e Basic Plan is carried out
using the B.PAD. e B.PAD
is handy, flexible, and mobile.
It can be applied around the
knees, legs, arms, back and
abdomen.
It also can be laid flat along the
spine or across the lower back.
Both the Basic Plan and all oth-
er application suggestions are
based on many years of experi-
ence. is experience has also
shown that successful therapy
results are achieved most quick-
ly through regular appication.

B.PAD Local Applicator

e BEMER Signal emits a PEMF from both sides of the B.PAD, making it easy apply to the desired
location.
B.GRIP holds the B.SPOT
To hold the B.SPOT in place over a specific area,
you can use the B.GRIP fixing strap as shown
here.
B.SPOT is an intensively active application
module for use in targeted treatment. B.SPOT
is attached to the universal B.GRIP hold-er and
held on the body area that is to be treated. Alter-
natively, the holder and application module can
also be attached to the part of the body that is in
need of treatment with the provided attachment
strap.
It is normal for the B.Spot to make a slight whir-
ring and clicking sound when in use.

e B.PAD, and B.SPOT connect to one of the 2 magnetic ports on the right side of the B.Box.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Connect
the magnetic plugs gently!
A1 is the top port.
A2 is the bottom port
Attach from an angle:
top – down
outside – in
bottom - up
Reason for not letting the magnetic plug slam into the port:
Due to the strong pull of the magnets on both applicator plug and the port, it is easy to let the plug
slam.
However, if any of the six pins on the applicator plug are dislodged, the connection to the ports A1 or
A2 is lost and the applicator will not function.
e B.BOX will alert you with a beeping noise and and error message. Place the B.BOX in a location
where the cables won’t get jostled or pulled.

• Place your thumbs on the lighter grey top and hold the darker grey bottom with the rest of your
fingers.
• Firmly push back back with your thumbs.
• It will slide back and tilt upward. Let it tilt up on its own. Do not force it.
• To put back into a flat position, just press down at the top back and gently slide toward
the front

Running Your BEMER
Turn on B.Box – it will take approx. 45 seconds to activate the computer inside. We will explore the
two icons INTENSITY and PROGRAM

Push [A1 /A2] icon on the bottom of B.BOX
screen. e port corresponding port will be
hightlighed.

right side of screen and is blinking during use.
Upon start, there is one beeping sound.

e Plus Signal can be used with either the Intensities or the Programs, and it is recommended for use
earlier in the day, not in the evening to avoid possible sleeplessness.
NOTE: By default the Plus Signal is on when the unit turns on.
To deactivate it:
• Select any applicator and any application setting.
• Before pushing [Start], push the [Plus Signal] icon at the bottom of the screen. You will see that
Plus Signal icon above disappears.

Setting the intensity to HIGH / LOW as default
e B.PAD can be used for program treatment and treatment by Basic Plan. For ongoing care to sup-
port the musculature, the “LOW” setting is recommended for usage with the “Basic Plan
• Press the [SET] button.
• Press the [HIGH/LOW] button. When pressed, the button switches from [HIGH] to [LOW] and
vice versa.

THIS BASIC PLAN WAS DEVELOPED AFTER RESEARCH AND EXPERIENCE INDICATED THAT
THESE SETTINGS WERE THE MOST EFFECTIVE FOR THE MAXIMUM BENEFIT, DESPITE INDI-
VIDUAL AGES AND CONDITIONS.
Don’t be afraid to experiment. Some settings will just be better for some people than others. It is
important to listen to your body; you will know what it needs and what feels best.
