VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Dieses Produkt dient zum Erhitzen von Materialien in gut belüfteten Räumen oder im Freien und
arbeitet mit 190 Gramm Butan-Patronen, entsprechend der Norm EN417.
ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Produkt oder dessen Verpackung spielen
•Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.
•Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.
•Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die angegebene Gaskartuschen, Verwendung anderer
Gaskartuschen kann gefährlich sein.
•Manipulieren oder modifizieren Sie dieses Produkt nicht.
•Benutzen Sie dieses Produkt nur in gut belüfteten Räumen oder im Freien.
•Stellen Sie das Produkt nur auf festen, ebenen Flächen ab.

•Um die Dichtigkeit des Geräts zu überprüfen, gehen Sie ins Freie und verwenden Sie keine
Flamme, sondern Seifenwasser. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn die Dichtung
beschädigt oder alt ist. Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es undicht, beschädigt oder
fehlerhaft ist.
•Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es irgendwelche Fehlfunktionen aufweist.
•Stellen Sie das Produkt immer weit entfernt von heißen Oberflächen oder anderen

KARTUSCHE EINSETZEN / WECHSELN
1. Schließen Sie das Gasventil. Wechseln Sie niemals die
Kartusche, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die auszutauschende Gaskartusche
vollständig leer ist, bevor Sie eine neue einsetzen. Schütteln
Sie das Gerät, wenn es ausgeschaltet ist, um
sicherzustellen, dass sich keine Flüssigkeit mehr in der
Kartusche befindet.
3. Drehen Sie den Schraubdeckel (5) an der Unterseite des
Kartuschenhalters (4) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
4. Setzen Sie eine neue Gaskartusche (6) in den
Schraubdeckel (5) ein und drehen Sie den Schraubdeckel (5)
im Uhrzeigersinn in den Kartuschenhalter
(4).
ANWENDUNG
1. Öffnen Sie das Gasventil ein wenig.
2. Drücken Sie den Knopf des Piezozünders.
3. Stellen Sie nach dem Entzünden die erforderliche Flamme über das Gasventil ein.
WARTUNG / LAGERUNG
•Überprüfen Sie das Gerät vor und nach der Verwendung auf Undichtigkeiten.
•Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie es Verstauen.
•Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem vor Staub und Feuchtigkeit geschützten Ort.
•Bewahren Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
UMWELTSCHUTZ
Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Alle Werkzeuge,
Zubehörteile und Verpackungen sind zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen
und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.
ENTSORGUNG
Entsorgen Sie dieses Produkt am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gemäß der EU-Richtlinie über

Universal cartridge soldering torch, with piezo ignition
ATTENTION
Read the operating instructions and all safety instructions contained therein carefully before using the
product. Use the product correctly, with care and only according to the intended purpose. Non-
compliance of the safety instructions may lead to damage, personal injury and to termination of the
warranty. Keep these instructions in a safe and dry location for future reference. Enclose the
operating instructions when handing over the product to third parties.
INTENDED USE
This product is used to heat materials in well-ventilated areas or outdoors and works with 190g
butane cartridges, in accordance to EN417 standard.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•
Keep children and other persons away from the working area.
•Do not allow children to play with this tool or its packaging.
•Do not use the tool if parts are missing or damaged.
•Use the tool for the intended purpose only.
•Use only the specified gas cartridges. Use of other gas cartridges can be dangerous.
•Do not tamper or modify this product.
•Use this product only in a well-ventilated area or outdoors.
•Place the product on firm, level surfaces only.
•The product must not be used near flammable materials or substances.
•Replace the cartridge outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, away from hazardous sources such
as open flames, electric stovetops, and far away from other people or animals.
•To check that the device is leaktight, go outside and do not use a flame, but soapy water. Do
not use the device if the seal is damaged or old. Do not use the product if it is leaking,
damaged, or defective.
•Do not use the product if it malfunctions.
•Always place the product far away from hot surfaces or other heat sources.
•During use, the device reaches high temperatures in the vicinity of the burner. Do not touch the
device when it is hot. After turning off the device, wait a few minutes to ensure that you will not
be burned during transport.
•Never point the device at people or animals.

INSTALL / REPLACE CARTRIDGE
1. Close the gas valve. Never replace the cartridge when the device is
switched on.
2. Make sure that the gas cartridge to be replaced is completely empty
before installing a new one. When the device is turned off, shake the
device to ensure that there is no more liquid in the cartridge.
3. Turn the screw cap (5) on the underside of the cartridge holder (4)
counterclockwise.
4. Insert a new gas cartridge (6) into the screw cap (5) and turn the
screw cap (5) clockwise into the cartridge holder (4).
APPLICATION
1. Open the gas valve a little.
2. Press the button of the piezoelectric igniter.
3. After igniting, set the required flame using the gas valve.
MAINTENANCE / STORAGE
•Check the device for leaks before and after use.
•Let the device cool down before storing it.
•Store the device in a place protected from dust and moisture.
•Keep the device out of the reach of children.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories
and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner
which is compatible with the environment.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority for
recycling information or give the product for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an electrical
appliances retailer.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Ce produit sert à chauffer des matériaux dans un local bien aéré ou à l'extérieur. Il fonctionne avec
des cartouches de butane 190 grammes, conformément à la norme EN417.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ GÉNÉRALES
•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de
travail.
•N’autorisez pas les enfants à jouer avec le produit ou son emballage
•N’utilisez pas le produit lorsque des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.
•N’utilisez l’outil qu’à la fin prévue.
•Utilisez exclusivement les cartouches à gaz spécifiées. L’utilisation de toute autre cartouche à
gaz peut être dangereuse.
•Ne modifiez ni ne manipulez jamais ce produit.
•Utilisez ce produit uniquement dans des locaux bien aérés ou à l'extérieur.
•Posez le produit uniquement sur des surfaces solides et planes.
•Le produit ne doit pas être utilisé à proximité de matériaux ou substances combustibles.
•Remplacez la cartouche à l'extérieur ou dans un espace bien aéré, loin de toute source de
danger comme des flammes ouvertes, des plaques de cuisson électriques, à l’abri des
personnes ou animaux.
•Afin de vérifier l’étanchéité de l’appareil, sortez à l’extérieur et n’utilisez pas de flamme, mais
de l'eau savonneuse. Renoncez à utiliser l'appareil quand le joint est endommagé ou
obsolète. Renoncez à utiliser le produit s’il n’est pas étanche, s’il est endommagé ou
défectueux.
•Renoncez à utiliser le produit s’il est présente un dysfonctionnement de quelque nature que ce
soit.
•Placez le produit toujours à un emplacement éloigné de toute surface chaude ou d'autres
sources de chaleur.
•Durant l'emploi, l’appareil atteint des températures très élevées près du brûleur. Ne touchez
pas l’appareil quand il est très chaud. Patientez quelques minutes après avoir arrêté l'appareil,
afin de vous assurer qu’il ne brûle pas durant le transport.
•Ne dirigez jamais l'appareil vers une personne ou un animal.

INSÉRER/REMPLACER LA CARTOUCHE
1. Fermer la soupape à gaz. Ne remplacez jamais la cartouche, quand
l'appareil est hors tension.
2. Assurez-vous que la cartouche à remplacer est complètement vide
avant d’insérer une nouvelle cartouche. Secouez l'appareil en le
laissant hors service afin de vous assurer qu’il ne reste plus de
liquide dans la cartouche.
3. Tournez le couvercle à visser (5) sur la face inférieure du porte-
cartouche (4) dans le sens inverse des aiguilles de la montre.
4. Insérez une nouvelle cartouche à gaz (6) dans le couvercle à visser
(5) et tournez le couvercle à visser (5) dans le sens des aiguilles de
la montre dans le porte-cartouche (4).
UTILISATION
1. Ouvrez la soupape à gaz légèrement.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton du piézo-allumeur.
3. Réglez après l'avoir allumé la flamme requise à l’aide de la soupape à gaz.
MAINTENANCE/STOCKAGE
•Vérifiez l’appareil avant et après l’usage afin de détecter toute trace de fuite.
•Laissez l'appareil refroidir avant de le ranger.
•Entreposez l’appareil en un lieu à l’abri de la poussière et de l’humidité.
•Conservez l’appareil hors de la portée des enfants.
PROTECTION ENVIRONNEMENTALE
Triez les matériaux pour les recycler au lieu de les jeter. Tous les outils, accessoires et
emballages doivent être triés, déposés à un centre de recyclage et éliminés de manière
écologique.
MISE AU REBUT
À la fin de sa vie utile, éliminez ce produit d’après les directives de la CE relatives aux
déchets d’appareils électriques et électroniques. Contactez vos autorités locales pour obtenir

ATENCIÓN

USO PREVISTO
Este producto sirve para calentar materiales en espacios bien ventilados o al aire libre y funciona con
cartuchos de butano de 190 gramos, según la norma EN417.
INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD
•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•Para comprobar la estanqueidad del dispositivo, salga al exterior y utilice agua jabonosa en
lugar de una llama. No utilice el dispositivo si la junta está dañada o antigua. No utilice el
producto si tiene fugas, está dañado o tiene algún defecto.
•No utilice el producto si tiene algún fallo de funcionamiento.
•Coloque el producto siempre lejos de superficies calientes u otras fuentes de calor.
•Durante el uso, el producto alcanza altas temperaturas, cerca del quemador. No toque el
dispositivo cuando esté caliente. Espere unos minutos después de apagar el dispositivo para
asegurarse de que no se queme durante el transporte.
•No apunte nunca el dispositivo hacia personas o animales.

INSERTAR / CAMBIAR CARTUCHO
1. Cierre la válvula de gas. No cambie nunca el cartucho cuando el
dispositivo esté encendido.
2. Asegúrese de que el cartucho de gas que va a sustituir esté
completamente vacío antes de poner uno nuevo. Agite el dispositivo
cuando esté apagado para asegurarse de que no hay más líquido
en el cartucho.
3. Gire el tapón de rosca (5) de la parte inferior del portacartuchos (4)
en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
4. Inserte un nuevo cartucho de gas (6) en el tapón de rosca (5) y gire
el tapón de rosca (5) en el sentido de las agujas del reloj en el
portacartucho (4).
APLICACIÓN
1. Abre un poco la válvula de gas.
2. Pulse el botón del encendedor piezoeléctrico.
3. Tras el encendido, ajuste la llama deseada a través de la válvula de gas.
MANTENIMIENTO / ALMACENAMIENTO
•Compruebe si hay fugas en el dispositivo antes y después de utilizarlo.
•Deje que el dispositivo se enfríe antes de guardarlo.
•Guarde el dispositivo en un lugar protegido del polvo y la humedad.
•Mantenga el dispositivo fuera del alcance de los niños.
PROTECCIÓN DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE
Recicle los materiales no deseados; no los elimine como desechos. Todas las
herramientas, accesorios y embalajes deben clasificarse, llevarse a un centro de reciclaje
y desecharse de manera respetuosa con el medio ambiente.
