Lichtmaschinen- und Batterie-Tester
Dieser Lichtmaschinen- und Batterietester, im handlichen Taschenformat, wurde für aussagekräftige
Prüfungen an Batterie- und Ladesystemen konzipiert.
ACHTUNG: Dieser Tester ist nur für 12 Volt KFZ-Elektrik geeignet,
verwenden Sie den Tester niemals bei höheren Spannungen.
BATTERIE-SPANNUNGSPRÜFUNG
1. Zündung einschalten, Motor nicht starten, Fernlicht einschalten und ca.1 Minute eingeschaltet lassen.
2. Licht und Zündung ausschalten. Schritte 3 und 4 muss unmittelbar nach Schritt 2 erfolgen
3. Rote Messleitung mit dem Plus Pol der Batterie und schwarze Messleitung mit dem Minus Pol der
Batterie verbinden.
4. Der Zustand der Batterie kann an den LED`s für Batterie-Test abgelesen werden und sind wie folgt zu
bewerten:
•Rote LED leuchtet, Batterie laden und nochmals testen. Leuchtet die Rote LED auch nach erfolgtem
Laden und nochmaliger Prüfung, wie in 1 bis 4 beschrieben, liegt ein Defekt der Batterie vor.
•Gelbe LED leuchtet, Batterie OK sollte geladen werden.
•Grüne LED leuchtet, Batterieladezustand OK, keine weitere Maßnahme erforderlich.
LADESPANNUNGS-PRÜFUNG
1. Zündung einschalten, Motor starten und mit Leerlaufdrehzahl laufen lassen.
2. Rote Messleitung mit dem Plus Pol der Batterie und schwarze Messleitung mit dem Minus Pol der
Batterie verbinden.
3. Lichteinschalten und Drehzahl kurzfristig für ca.1 sek. auf 2000 U/min erhöhen.
4. Der Zustand vom Ladesystem kann an den LED`s für Lichtmaschinen-Test abgelesen werden und
sind wie folgt zu bewerten:
•Rote LED leuchtet, Ladespannung zu hoch (z.B. Lichtmaschinenregler defekt).
•Grüne LED leuchtet, Ladesystem OK, keine weitere Maßnahme erforderlich.
•Gelbe LED leuchtet, Ladesystem OK, Batterie prüfen.
•Leuchtet nur eine LED für den Batterie-Test, liegt ein Defekt am Ladesystem wie z.B. an
Keilrippenriemen, Lichtmaschinenregler, Lima-Kohlen oder Verkabelung vor.
Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie Batterien nicht mit dem Hausmüll. Batterien sollten auf verantwortliche
Weise entsorgt werden, geben Sie diese an entsprechenden Sammelstellen ab.
Entsorgen Sie dieses Produkt, am Ende seiner Lebensdauer, in Übereinstimmung mit der
EU-Richtlinie über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte. Kontaktieren Sie für Informationen
ihre örtliche Abfallbehörde für Recycling oder übergeben Sie das Produkt zur Entsorgung
an BGS technic oder an den Händler, bei dem Sie das Produkt gekauft haben.

Alternator and Battery Tester
This alternator and battery tester in a handy pocket format was designed for meaningful tests of battery
and charging systems.
ATTENTION: This tester is for 12 volt car electrical only,
never use the tester for higher voltages.
BATTERY VOLTAGE TEST
1. Switch on the ignition, do not start engine, switch on headlights for about 1 minute.
2. Switch off light and ignition. Steps 3 and 4 to do immediately after step 2
3. Link red lead to the positive battery terminal and black lead to the negative battery terminal.
4. The condition of the battery, can be read by the battery test LED and are assessed as follows:
•Red LED lights, load battery and test again. Battery is defective if after charging battery, the red LED
lights again.
•Yellow LED lights, battery OK should be charged.
•Green LED lights, battery charge level OK. No further action necessary.
CHARGING VOLTAGE TEST
1. Switch on ignition, start engine and run at idle speed.
2. Link red lead to the positive battery terminal and black lead to the negative battery terminal.
3. Switch on light and increase engine speed in a short term for about 1 sec. at 2000 rpm.
4. The condition of the charging system can be read by the charging test LED and are assessed as
follows:
•Red LED lights, charge voltage too high (eg, defective alternator regulator).
•Green LED lights, charging system OK No further action necessary.
•Yellow LED lights, charging system marginally OK, check battery.
•If only one LED for battery-test lights, there is a defect in the charging system, such as V-ribbed belts,
alternator regulator, Lima-carbon or wiring.
Disposal
Do not dispose battery in household waste. Batteries should be disposed of in a
responsible manner, they must be disposed at appropriate collection point.
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority for
recycling information or give the product for disposal to BGS technic or to the dealer where
you purchased the product.

Testeur de dynamos et de batteries
Ce testeur de dynamos et de batteries, dans un format de poche pratique, a été conçu pour effectuer des
essais significatifs des batteries et des systèmes de charge.
ATTENTION : Ce testeur est seulement adapté aux systèmes électriques
de véhicules de 12 V. N’utilisez jamais le testeur pour les tensions plus
élevées.
CONTRÔLE DE LA TENSION DE LA BATTERIE
1. Mettre le contact, ne pas démarrer le moteur, allumer les feux de route et laisser allumés pendant
environ 1 minute.
2. Éteindre les lumières et le contact. Les étapes 3 et 4 doivent être effectuées immédiatement après
l'étape 2
3. Connecter le fil de mesure rouge au pôle positif de la batterie et le fil de mesure noir au pôle négatif de
la batterie.
4. L'état de la batterie peut être constaté sur les LED relatives au test de la batterie et doit être analysé
comme suit:
•LED rouge allumée, charger la batterie et effectuer un nouveau test. Si la LED rouge est allumée,
même après une nouvelle charge et un test renouvelé comme décrit aux points 1 à 4, il y a un défaut
de la batterie.
•LED jaune allumée, batterie OK, doit être chargée.
•LED verte allumée, état de charge de la batterie OK, aucune autre action n’est nécessaire.
CONTRÔLE DE LA TENSION DE LA BATTERIE
1. Mettre le contact, démarrer le moteur et le laisser tourner au ralenti.
2. Connecter le fil de mesure rouge au pôle positif de la batterie et le fil de mesure noir au pôle négatif de
la batterie.
3. Allumer les phares et augmenter la vitesse un court instant pendant environ 1 sec. à 2000 t/min.
4. L'état du système de charge peut être constaté sur les LED relatives au test de dynamos et doit être
analysé comme suit:
•LED rouge allumée, tension de charge trop élevée (par exemple, régulateur de dynamo défectueux).
•LED verte allumée, système de charge OK, aucune autre action n’est nécessaire.
•LED jaune allumée, système de charge OK, vérifier la batterie.
•Si seulement une LED s’allume pour le test de la batterie, il y a un défaut dans le système de charge,
par exemple sur les courroies en V, le régulateur de dynamo, les charbons Lima ou le câblage.
Élimination
N’éliminez pas les batteries avec les ordures ménagères. Les batteries doivent être éliminées
de manière responsable, veuillez les déposer aux points de collecte correspondants. Éliminez
ce produit à la fin de son cycle de vie conformément à la directive européenne relative aux
déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques. Contactez votre autorité locale
d’élimination des déchets pour le recyclage ou retournez le produit pour élimination à BGS
technic ou au revendeur chez lequel vous avez acheté le produit.

Test de baterías y sistema de cargas
Este test de baterías y sistema de cargas en un formato de bolsillo está diseñado para pruebas
significativas de baterías y sistemas de cargas.
CUIDADO: Este test de baterías solo esta adecuado para sitemas de 12V,
no se debe usar el test de baterias con un voltage mas alto.
PRUEBA VOLTAJE DE BATERIAS:
1. Encienda el contacto, no encienda el motor, encienda las luces durante un minuto.
2. Apague las luces y el contacto. Pasos 3 y 4 hágalos inmediatamente después de hacer el segundo.
3. Conecte el cable rojo al polo positivo de la batería y el cable negro al polo negativo de la batería.
4. El estado de la batería puede leerse mediante el LED de prueba de baterías y está evaluado como
sigue:
•LED rojo, batería baja y repita la prueba. la batería esta defectuosa si después de cargarla, el LED rojo
se enciende de nuevo.
•LED amarillo, la batería esta bien, pero debe cargarse.
•LED verde, la carga de la batería está bien. No es necesario más procedimientos.
PRUEBA DE SISTEMAS DE CARGA:
1. Encienda el contacto, encienda el motor y póngalo a velocidad de ralentí.
2. Conecte el cable rojo al polo positivo de la batería y el cable negro al polo negativo de la batería.
3. Encienda las luces y aumente la velocidad del motor durante un segundo a 2000 rpm.
4. El estado del sistema de carga puede leerse en el LED de prueba de sistemas de carga y está
evaluado como sigue:
•LED rojo, la carga del voltaje es demasiado alta (ejemplo, regulador del alternador defectuoso)
•LED verde, el sistema de carga está bien. No es necesario más procedimientos.
•LED amarillo, el sistema de carga está ligeramente bien, compruebe la batería.
•Si solo un LED del test de baterías se enciende, hay un defecto en el sistema de carga, como el
regulador del alternador, correas, alambrado.
Eliminación
Elimine este producto al final de su vida útil respetando la Directiva de la UE relativa a
residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos. Cuando el producto ya no es necesario se
lo debe eliminar protegiendo el medio ambiente. Para informaciones póngase en contacto
con su autoridad local de residuos para reciclaje o entregue el producto para su
eliminación a BGS technic KG o al comercio en el que lo ha adquirido.
