1.1 General safety
•Read all Instructions.
•Keep the instruction manual for future use. Should
a third party be given the appliance, please ensure
the instruction manual is included.
•Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
•Never use the appliance in the bath, shower or
over a wash basin filled with water; nor should it be
operated with wet hands.
•To protect against fire, electric shock and injury
to persons do not immerse cord, plugs, or (state
specific part or parts in question) in water or other
liquid.
•Unplug from outlet when not in use and before
cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking
off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
•Clean all parts before using the appliance for the
first time. “Cleaning and maintenance” section, see
details.

•Main switch should always be at “0” position when
no water is available in the kettle or when it is not
used.
•Amount of water inside the kettle shall be between
tap level and maximum sign (0,5 to 3 L). Excessive
water may overflow while boiling. Ensure that the
water level is not below tap level, add more water
when it is reduced.
•Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug
cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any
control to off, then remove plug from wall outlet.
•When you want to pour the water boiled in the
appliance to another vessel, switch off and pull
out the plug first then remove the upper circle and
hold the appliance from both handles and pour the
water to the tap side taking care as the water shall
be hot.
•Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
•Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter,
or touch hot surfaces.

•Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner,
or in a heated oven.
•Never put anything other than water inside the
kettle.
•Protect your hands from the vapor of boiling water
and always hold the appliance from its handles.
•If not already present, for additional protection
it is recommend to install a residual-current-
operated protective device (RCD) with a rated
residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA
in the electrical circuit of your bathroom. Ask your
plumber for advice.
•Ensure that the air-induction and output openings
are not covered during operation.
•The appliance is equipped with an overheating
protection system.
•Pull out the power plug after use. Do not disconnect
the plug by pulling on the cable.

•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has
been damaged in any manner. Return appliance
to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or adjustment.
•The use of accessory attachments not
recommended by the appliance manufacturer may
result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
•When the boiling switch is open ( position),
teapot or lid shall always be available on the kettle
compartment. Otherwise, the appliance will fail
to sense the boiling of the water and shall not
return to energy saving position with boiling still
continuing.
•Do not open the appliance under any circumstances.
No warranty claims are accepted for damage
caused by incorrect handling.
•Never place the appliance on soft cushions or
blankets during operation.

•Do not use outdoors (this item may be omitted if
the product is specifically designed for outdoor
use).
•Always keep the appliance out of the reach of
children.
•This appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
•Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
is used by or near children.
•Position the Teapot so that steam is directed away
from the handle.
•Do not remove the Lid/ Teapot while the water is
boiling. Ensure that kettle container covered by Lid
and Teapot properly.

1.2 Complance wth WEEE regulaton and
dsposal of the waste product
This product does not contain harmful and forbidden materials
described in the “Directive on the Restriction of the Use of
Certain Hazardous Substances in Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment” (EEE) issued by the T.R. Ministry of Environment and
Urbanization. Complies with the WEEE Directive.
This product has been manufactured with high quality parts and materials
which can be reused and are suitable for recycling.
Therefore do not dispose of the product with normal domestic waste at the
end of its service life. Take it to a collection point for the recycling of electri-
cal and electronic equipment. Please consult your local authorities to learn
the nearest collection point. Help protect the environment and natural re-
sources by recycling used products.
1.3 Package nformaton
Packaging materials of the product are manufactured from re-
cyclable materials in accordance with our National
Environment Regulations. Do not dispose of the packaging
materials together with the domestic or other wastes. Take
them to the packaging material collection points designated
by the local authorities.

3 General Informaton before Use
• Samovar is a practical appliance
designed for brewing tea in the
conventional sense. It boils water
in a short time when it is oper-
ated and then it returns to keep-
ing the water in boiling position
automatically saving the energy
consumption about 90%.
• This position boils the water at
minimum level and both prevents
unnecessary boiling and keeps
the tea in the teapot hot continu-
ously and saves energy.
• When more water is added to
the kettle, the boiling switch is
turned on again to boil the water
in a short time.
• When the water is boiled, heat-
ing is brought to the minimum
level again and water is kept at
boiling.
• Briefly, boiling switch is turned
on with the main filter when
water is added to the kettle and
main switch is turned off when
you are done with serving tea.
• In the meantime, minimum en-
ergy consumption setting for
keeping the boiling teapot hot is
performed automatically by the
appliance.

• Appliance is protected with
two thermostats against these
conditions for safety purposes;
these thermostats open the cir-
cuit when no more water is left
and it starts to operate when
water is added.
• Samovar may also be used as a
kettle in the kitchen. Kettle lid or
teapot, even if it is empty, shall
be placed over the kettle com-
partment in this case.
• Keeping the water continuously
boiling in the energy saving po-
sition, the appliance provides
boiling water ready while you are
doing your work in the kitchen.

4.1 Makng Tea
1. Unwnd the supply cord around
the skrt compartment of your
applance n the requred length
and plug t to a grounded out-
let. It would provde ease of use
to keep the power cord length
short and reduce trp.
2. Place the drp cap rght under the
plot lght so that marked parts
are algned wth each other. Drp
cap shall prevent last drop of
water n the tap or water overf-
lowng from the glass wettng
your counter. You can just remo-
ve the drp cap to dran t.
3 General Informaton before Use
• As the heating is at minimum
while keeping the appliance boil-
ing, available amount of water is
kept ready for a long time with-
out being vaporized away.
• To pour the boiled water to an-
other vessel, switch off and pull
out the plug first then remove
the upper circle and hold the ap-
pliance from both handles and
pour the water to the tap side
taking care as the water shall be
hot.

7. Dependng on the amount of
water added, t wll start to bol n
3 to 10 mnutes and bolng shall
return to off ( ) poston auto-
matcally and reduce the heatng
power n order to keep the wa-
ter bolng at mnmum level and
save energy. At ths pont, red
plot lght shall be turned off and
green lght shall llumnate.
8. Brew the tea wth boled water
and replace the teapot.
9. Add water to kettle f requred.
Turn on the bolng swtch agan
f you have added water.
4 Operaton
4.2 Heatng Water
Samovar may be used for heating
and boiling water when required in
the kitchen. Add water to the kettle
compartment as in preparing tea and
turn on the main switch and boiling
switch by placing the lid or teapot on
the kettle compartment for this. As
described in tea brewing process, ap-
pliance returns to keeping the water
boiling position after boiling the wa-
ter in a short time, in this way there
will always be boiled water ready if
the appliance is kept on while you are
doing your work in the kitchen.

5.1 Cleanng and care
1. Pull the plug out before cleanng.
2. Never submerge the applance
n water.
3. Man swtch shall always be tur-
ned off (0) when you are done
wth servng tea or heatng wa-
ter.
4. Teapot and flter may be washed
n the dshwasher or by hand.
Empty the kettle compartment
and wpe ths area wth a dry or
damp cloth, never wash t by m-
mersng t to water.
5. Lme n the water wll collect on
the base of the kettle and redu-
ce the effcency of the kettle
n the course of the tme. Put
commercally avalable descalng
agents or some ctrc acd (ctra-
te) nsde the kettle wth some
water and bol t; then wat for
a whle and rnse and pour down
the water. Do not forget to rnse
carefully wth clean water.
5.2 Storage
• If you do not plan to use the ap-
pliance for a long period of time,
please store it carefully.
• Make sure the appliance is un-
plugged and completely dry.
• Do not wrap the power cord
around the appliance.
• Keep it in a cool, dry place.
• Make sure that the appliance is
kept out of the reach of children.
