ORx85 is delivered with HOOK ASM - open conguration is not possible

Old 1 pin version New 2 pins version
Late 2012 new improved HSG parts, prog service module/ASM FRAME, hooks & thin tube adapt were introduced. A small overview for
a repair situation:
“Old” version:
HSG parts require only one pin. TOP and BOT HSG are glued to be xed and cannot be reused. HSG parts will t old and new version of prog
service modules. If only replacing the hook/adapt, the old hooks & thin tube adapt must be chosen due to the visual look (tiny differences in outer
dimensions). If old HSG parts are replaced to new HSG parts, the hook and prog service module must be replaced to new version too. Old HSG
parts, prog service module/ASM FRAME, hooks & thin tube adapt are now terminated. P/n’s are removed from this manual
“New” version:
HSG parts require two pins. TOP and BOT HSG are NOT glued and can be reused if not scratched. HSG parts will only t new version of prog
service modules due to the new module has two holes for the two pins. If replacing the hook/adapt, the new hooks/thin tube adapt must be chosen
due to the visual look (tiny differences in outer dimensions). P/n’s for new HSG parts, prog service module/ASM FRAME, hooks & thin tube adapt
to be found in this manual
