3 Operation
3.1 Preparation
1. Remove all packaging and sticker materials and
dispose of them according to the applicable
legal regulations.
2. Before using the appliance for the rst time,
clean parts which come into contact with food
(see the “Cleaning and care” section).
3.2 Operation
1. Make sure that the power cord has been
disconnected from the wall socket and the
speed control (2) and accessory release switch
(1) is set to speed 0 prior to attaching the beater
or dough hooks to the mixer.
2. Insert the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7)
into the accessory slots for beaters and dough
hooks (5) on the mixer until they lock into place.

the two accessory slots (5).

The beaters (6) can be inserted in
either of the two accessory slots (5).
3. Insert the plug into the wall socket.
4. Dip the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) into
the food mixture before switching the hand
mixer on.
5. Set the speed control (2) to the desired speed (1
to 4 speed settings).
– The appliance begins to operate.

Select a suitable speed level,
depending on the type of food.
While mixing, you can press the
Turbo button (3) to briey raise the
speed level to the maximum speed.
The speed of the Turbo button (3)
corresponds to the level 4 of the
speed control (2).

6. After you nish operation, set the speed control
(2) to speed 0. Disconnect the plug from the
wall socket. Wait for the appliance to come
to a complete standstill and then pull out the
beaters/kneading hook from the food mixture.
7. Hold the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7)
with one hand and push the accessory release
switch (1).
– The beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) will be
released.

the speed control is on position 0
and the appliance is disconnected
from the wall socket.

3.2.1 Hints and tips
•To avoid mixing egg shells in with the food
already in the container, put them into a
separate container first. Then add them to the
mixture.
•Remember that climatic conditions, seasonal
temperature differences, temperature and
consistency of the ingredients could affect
the preparation time necessary as well as the
results.
•Always start blending on a low speed. Increase
the speed gradually until you have reached
the recommended speed for the food you are
mixing.

4.1 Cleaning and care
AWARNING:
Never use petrol
solvents, abrasive cleaners, metal
objects or hard brushes to clean the
appliance.
1. Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from
the wall socket.
2. Let the appliance cool down completely.
3. Use a damp soft cloth to clean the exterior of
the appliance.
AWARNING:
Never put the
appliance or power cord in water
or any other liquids and never hold
them under running water.
4. Clean the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7)
with warm, soapy water. Then rinse the beaters
or kneading hooks with clear water and dry
them off thoroughly. The beaters or kneading
hooks can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

a soft towel.
4.2 Storage
•If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long
period of time, please store it carefully.
•Make sure the appliance is unplugged and
completely dry.
•Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.

of children.
4.3 Handling and
transportation
•During handling and transportation, carry
the appliance in its original packaging. The

3.1 Vorbereitung
1. Alle Verpackungsmaterialien und Aufkleber
entfernen und diese entsprechend den
gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsorgen.
2. Qurle und Knethaken vor der ersten
Inbetrebnahme des Gerätes rengen (sehe
Abschntt „Rengung und Pflege“).
3.2 Betrieb
1. Vor Einstecken von Quirlen oder
Knethaken im Mixer sicherstellen, dass
das Netzkabel aus der Steckdose gezogen
und Geschwindigkeitsregler und Zubehör-
Freigabeschalter (1) auf eine Geschwindigkeit
von 0 eingestellt sind.
2. Qurle(6)oderKnethaken(7)bszumEnrasten
n de Öffnungen für Qurle/Knethaken (5) am
Mxer stecken.

Knethaken (7) in die größere der
beiden Öffnungen stecken.

Quirles (6) können in beide
Öffnungen(5)eingestecktwerden.

– Das Gerät beginnt zu arbeiten.

Je nach Lebensmitteltyp eine
geeignete Geschwindigkeit
wählen. Beim Vermischen kann die
Geschwindigkeit durch Betätigung
der Turbo-Taste (3) kurz auf
das Maximum erhöht werden.
Die Geschwindigkeit der Turbo-
Taste (3) entspricht Stufe 4 des
Geschwindigkeitsreglers (2).

WARNUNG: Hier meint die
Standardlast, dass je Einsatz
weniger als 900 g Mehl verwendet
werden sollten; das Verhältnis sollte
72 g Wasser je 100 g Mehl betragen.

WARNUNG: Geschwindig-
keitsregler (2) nach dem Einsatz auf
0 einstellen. Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen. Warten, bis das
Gerät zu einem vollständigen Still-
stand gekommen ist; dann Quirle/
Knethaken aus der Mixtur ziehen.
6. Qurle (6) oder Knethaken (7) mt ener Hand
halten und den Zubehör-Fregabeschalter (1)
drücken.
– Die Quirle (6) oder Knethaken (7) werden
freigegeben.

wenn sich der Geschwindigkeitsregler
nicht auf Position 0 befindet und
das Gerät von der Stromversorgung
getrennt ist.

4.1 Reinigung und Pflege
AWARNUNG:
Zur Reinigung
des Gerätes niemals Benzin,
Lösungsmittel, Scheuermittel oder
harte Bürsten verwenden.
1. Gerät ausschalten und Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen.
2. Das Gerät vollständg abkühlen lassen.
3. Außensete des Gerätes mt enem feuchten,
wechen Tuch abwschen.

WARNUNG: Gerät sowie
Netzkabel niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen,
niemals unter fließendes Wasser
halten.

WARNUNG: Quirle (6) und
Knethaken (7) mit warmem
Seifenwasser reinigen. Quirle und
Knethaken dann mit klarem Wasser
abspülen und gründlich trocknen.
Quirle und Knethaken können auch
im Geschirrspüler gereinigt werden.

Nach der Reinigung und vor dem
Einsatz des Gerätes alle Teile
sorgfältig mit einem weichen
Handtuch trocknen.
4.2 Lagerung
•Wenn das Gerät längere Zet ncht benutzt wrd,
sollte es sorgfältg aufbewahrt werden.
•Darauf achten, dass der Netzstecker gezogen
wrd und das Gerät komplett trocken st.
•Das Gerät an enem kühlen, trockenen Ort
lagern.
•Das Gerät sollte mmer außerhalb der
Rechwete von Kndern aufbewahrt werden.

•Transporteren Se das Gerät n sener
Orgnalverpackung. De Verpackung schützt
das Gerät vor Sachschäden.
•Legen Se kene schweren Gegenstände auf
dem Gerät oder der Verpackung ab. Andernfalls
könnte das Gerät beschädgt werden.
•Falls das Gerät herunterfällt, st es
möglcherwese ncht mehr funktonsfähg oder
west dauerhafte Schäden auf.

qu’elles soient supervisées ou
qu’elles aient reçues les consignes

nettoyage ne doivent pas être

attendez qu’il soit à l’arrêt complet.
