User Instructions
Welcome to the family of SUPER SOCO owners! This manual will provide you the
information required for the correct and safe use of the Super Soco smart electric
bike. To ensure your safety, please read this manual carefully before riding and
be sure to always follow the guidelines and requirements below:
Fully review and study the information in this manual, including but not limited to the
relevant instructions, precautions and warnings.
Fully review and study the operation and safety requirements of Super Soco smart
electric bikes.
Read all warning labels on your Super Soco smart electric bike.
SUPER SOCO can not be held responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the
unauthorized modification, failure to use original spare parts, or the installation of
components that adversely affect the performance and safety of the bike.
Please contact the SUPER SOCO dealer and service center at if you have any
questions about this bike. They are at your service at any time. Wish you safe and
pleasant riding experience!
Safety Instructions
To ensure the safety of you and others, please make sure to observe the following
matters:
Do not ride after taking medications which may affect your riding ability, after
drinking alcohol, or when you are unwell.
Observe traffic regulations and traffic signs and be aware of the surrounding road
conditions and bike conditions at any time, so as to pro-actively avoid danger.
Wear safety equipment, such as helmet, and appropriate protective clothing if
necessary, such as gloves and boots.

Before every ride, do a basic safety check to confirm that the lights,and brakes are
functionally properly and that the tire tread depth and tire pressure are within
acceptable limits. Periodically check the complete bike for loose parts or abnormal
noises. Your Super Soco e-bike also requires regular maintenance. To assure your
own safety and the mechanical integrity of your Super Soco - please set up a
scheduled maintenance arrangement with your SUPER SOCO Service Center.
In order to ensure the safety of yourself and others, do NOT use the high beam in
well lit areas or where illegal. The unnecessary use of the high beam can blind other
vehicles and pedestrians and is illegal in most areas with city limits. Consult the
provincial driving code and local regulations.
Do NOT make or answer phone calls while riding, which is la driving distraction and
likely to cause traffic accidents.

Instrument Panel Layout
Item 1: Speed / fault code
Displays current speed.
When fault indicator goes on, fault code is displayed.

Item 2: Ambient temperature
Displays current ambient temperature.
Item 3: Clock
Displays current time.
Item 4: Total mileage
Display the total mileage.
Holding down the M12 button on the back of the instrument panel will clear the trip
distance.
Item 5: Controller temperature
Displays the actual controller temperature under current operating conditions.
Item 6: Real-time current
Displays system current draw (electrical load).
Item 7: Power display IconDisplays current battery charge level.
Item 8: Numerical power readout Displays current battery level as a percentage
Item 9: Performance Mode display
Displays Performance Mode selected.
Mode "1" is Eco or Economical Mode and limits speed to 15kph
Mode "2" is Normal or Cruising Mode and limits speed to 25kph
Mode "3" is Sport or Sport Mode and limits speed to 32 kph
Item 10: Selectable display
Maximum range based on mode selected and battery charge/ trip distance/
RPM.
Trip meter references a resettable trip riding distance.

RPM projects the remaining driving range based on mode selected and battery
charge level.
Press the S11 button on the back of the instrument panel to switch the motor
speed, the current riding distance, and the remaining distance per charge.

Slide the control to the left side to turn on the left direction
indicator.

direction indicator.
3. Horn button
Press to operate horn and release to stop.

1. Headlamp button
Push up to turn on the headlamp.

2. Mode shift button
The bike has three modes, i.e., 1 “eco”, 2 “cruise”, and 3 “sport”. Slide right for “eco”,
middle for “normal” and left for “sport”.
3. Parking safety button
The parking button has two modes: Press to park the bike and parking indicator
on. The throttle will not function in PARK Mode. This is a safety feature to avoid
accidental and unintentional operation of the throttle while moving or performing
scheduled maintenance.
Press again to exit the parking status.

Start Button
After unlocking the bike with the Smart Remote Controller, press the start button.
The Super Soco e-bike will now be in a “Powered” state and ready to operate.
Press it again to turn off the bike.
1. Power button flashing: Indicates locked mode.
2. Power button steady: Indicates standby mode.
3. Outer circle lightning: Indicates powered on
state.
Smart Remote Controller Operation
With the advanced Smart Remote Controller, you can easily lock or unlock your
Super Soco smart electric bike by simply pressing the button within 50 meters of
the bike.

1. Lock button. When the bike is in the [Standby State], press the lock button, and the
start button will flash.
The bike is now in [Locked State].
2. Unlock button. Press the unlock button, and the start button stays on.
The bike is now in [Unlocked State].
How to operate the fork lock
1 After the bike stops, turn the handlebar to the far left, insert the key into the fork
lock, and rotate it rightwards to lock the bike.
2 Insert the key into the fork lock, and rotate it leftwards to unlock the bike.
Opening the storage box and saddle

1. Insert the key and rotate it to the right, and the storage box will be opened when you
hear a [Click] sound.
2. Insert the key and rotate it to the left to open the saddle. Basic tools are provided
inside saddle.
Operation of Circuit Breaker Switch
As the protection switch for the main power of TS smart electric bike, the circuit
breaker switch will automatically trip when the bike circuit is abnormal or the
current exceeds the set safe value.

TIPS: In order to protect your safety, please turn off the circuit breaker when cleaning,
storing the bike for a long time, or when removing the battery pack.
Configuration of the adjustable footpegs (fixed) or pedals
The original adjustable footpegs provides three riding modes, and can be adjusted for comfort.
1. Open the saddle and take out the included Allen wrench;
2. Unscrew the bolt under the pedal or foot peg;
3. Adjust the footpegs to the appropriate position (three positions)
and tighten the bolt.

Riding Guide
Checks before Riding
To insure your safety on the road, be sure to check the following items before riding a
Super Soco e-bike.
Verify that the handlebar is stable and moves easily when turned.
Verify that the switches on the right and left handlebars are functioning normally.
Verify that the throttle is functioning normally.
Verify that the tire pressure is normal. The recommended tire pressure is
20-25psi for front wheel and 26-32 psi for rear wheel. Correct PSI depends on
load.
Check tire surfaces for cracks, damage, wear, and foreign matter puncture or
attachment.
Verify that the tire tread depth is sufficient (>0.8 mm).
Check any fault warning light on the instrument panel that goes on after being
powered up.
Verify the battery charge.
Verify that the head and tail lights, brake lights and turn signal lamp are
functioning normally.
Verify that the horn is functioning normally.
Verify that the rear mirrors are clean. Adjust them to the appropriate angle.
Verify that the brake fluid level is sufficient, and that the throttle and brake
system are working normally.
For any abnormality or operational concern, please contact your SUPER SOCO
Customer Service Center where you purchased your bike.

How to start the bike
1. Press the “Unlock” button of the Smart Remote Controller, and then the
main power button.
2. Put on a helmet, ride the TS, and retract the electronic side stand.
3. Press the “Start” button, and the bike enters the “Powered” state.

4. Press the “Parking” button to exit the parking state, and the parking indicator goes off
5 Gently turn the throttle to ride on the road.
TIPS
Before riding, make sure the electronic side stand is retracted and rotate the
handlebar to ensure that the fork lock is unlocked.
If the parking button is pressed when riding, the e-bike drive system will be
shut down. Therefore to avoid dangers caused by the sudden loss of power -
DO NOT press it when riding.
If the electronic side stand is extended when riding, the e-bike drive system
bike will be shut down. Therefore DO NOT extend the electronic side stand
when riding to avoid dangers caused by the sudden loss of power.

The bike must be fully stopped before re-starting. In case of any abnormality
during riding, please stop carefully and push it to a safe place for verification.
DO NOT try restarting the bike while riding or while in the the road so as to
avoid danger.
Battery Use Instructions
Charging Methods
How to charge the battery on the bike
1. Insert the main charger plug into the charging port of the bike.
2. Insert the charger's AC power plug into the socket. The charger LED
indicator turns red while the battery is charging.
3. The battery is fully charged when the charger LED indicator turns from red
to green.
How to charge the battery off the bike

1. Lift the storage case cover, close the circuit breaker switch and remove the storage box.
2. Disconnect the main battery plug.
3. Insert the key into the anti-theft battery lock and rotate it to the right to
remove the battery from the bike.
4. Insert the main plug of the charger into the battery charging port, and then
insert the AC power plug of the charger into the socket. The green lights of the
charger will flash in turn when charging normally.

5 When the battery is fully charged, all the charge indicators are green.
TIPS
Do NOT expose the battery to water, and protect it from water or rain.
Charge temperature: 0-45 ℃, discharge temperature: -20-45 ℃; note that the
battery performance will be reduced in a low-temperature environment;
Charge the battery after use, but be sure to charge it before the capacity is lower
than 20%. When not used for a long time, please remove it from the bike.
Develop good habits. DO NOT frequently yank the throttle. Ride at a consistent
speed for maximum batter range. Short circuiting the cathode and the anode at
the battery’s input and output ends is prohibited and will damage the battery..
Keep the battery away from children, fire and heat source. It is strictly forbidden
to throw it into the fire.
Violent movements, shock and crushing forces are prohibited.
Use only the specified charger, the use of other chargers to charge the Super
Soco battery is strictly prohibited and will void the warranty on the battery.

This product has been subject to strict Quality Control inspection before leaving
the factory, and it is strictly prohibited to dismantle it. Doing so will void any
warranty. Please contact your dealer's service department for any questions.
Storage, maintenance and transportation
Please charge the battery to half-charge state when storing or transporting it
(after the battery is fully discharged, charge it for 3 hours). Place it in a dry and
ventilated place;
Battery and charger should be kept in a clean, dry, and ventilated place. Keep
them away from corrosive materials, power source and heat source;
Storage conditions: ambient temperature -20-35 ℃, humidity ≤ 65% RH;
When storing the charger, please disconnect it from the battery.
Operation Instructions for Mobile Phone APP
Some versions are equipped with GPRS communication function, which enables
an interface with the owner’s smart phone. Through the SUPER SOCO APP, the
owner can use their smart phone to manage and exchange information about the
e-bike.
The SUPER SOCO APP is available in iOS and Android versions. Please confirm the
smart phone’s operating system before installing the APP.
