packaged
and shipped, and you willbe
responsible forthe costs

We
need
to
identify

It
reaches
us,
so
you'll need
to

RMA
number AND
acopy
of
your dated proof
of
original purchase (please
keep
theoriginal) with the returned productand/or
Connected Equipment.
We
also
recommend
that
you
send thepackage byregistered and insured mail or by
overnightcourier
to
protectthepackage while
it

intransit. IfBelkin determines,

its
sole
discretion,that It
Is impractical
to
ship thedamaged Connected Equipment
to
Belkin, Belkin
may
designate,In itssole discretion,
an
equipment repair facility
to
inspectandestimate thecost
to
repair such Connected Equipment.In that
case,
Belkin reserves the right
to
negotiate thecost
of
repai
rs
.The cost,
If
any,
of
shipping the Connected Equipment
to
such repair facilityand
of
such estimateshall be borne solely bythe original end-userpurchaser.
If
you
are
making aclaim in respect
of
yourdamaged Connected Equipment,you mustdo

withinfifteen (15)
days
from the date
of
theOccurrence.

process
yourclaim expeditiously,
we

that

connected

damage (we

request thatyou
send
us
photographs
of
thedamaged Connected Equipmentand thesite
where thedamage occurred, or
we
may
ask
to
examinethesitewhere the damageoccurred,
to
helpus validate
your claim);and thedate
of
theOccurrence.
What
happens
when
I
retvm
my
product
or
ConnectedEquipment?
Defectiveproductscovered bythe ProductWarranty will be replaced without charge with the
same
product
oran equivalentproduct
of
equal
or
greatervalue,
or
Belkin will provideyou witharefund of the purchase
price
of
theproduct, minus any rebates and discounts.The remedy offered will be determined by Belkin in its
sole
discretion.
In
relation
to
damaged Connected Equipment covered bythe Connected Equipment Warranty, Belkin will pay
the reasonable costs
of
repair
as
assessed
by Belkin
at
it
discretion,replace the Connected Equipment with
areasonably available equivalent new or refurbished Connected Equipment(engaging therepairfacility and
negotiating and settling thecost
of
repair),
or
refund the fairmarket value
as
reasonably
assessed
byBelkin
at its
sole
discretion.
We
can
only
sh
ip replacement
or
repaired products
to
locations in thecountry where the original product
was
purchased.
Belkin
may
need
to
deleteall
or
part
of
yourdata
to
repair
or
replace yourproduct.Belkin mayalso install
software updates
as
part
of
warrantyservice.
