Please read these instructions carefully before use or maintain the air tool described. Keep

Description
This air hammer is designed for cutting through rusted metal or bolts and removing mortar from
cement blocks or bricks.
General Safety
1. This air hammer is a part of a high pressure system. Do not exceed maximum operating pressure
of the air tool (90 PSI – 6,2 BAR). The hammer could explore and result in death or serious injury.
2. Disconnect the air drill from air compressor before changing tools or accessories, servicing and
during non operation.
3. Always ear safety glasses and using hearing protection during operation.
4. Do not wear loose fitting clothing and jewelry which may become caught in moving parts and
result in serious injury.
5. Do not depress trigger when connecting the air hose.
6. Never trigger the tool when not applied to a work object. Accessories must be securely attached.
7. Make sure spring retainer, all connections are secure and check air hoses for weak or worn
condition before each use.
8. WARNING !!! Disconnect air supply before installing or any maintenance notes.

Maintenance Tips
This air hammer requires lubrication BEFORE initial use and BEFORE and AFTER each additional
use throughout its life.
1. WARNING !!! Disconnect the air hammer from the air supply and hold the tool upside down.
2. Pull the trigger, put a half teaspoon of air tool oil into the air inlet.
3. Reconnect the air hammer to the air supply and run the hammer for 20 seconds.
Cover the exhaust port with a towel and run for 20 seconds. Oil will discharge from the rear exhaust
port when air pressure is applied. Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the
exhaust port.
WARNING !!! Always direct exhaust port away from people or objects.
Operations
Before use, drain water out of air compressor tank and condensation from air lines. After clearing air
compressor moisture and lubricating the air
hammer, connect it to an air hose of a recommended compressor.
1. Remove the spring retainer to load a chisel. Always tighten the spring retainer well before use.
WARNING !!! Use attachments designed for use with air tools. Do not use damaged attachments.
2. Depress the trigger to operate. Always hold the hammer well during operation to avoid injury.
Air Supply
Air supply MUST be greater than air requirement of the tool, Recommended air compressor is 3/4HP.
Air Hose: Using 3 m or 7,5 m long with 5 mm inside diameter and 1/4PT threads is recommended.
However, hoses longer than 7,5 m should use 10 mm even 12 mm inside diameter. For proper
performance and more convenience. Using fittings or air hoses which are too small can create a
pressure drop and reduce the power of the air hammer.
WARNING !!! Keep hoses away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Replace any hose that is damaged,
weak or worn. Never carry a tool by the hose or pull the hose to move the tool or a compressor.
The use of air filters and air line lubricators is recommended.
Storage
The air hammer must be lubricated before storage. Follow the lubrication instructions. Only run for 3
seconds instead of 20 seconds because more oil needs to remain in the tool when storing.
