1. Remove all packaging and sticker materials and
dispose of them according to the applicable
legal regulations.
2. Before using the appliance for the first time,
clean parts which come into contact with food
(see the “Cleaning and care” section).

1. Make sure that the power cord has been
disconnected from the wall socket and the
speed control (2) and accessory release switch
(1) is set to speed 0 prior to attaching the beater
or dough hooks to the mixer.
2. Insert the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7)
into the accessory slots for beaters and dough
hooks (5) on the mixer until they lock into place.

Insert dough hook (7) in the larger of
the two accessory slots (5).

The beaters (6) can be inserted in
either of the two accessory slots (5).
3. Insert the plug into the wall socket.
4. Dip the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) into
the food mixture before switching the hand
mixer on.
5. Set the speed control (2) to the desired speed (1
to 4 speed settings).
– The appliance begins to operate.

Select a suitable speed level,
depending on the type of food.
While mixing, you can press the
Turbo button (3) to briefly raise the
speed level to the maximum speed.
The speed of the Turbo button (3)
corresponds to the level 4 of the
speed control (2).

WARNING: Here, the standard
load means the added flour should
be less than 900g in every time
blend and the added water ratio
should be around 72g of water for
each 100g of flour.
6. After you finish operation, set the speed control
(2) to speed 0. Disconnect the plug from the
wall socket. Wait for the appliance to come
to a complete standstill and then pull out the
beaters/kneading hook from the food mixture.
7. Hold the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7)
with one hand and push the accessory release
switch (1).
– The beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) will be
released.

WARNING: Never press the
accessory release switch (1) unless
the speed control is on position 0
and the appliance is disconnected
from the wall socket.

AWARNING:
When attaching the
mixer to the housing, make sure that
the whiskers and kneading hooks
are not attached.
1. Start from the rear part of the mixer to place it
into its housing.
- Click will be heard.
2. Press the housng openng button to lft the
housng.
3. Ft the whsker/kneadng hook wth double
notches to the small accessory housng (5),
and ft the whsker/kneadng hook wth a
sngle notch to the large accessory housng
(5).
4. Put the ngredents nto the mxng bowl.
5. Press the housng openng button to close the
housng downwards.
- Click will be heard.
6. Operate the applance (see 3.2)
7. Once mxng/kneadng s done, set the speed
controller to “0” and unplug the applance.
8. Press the housng openng button to lft the
housng.
9. Grab the whskers or kneadng hooks by one
hand and press the accessory detachng
button.
10. Press the mxer detachng button to take out
the mxer.

1. Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from
the wall socket.
2. Let the appliance cool down completely.
3. Use a damp and soft cloth to clean the outer
surface of the appliance and the stand.
AWARNING:

them under running water.
4. Use some dishwashing liquid and hot water
to clean the whiskers (6), kneading hooks (7)
and the bowl. Then dry all parts thoroughly.
Whiskers and kneading hooks are dishwasher-
safe.

1. Alle Verpackungsmaterialien und Aufkleber
entfernen und diese entsprechend den
gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsorgen.
2. Qurle und Knethaken vor der ersten
Inbetrebnahme des Gerätes rengen (sehe
Abschntt „Rengung und Pflege“).

1. Vor Einstecken von Quirlen oder Knethaken im
Mixer sicherstellen, dass das Netzkabel aus der
SteckdosegezogenundGeschwindigkeitsregler
und Zubehör-Freigabeschalter (1) auf eine
Geschwindigkeit von 0 eingestellt sind.
2. Qurle (6) oder Knethaken (7) bs zum Enrasten
n de Öffnungen für Qurle/Knethaken (5) am
Mxer stecken.
3. Netzstecker n de Steckdose stecken.
4. Qurle (6) oder Knethaken (7) vor Enschalten
des Handmxers n de Mxtur halten.
5. Geschwndgketsregler (2) auf de gewünschte
Geschwndgket (Geschwndgketsenstellung 1
bs 4) enstellen.
– Das Gerät beginnt zu arbeiten.

Je nach Lebensmitteltyp eine ge-
eignete Geschwindigkeit wäh-
len. Beim Vermischen kann die
Geschwindigkeit durch Betätigung
der Turbo-Taste (3) kurz auf
das Maximum erhöht werden.
Die Geschwindigkeit der Turbo-
Taste (3) entspricht Stufe 4 des
Geschwindigkeitsreglers (2).

 Hier meint die
Standardlast, dass je Einsatz
weniger als 900 g Mehl verwendet
werden sollten; das Verhältnis sollte
72 g Wasser je 100 g Mehl betragen.

Achten Sie bei An-
bringung des Mixers am Gehäuse da-
rauf, dass Quirle und Knethaken nicht
angebracht sind.
1. Platzieren Sie den Mixer beginnend beim
hinteren Teil in seinem Gehäuse.
- Er rastet hörbar ein.
2. Drücken Se de Taste zum Öffnen des
Gehäuses und heben Se das Gehäuse an.
3. Brngen Se den Qurl/Knethaken mt zwe
Kerben an der klenen Zubehöröffnung (5)
und den Qurl/Knethaken mt ener Kerbe an
der großen Zubehöröffnung (5) an.
4. Geben Se de Zutaten n de Schüssel.
5. Drücken Se de Taste zum Öffnen des
Gehäuses und schleßen Se das Gehäuse
nach unten.
- Es rastet hörbar ein.
6. Gerät bedenen (sehe 3.2)
7. Stellen Se nach dem Mxen/Kneten den
Geschwndgketsregler auf „0“ en und zehen
Se den Netzstecker.
8. Drücken Se de Taste zum Öffnen des
Gehäuses und heben Se das Gehäuse an.
9. Halten Se de Qurle oder Knethaken
n ener Hand und drücken Se de
Zubehörfregabetaste.
10. Drücken Se de Mxerfregabetaste und
nehmen Se den Mxer heraus.

Verwenden Sie für bessere
Ergebnisse mindestens 200 ml.

Zur Reinigung
des Gerätes niemals Benzin,
Lösungsmittel, Scheuermittel oder
harte Bürsten verwenden.
1. Gerät ausschalten und Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen.
2. Das Gerät vollständg abkühlen lassen.
3. Rengen Se de Außensete des Gerätes und
des Ständers mt enem angefeuchteten,
wechen Tuch.

Netzkabel niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen,
niemals unter fließendes Wasser
halten.
4. Rengen Se Qurle (6), Knethaken (7) und
Schüssel mt etwas Spülmttel und heßem
Wasser. Trocknen Se sämtlche Tele
vollständg ab. De Qurle und Knethaken snd
spülmaschnengeegnet.

Nach der Reinigung und vor dem
Einsatz des Gerätes alle Teile
sorgfältig mit einem weichen
Handtuch trocknen.

•Wenn das Gerät längere Zet ncht benutzt wrd,
sollte es sorgfältg aufbewahrt werden.
•Darauf achten, dass der Netzstecker gezogen
wrd und das Gerät komplett trocken st.
•Das Gerät an enem kühlen, trockenen Ort
lagern.
•Das Gerät sollte mmer außerhalb der
Rechwete von Kndern aufbewahrt werden.


•Transporteren Se das Gerät n sener
Orgnalverpackung. De Verpackung schützt
das Gerät vor Sachschäden.
•Legen Se kene schweren Gegenstände auf
dem Gerät oder der Verpackung ab. Andernfalls
könnte das Gerät beschädgt werden.
•Falls das Gerät herunterfällt, st es
möglcherwese ncht mehr funktonsfähg oder
west dauerhafte Schäden auf.
