Preparing meat
Assembly
1. Place the tee into the opening in the motor housing. Hold the tee with one hand and insert the
blocking button into the opening at the side of the motor housing. Turn it clockwise.
2. Fix the worm complete to the tee by turning it slowly, starting with the long end, until the shank of
the feed is securely fixed in the motor housing.
3. Place the cross blade on the shank of the worm complete, with the sharp edge facing forward (see
diagram). If the unit's elements are not properly assembled, meat cannot be processed.
4. Lastly, mount the desired disc. The projections must be inserted into the hollows.
5. Turn the lock ring tightly, but avoid over-turning it. Place the filler jacket on the tee and set it in the
proper position. Place the unit on a slip-free work surface. Never block the ventilation ducts at the
sides and under the motor housing.
Grinding meat
6. Cut the meat into cubes or strips slightly smaller than the opening. Insert the plug into a socket,
then turn the unit on.

Preparing kebbe
Recipe (filling)
100 g lamb
1 ½ tbs olive oil
1 ½ tbs finely chopped onion
1/3 tsp spices
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tbs flour
Grind the lamb 1-2 times. Fry the onion until lightly brown and add the ground meat, spices, salt and
pepper.

5
(External shell)
450 g lean meat
150-200 g flour
1 tsp spices
1 tsp nutmeg
a dash ground paprika
a hint pepper
Grind the meat three times and mix it in a bowl with the other ingredients.

three times in the meat grinder.
Before mounting the kebbe attachment:
Remove the cross blade and disc by performing steps 3-5 in the reverse order.
•
••
•
Place kebbe attachments A and B together on the shank of the worm complete; the projections
must fit into the hollows.
•Turn the lock ring but avoid over-turning.
•Perform steps 5-6 to prepare empty shells.
Form kebbe as shown in the following diagrams, then fry in hot oil.
When food products get stuck

coming through the disc due to the unit being blocked by bones or other objects, turn the unit off.
Do not turn the unit on.
•Press "CIRCUIT BREAKER" to reset the unit.
•Press "OFF/REVERSE" to loosen whatever has got stuck in the unit.
•The reverse function will continue as long as the "OFF/REVERSE" is pressed.
