ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

! DO NOT PLACE ITEMS ON THE SHELVES WHICH EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMITS OF 75 LBS. FOR TOP SHELF,
AND 50 LBS. FOR EACH INTERIOR SHELF.
ALWAYS PLACE THE HEAVIEST COMPONENTS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF.
! ALWAYS RE OVE ALL ITE S FRO THE GLASS SHELVES PRIOR TO OVING THE FURNITURE.
! ALWAYS RE OVE THE SHELVES PRIOR TO OVING THE FURNITURE.
! WHEN IN USE, THIS FURNITURE UST BE PLACED ON A FLAT, SOLID AND LEVEL SURFACE.

1. PLACE the Cabinet Base (AC 5) on a
flat, solid floor surface as shown.
2. INSERT two Wood Dowels (AC 9) into
the predrilled holes along the left edge
of the Cabinet Base (AC 5) and AT-
TACH the Left Side Panel (AC 2) to
the Cabinet Base as shown. LOC the
pieces together by FLIPPING the
switches on the Locking echanisms
as shown in Fig. 1A.
3. INSERT two Wood Dowels (AC 9) into
the predrilled holes along the right edge
of the Cabinet Base (AC 5) and AT-
TACH the Right Side Panel (AC 3) to
the Cabinet Base as shown. LOC the
pieces together by FLIPPING the
switches on the Locking echanisms
as shown in Fig. 1A.

NOTE: 2 PEOPLE ARE RECO ENDED TO ASSE BLE THIS FURNITURE. TO AVOID DA AGE DURING ASSE BLY, IT SHOULD BE ASSE BLED ON A
SOFT SURFACE.

4. ATTACH the Rear Frame (AC 4) to the Left and Right Side Panels (AC 2, AC 3) and to the Cabinet Base (AC 5) as shown
using six Thumb Screws (AC 11). TIGHTEN Thumb Screws firmly by hand, then REMOVE the Grip-Tip portions of the Thumb
Screws by PULLING STRAIGHT off as shown in Fig. 2A. NOTE: DONOTDI CARDTHE GRIP-TIP PORTION OF THE THUMB
CREW , YOU MAY NEED THEM TO DI A EMBLE THE FURNITURE IN THE FUTURE.

5. INSERT four Wood Dowels (AC 9) into the predrilled holes along the top edges of the Left and Right Side Panels (AC 2, AC 3) and ATTACH the
Cabinet Top (AC 1) to the Left and Right Side Panels as shown. LOC the pieces together by FLIPPING the switches on the Locking echanisms
on both sides as shown in Fig. 3A. NOTE (!) :You MAY need to flip the Locking Mechanisms first to correctly position the Locking Posts in
order to get the Top helf to fit properly onto the cabinet.
6. SECURE the Cabinet Top (AC 1) using two Thumb Screws (AC 11) as shown. TIGHTEN Thumb Screws firmly by hand, then REMOVE the
Grip-Tip portions of the Thumb Screws by PULLING STRAIGHT off as shown in Fig. 3B. NOTE: DONOTDI CARDTHE GRIP-TIP PORTION
OF THE THUMB CREW , YOU MAY NEED THEM TO DI A EMBLE THE FURNITURE IN THE FUTURE.

7. ATTACH the Top and Bottom Rear Panels (AC 7) to the Rear Frame (AC 4) as shown above. PRESS firmly into place.

8. INSERT twelve Shelf Support Pins (AC 10) into the predrilled holes in the Left and Right Side Panels (AC 2, AC 3) as shown.
Use four Shelf Support Pins for each Interior Shelf (AC 8). MAKE URE the Shelf Support Pins are placed in level positions,
and that each Shelf is evenly and properly supported by four Shelf Support Pins.
MAKE URE THE ATC402 CABINET I ON A OLID AND LEVEL FLOOR URFACE BEFORE U E. MAKE URE ALL HELVE
ARE LEVEL AND PROPERLY UPPORTED BEFORE PLACING ANY COMPONENT ON THEM.

9. ATTACH the Door (AC 6) to the Left Side Panel (AC 2) as shown above. PLACE the metal hinge on the Door over the metal
bracket on the Left Side panel, the pieces interlock together. NOTE: (!):A philips-head screwdriver can be used to straighten
the door after installation.
10. ATTACH the Door Knob (AC 12) to the front of the Door (AC 6) using the Screw (AC 13) as shown above.
Tighten, but be careful not to overtighten.

1. P ACE the Cabinet Base (AC 5) on a

Cabinet Top (AC 1) to the Left and Right Side Panels as shown. OCK the pieces together by F IPPING the switches on the Locking echanisms
on both sides as shown in Fig. 3A. NOTE (!) :You MAY need to flip the Locking Mechanisms first to correctly position the Locking Posts in
order to get the TopShelf to fit properly onto the cabinet.
6. SECURE the Cabinet Top (AC 1) using two Thumb Screws (AC 11) as shown. TIGHTEN Thumb Screws firmly by hand.

9. ATTACH the Door (AC 6) to the Left Side Panel (AC 2) as shown above. P ACE the metal hinge on the Door over the metal
