BCL135 Service Manual Annex 1
Oil leaks on handle
Sometimes the end use face oil leaks coming from the handle.
The reason is the oil tank and its connection hose. This manual explains how to replace
the oil tank in case of oil leaks from the oil tank:

Empty the tank and remove its screw cap
Remove the 9 fixed screws of the handle

Warning: some of the nuts could get
disassembled during this process.

Press on the oil tank and pull out the
black case cover as the picture shows
Once the black case cover is
disassembled from the oil tank, remove it
carefully to avoid missing parts and to
avoid the disassembly of the triggers
Disassemble the oil tank

Disassemble the tank hose connection
Once the tank is completely
disassembled, clean all the rest of oil
inside the handle compartment
Take the new oil tank, code 66390

Connect the hose of the new oil tank
Assemble the new oil tank on its place as
the picture shows

Once the tank is correctly assembled on
its place, the sure that all hoses and
wires are on their position/guide and that
there are not bent hoses which could
obstruct the oil circuit
Assemble the battery cable on its place
Put the black case cover on its position

Press down the black case cover to
assemble the oil tank into the case
Check that the safety trigger gets
correctly assembled with its stopper
inside the handle assy
Assemble the 9 screws
Refill the oil tank, close it and check the
correct performance of the tool
