustite obe tipki. Sedaj je laserski žarek aktiven in terapija se lahko
začne. Namestite aparat nežno na kožo, tako da bo z njo v polnem stiku. Ne izvajajte terapije preko oblačila ali
povoja. Delovanje aparata lahko prekinete s kratkim pritiskom “tipke za začetek terapije” (št. 4 v shemi komponent).
Med terapijo boste videli zeleno lučko, ki označuje delovanje aparata. “Piskanje” v 3-sekundnih intervalih ponazarja,
da aparat deluje, in da se čas terapije odšteva, vse dokler ne doseže “00:00”, ko se delovanje aparata samodejno
konča, piskanje pa preneha. Med celotnim trajanjem terapije držite aparat na koži mirno in brez premikanja.

7.2 Potek terapije in odmerek
Začnite terapijo z odmerkom 1,5 minute za vsako posamezno točko in povečujte odmerek
postopoma v roku 24 ur, dokler ne dosežete 6 minut. Opravite terapijo dvakrat na dan,
dosledno. Če po terapiji začutite močnejšo bolečino kot prej, prekinite terapijo za 24 ur
in nato začnite ponovno z zmanjšanim odmerkom. Odmerek lahko povečujete do štirih
terapij na dan. V primeru akutne bolečine, travme ali nekroničnih bolečin lahko že od prve
terapije dalje začnete z odmerkom 8 minut.
7.3 Pokritost
Laserski snop je 4,5 cm dolg in 1 cm širok. Če je območje, ki potrebuje terapijo, večje kot
4,5/1 cm, ponovite terapijo še na sosednjem delu, dokler ne zajamete celotnega območja.
7.4 Terapevtska priporočila za zdravljenje določenih težav
Priporočeni čas terapije vsake posamezne točke je 6 minut, 2- do 4-krat na dan.
Glede priporočenega časa terapije si oglejte ilustracijo človeškega telesa na 7. strani.
1. Kronična bolečina hrbta - Zdravite po dolžini, vzdolž bolečih vretenc spodnjega
dela hrbta, levo in desno od hrbtenice. Za išias – bolečina, ki izžareva v spodnje
okončine – z dotikom določite žarišče bolečine in jo zdravite.
2. Kronične bolečine v vratu - Zdravite a) po dolžini, vzdolž vretenc. b) zdravite vsako stran vratu, po dolžini;
pod ušesno mečico in natančno na vdolbini za čeljustjo.
Za zdravljenje ran
Nastavite čas terapije na 6 minut. Aktivirajte laserski žarek in držite
aparat približno 1 cm nad rano, brez premikanja, vse do izteka časa
terapije. Če je območje rane večje kot ga pokrije laserski snop
(1 x 4,5 cm), nastavite časovnik ponovno na 6 minut in obdelajte
sosednji del rane in postopek ponavljajte, vse dokler s terapijo ne
zajamete celotnega območja rane. Da si olajšate držanje aparata in
izboljšate držo telesa, vam priporočamo uporabo B-CURE stojala.
Uporaba aparata B-Cure Laser Pro za celjenje diabetičnih ran in
težko ozdravljivih razjed je dodatek konvencionalnemu zdravljenju in
ga ne more nadomestiti. Ilustracija prikazuje zdravljenje 4 cm široke
rane in zahteva dve zaporedni terapiji. Namestite aparat za 6 minut
najprej na en del območja rane, nato aparat ponovno nastavite na 6
minut in ga namestite na obdelavo preostalega dela rane. Pazite, da
boste popolnoma zajeli robove rane, ki merijo 3 milimetre na vsako
stran.

Terapijo prekinite. Vzrok za težavo je lahko:
1. V baterijah ni več dovolj energije.
2. Življenjska doba diode je pri koncu in jo morate zamenjati na servisu.
3. Aparat deluje v drugačnem okolju, kot je tisto, za katerega je bil narejen, npr. na temperaturi,
višji od 40°C. Napolnite baterije, vklopite aparat in poglejte, če je napis "LOW" izginil. Če ni,
preverite temperaturo v prostoru, da ni previsoka, in se po potrebi odstranite z vročega območja. Če
temperatura ne presega 40°C in je napis "LOW" na prikazovalniku še vedno izpisan – pošljite aparat
na servis za zamenjavo diode.
Dodatni simboli za težave tega tipa:
Hardware/software napaka. Da odpravite težavo, aparat izklopite in ga znova vklopite.
Če težava ni odpravljena, znova izklopite aparat in odstranite baterije ter jih nato znova vložite nazaj.
Če težava še vedno ni odpravljena, odnesite ali pošljite aparat na servis.

1. Odprtino laserskega žarka (št. 5), čistite s 70-odstotno alkoholno raztopino. Po potrebi jo čistite med terapijami in
preden jo daste v uporabo drugi osebi.
2. Pazite, da med čiščenjem ne boste zmočili leče.
3. Aparat hranite v primernih pogojih za shranjevanje in delo, kot je določeno v tabeli s tehničnimi lastnostmi, aparata

Inside the battery compartment there are 3 (type AAA) batteries
partly charged. Complete the charging by plugging the charger
into an electrical outlet and connect the charger to the socket.
Battery charge time is approximately 7 hours, or until the word “FULL” appears on the screen. We recommend you
charge the device overnight once every three days, or when the display blinks/the device stops functioning.

3. Battery warnings
The battery charger cable may present a choking or trip hazard if the device is left unattended in the vicinity of infants
and small children. Recharge the device battery in a safe place, away from the reach of children. Store the battery
charger in a safe place when not in use.
• The AC/DC charger that comes with the device is the only charger allowed for use.
• Do not take apart the batteries, heat them over 100°C or burn them.
• Discard the batteries at an appropriate recycling center.
• Do not turn the device on while it is being charged.
• Do not, under any circumstances, charge ordinary, non-rechargeable batteries; it might cause a fire.
4. Safety precautions
• The patient is the intended device operator. The patient may safely use the device including all its functions,
e.g.: charging and changing the batteries.
• Use the batteries recommended in this instruction of use.
• Never aim the laser beam at the eyes.
• It is always recommended to consult your doctor.
• If you are pregnant do not use the device to treat the stomach.
• Do not treat an area with a malignant tumor.
• When charging battery, position the device in such a way that will facilitate access to the plug.
• If the performance level of one of the device components (laser energy, charger, etc.) changes, please
contact the distributor.
• Warning: If you are allergic to polyester, nylon or plastic, please don’t use this device.
• Warning: Keep the unit out of reach of infants, young children or pets to avoid hazards.

6. Operating instructions
6.1 Switch the device ON
In case the device was stored in extreme temperatures (lower than 0°C or above 40°C), allow the device to rest for
approx. 20 minutes until the following use. Press the main power switch (No. 1). After a short beep the display will
switch on and a timer will be displayed (No. 3).
6.2 Set treatment time
Press the treatment time setting button (No. 2): on its right side to increase time (+) or its left side to decrease time (-).
The timer is adjustable in increments of 30 seconds.

6.4 End of treatment, reset and turn OFF
To switch o the device, press the main power switch until a beep sounds. Release the button and the display will
go blank. If the planned treatment time has not been fully utilized, the timer will display the remaining time at startup.
To reset the timer, switch o the device, then press the main power switch for longer than 2 seconds while switching
on the device.
7. Treatment protocol
7.1 Intended use
B-Cure Laser is intended for the management of pain including: Chronic back pain; Chronic neck pain; Knee pain;
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS); Fibromyalgia; Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS); Temporomandibular Joint Disorder;
May assist as an adjunctive treatment in treating acute and chronic wounds, Acupuncture treatment.
6.3 Activate the laser beam and begin treatment
Step 1: press the “treatment start push-button” (no. 4 in the component legend illustration) with one finger, and
make sure the green light at the front of the device is on. Step 2: continue pressing this button and simultaneously
press, using an additional finger on the pressure switch area (no. 1 in the illustration). Step 3: release both buttons at
the same time. Now the laser beam is active and treatment can begin. Place the device gently in full contact with the
skin. Do not treat on top of clothes or bandaging. To stop the functioning of the device, briefly press the “treatment
start push-button” (no. 4 in the illustration).
During treatment, you will see a green light indicating the device is functioning. “Beep” sounds at 3 second intervals
indicate that the device is functioning and that the stopwatch is counting down until reaching “00:00” at which time
the device’s functioning will automatically end and the “Beep” sound will stop. Hold the device on the skin steadily
and motionless during the whole duration of the treatment.

7.2 Treatment course and dosage
Start treatment in 1.5 minute dosage for each treatment point and increase the dosage
gradually within 24 hours until you reach 6 min. Treat twice a day, consistently. If you
experience increased pain following treatment, stop the treatment for 24 hours then start
again with a reduced dosage. You may increase the dosage to 4 treatments a day. In
cases of acute pain, trauma or non-chronic aches, you may apply a dosage of 8 minutes
from the first treatment.
7.3 Coverage
The laser beam size is 4.5 cm long and 1 cm wide. If the area that requires treatment is
larger than the 4.5/1 cm, repeat treatments on the adjacent area until you’ve covered the
whole area.
7.4 Treatment recommendations for common conditions
The recommended time for each point of treatment is 6 minutes, 2-4 times a day.
For all recommended treatment therapies, consult the human body illustration, page 15.
1. Chronic back pain - Treat lengthwise along the painful vertebrae of the lower back,
to the left and the right of the spine. For Ischia - pain radiating to the lower limb -
Identify the focal point of the pain by touch and treat it.
2. Chronic neck pain - Treat a) Lengthwise, along the vertebra. b) Treat each side of the neck, lengthwise; under
the ear lobe, and exactly at the indentation behind the jaw.
For wound treatment
Set treatment time to 6 minutes. Activate the laser beam and hold the
device about 1 cm above the wound, motionless, until the termination
of the set treatment time. If the area of the wound exceeds the size of
the laser beam area (1 x4.5 cm), set the stopwatch again to 6 minutes
and treat the adjacent treatment point and repeat until the whole
surface area of the wound has been covered.
In order to ease the holding of the device and improve posture, it is
recommended that the B-CURE stand should be used.
Using B-Cure Laser Pro to treat diabetic wounds and hard to heal
wounds, is in addition to the standard treatment and does not replace
it. The illustration demonstrates treating a wound that is 4 cm wide
and requires two consecutive treatments. Place the device, for 6
minutes, on one area unit, and then, set it again for 6 minutes and
treat the adjacent area unit. Make sure, to perfectly cover the margins
of the wound measuring 3 millimeter on each side.

3. Knee pain - Treat the sore knee a) On the back of the knee along the inner crease. b) On the outer side of the
knee, lengthwise. c) On the inner side of the knee, lengthwise. You can also treat the front of the knee, under
the kneecap.
4. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) - Treat the sore wrist a) On the inside, along the width of the joint - on the crease.
b) On the inside, perpendicular to ‘a’, lengthwise. c) Treat the length of the thumb, along the pad. You can also
treat the back of the hand, at the gap between the thumb and the bone of the index finger towards the joint,

Tip: Always start from the most painful point and then move to other spots, so as to ensure you are treating the

Batteries are not charging. Switch the device off then on again to fix this error.
If the problem persists, switch off the device, remove the batteries and then reinsert them.
If the problem persists, ship or deliver personally the device to the service center.
The indication "LOW" is displayed when laser power level is below the required level.
Treatment should be stopped. The cause may be one of the following:
1. Battery power is too low.
2. Diode lifespan has reached its end and should be changed at the service center.
3. The device is operated in a different environment than for which it was designed, e.g.
temperatures higher than 40°C. Charge the batteries, switch on the device and see if the
writing "LOW" has disappeared. If not, verify that room temperature is not exceptionally high, and if
necessary move away from the hot area. If not higher than 40°C and the writing "LOW" is still displayed -
ship the device to the service center for diode change.
Additional signals for errors of this type:
Hardware/software error has occurred. Switch the device off, then on again, to fix this error.
If the problem persists, switch off the device, remove the batteries and then reinsert them.
If the problem persists, ship or deliver personally the device to the service center.

10. Device maintenance
1. Clean the laser beam aperture (No. 5), using a 70% alcohol solution . Clean between sessions if needed and before
handing it to another person’s usage.
2. While cleaning, be sure to prevent wetting the lens.
3. Keep the device in proper storage and work conditions as specified in the technical specification table, do not
leave the device in the car in hot weather. When not in use, store the device in a dry room and protect it against
extreme moisture, heat, lint, dust and direct sunlight.
11. Warranty
The warranty is for 24 months according to company policy, as is detailed on warranty certificate. If batteries and/
or a charger are supplied with the device, they are not included in the warranty. The manufacturer/ distributor is
responsible for performance, safety and reliability of the equipment only on condition that all repairs are carried out
exclusively by company-authorized personnel.
