Installation Instructions
I. INTRODUCTION
This instruction sheet describes the installation
procedures for SURVIVAIR’s TwentyTwenty®Headnet™
Kit. This installation may be performed by users and/or a
SURVIVAIR certified technician. You must read and
understand this instruction sheet and be properly trained
before attempting installation or operation of this device.

The Operation Instructions supplied with
this kit must be provided to the user of
the modified SCBA.
NOTE
All SURVIVAIR certified technicians are required to
remain current on new procedures and parts through
SURVIVAIR’s published Technical Bulletins, technical
manual revisions, and certification seminars.

III. DESCRIPTION
The TwentyTwenty®SCBA facepiece can be modified by
removing the facepiece headstrap and replacing it with
the Headnet supplied in kit P/N 962270.

V. TOOL LIST
No tools are required.
VI. INSTALLATION
1. Remove the existing headstrap from the
TwentyTwenty SCBA facepiece.
2. Remove the top three buckles and buckle
straps from the upper rim.
3. Insert the three top straps through the
slots in the upper rim as shown in Figure
1.

4. Pull the straps to ensure that they lock in
the slots.
5. Route the elastic adjustment straps
through the bottom facepiece buckles as
shown in Figure 2.

6. Leave enough slack in the elastic
adjustment straps to allow them to be
pulled over your head.
VII. TESTING
Pull on the top three straps to ensure they do not pull out
from the rim slots.

LIMITED WARRANTY:SURVIVAIR®warrants this
product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
During this period, SURVIVAIR will repair of replace
