Questo apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente all’impiego
domestico, per ventilare, raffrescare e filtrare l’aria di ambienti
interni, secondolemodalità indicateinqueste istruzioni. Non
utilizzarloperaltriscopi.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio all’aperto o in ambienti
particolarmente polverosi, o con materiali estremamente
volatili che potrebbero ostruire i filtri o danneggiare il motore.
Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e pericoloso. Il

Non utilizzare l’apparecchio con temperatura ambiente
superiorea40°C.
Attenzione: quando si utilizzano apparecchi elettrici, occorre
semprerispettareleprecauzionidisicurezzadibaseperevitare
i rischi di incendio, di scosse elettriche e di lesioni fisiche. Ancor
più attenzione e precauzione necessita nell’uso di apparecchi
elettrici che incorporano un serbatoio con acqua: nel caso di
tracimazioni di acqua per prima cosa disattivare la presa di
corrente spegnendo l’interruttore del quadro elettrico, e solo
dopo togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente. Verificare che le
parti elettriche dell’apparecchio non siano bagnate, e se lo
fossero asciugare completamente e con cura. Re-inserire la
spina nella presa di corrente, e poi utilizzare l’apparecchio. In
caso di dubbio, rivolgersi a personale professionalmente
qualificato.

Non usare l’apparecchio se non funziona correttamente o se
sembra danneggiato; in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale
professionalmentequalificato.
Se l’apparecchio non è in funzione togliere la spina dalla presa
dicorrente.
Scollegare sempre l’apparecchio dalla presa di corrente prima
di assemblare, smontare, riempire e svuotare il serbatoio, e
prima di pulire i filtri e l’apparecchio.
Questo apparecchio non è destinato a essere fatto funzionare
per mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno o con un sistema di
comando a distanza separato, per evitare il rischio di incendio
nel caso l’apparecchio sia coperto o sia posizionato in modo
noncorretto.
Nonspostare l’apparecchio quando è in funzione.
Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto agli agenti atmosferici (sole,
pioggia,ecc.).
Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini dagli 8
anni in su e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o
mentalioconmancanzadiesperienzaoconoscenzasealoroè
stata assicurata un’adeguata sorveglianza oppure se hanno
ricevuto istruzioni circa l’uso in sicurezza dell’apparecchio e
hanno compreso i pericoli correlati. I bambini non devono

L’apparecchio deve essere mantenuto fuori dalla portata di
bambini.
L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non
inferiore a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche,
sensoriali o mentali, o prive di esperienza o della necessaria
conoscenza, purchè sotto sorveglianza oppure dopo che le
stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro
dell’apparecchio e alla comprensione dei pericoli ad esso
inerenti. I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio. La
pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere effettuata
dall’utilizzatore non deve essere effettuata da bambini senza
sorveglianza.
Non infilare alcun utensile o le dita fra la maglia delle griglie di
protezionedellaventola.
Non tirare il cavo d’alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per
disinserirelaspinadallapresadicorrente.
Non toccare l’apparecchio o la spina di corrente con mani
bagnateepiedibagnati.
Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato deve sostituito dal
costruttore o dal suo servizio assistenza tecnica o comunque
da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire
ognirischio.
Assicurarsi che il cavo sia posizionato correttamente e non
appoggiaresopranessunoggetto.

INSTALLAZIONE
Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio, assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio; in caso di
dubbio non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli
elementi d’imballaggio (sacchetti di plastica, polistirolo espanso, chiodi, ecc.) non
devono essere lasciati alla portata di mano di bambini in quanto potenziali fonti
di pericolo, ma vanno smaltiti secondo le norme vigenti negli appositi contenitori
per la raccolta differenziata. Attenzione: eventuali adesivi o fogli pubblicitari
applicati, devono essere rimossi prima dell’uso dell’apparecchio.
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio controllare che i valori di tensione riportati sulla
targa dati corrispondano a quelli della rete elettrica. In caso di incompatibilità tra
la presa e la spina dell’apparecchio, far sostituire la presa con altra di tipo adatto
da personale professionalmente qualificato, il quale accerti che la sezione dei
cavi della presa sia idonea alla potenza assorbita dall’apparecchio. In generale è
sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori e/o prolunghe; se il loro uso si rendesse
indispensabile, devono essere conformi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza e la loro
portata di corrente (ampères) non deve essere inferiore a quella massima
dell’apparecchio.
Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il
cordone elettrico non sia danneggiato: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale
professionalmente qualificato.
La presa di corrente deve essere facilmente accessibile in modo da poter
disinserire con facilità la spina in caso di emergenza.
Posizionare l’apparecchio su una su una superficie piana, orizzontale, e stabile, e
collocarlo lontano da:
-fonti di calore (ad es. fiamme libere, fornello gas, ecc.)
-contenitori di liquidi (ad esempio, vasche da bagno, doccia, lavelli ecc.) per
evitare schizzi d’acqua o che vi possa cadere (distanza minima 2 metri)
-tessuti (tende, ecc.) o materiali volatili che possano ostruire la griglia di
aspirazione; verificare che anche la parte anteriore sia sgombra da materiali
volatili (polvere, ecc.).
Fare molta attenzione durante lo spostamento del serbatoio quando contiene
acqua, e agire impugnando solo le maniglie laterali; spostare l’apparecchio solo
in posizione verticale, mai piegarlo.
In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento spegnere l’apparecchio e farlo
controllare da personale professionalmente qualificato; le riparazioni effettuate
da personale non qualificato possono essere pericolose e fanno decadere la
garanzia.

L’apparecchio è dotato dei seguenti elementi (utilizzare le figure per riferimento):
-Maniglie laterali (5) per un facile trasporto.
-Serbatoio acqua (8): è nella parte inferiore. Rimuovere il coperchio (9) verso
l’esterno tramite l’impugnatura (10), inserire acqua demineralizzata (priva di
calcare), e priva di additivi (essenze, detergenti, o quant’altro), non oltre il
livello max (circa 8L: autonomia di circa 8/12 ore) attraverso apertura carico
acqua (14). Se l’acqua è terminata all’interno del serbatoio spegnere la
funzione di raffrescamento, tramite il tasto (11). Per rimuovere e svuotare il
serbatoio è conveniente appoggiare l’unità principale su un piano
d’appoggio e poi svitare le 4 viti di fissaggio (4) e togliere il coperchio in
plastica trasparente (7).
-Griglia frontale: aletta orizzontale superiore (2) ed inferiore (6) si possono
regolare manualmente in alto e in basso separatamente, quelle verticali (4)
oscillano automaticamente a destra e a sinistra azionando il tasto (12) sul
pannello comandi.
-N.4 Filtri:
a. n.1 filtro posteriore: rimuovere il coperchio tramite
l’impugnatura, il filtro interno in cellulosa ad alveoli è
irrorato con acqua e così raffresca l’aria che lo
attraversa. Il filtro si estrae facilmente tirando le due
impugnature dei fianchetti (15) verso l’esterno. Per
inserire filtro (assicurarsi sempre la presenza dei
fianchetti laterali) e coperchio nella propria sede
ripetere l’operazione al contrario.

b. n.1 filtro lato destro: ruotare il coperchio in senso
orario e rimuoverlo; il filtro interno (vedi sopra per
caratteristiche e rimozione ed inserimento dalla
sede). Riposizionare il coperchio (utilizzare il
coperchio con l’etichetta interna corrispondente
al simbolo ) sull’unità principale in modo che il
simbolo “ ” del coperchio ed il simbolo “ ”
sull’unità combaciano e poi ruotarlo in senso anti
orario fino in fondo.
c. n.1 filtro lato sinistro: ruotare il coperchio in senso
anti orario e rimuoverlo; il filtro interno (vedi
sopra per caratteristiche e rimozione ed
inserimento dalla sede). Riposizionare il coperchio
(utilizzare il coperchio con l’etichetta interna
corrispondente al simbolo ) sull’unità
principale in modo che il simbolo “ ” del
coperchio ed il simbolo “ ” sull’unità
combacianolo e poi ruotarlo in senso orario fino al
bloccaggio.
d. n.1 filtro frontale: il filtro interno (vedi sopra per
caratteristiche e rimozione ed inserimento dalla
sede).
Al termine dell’operato, verificare che ciascun filtro e coperchio siano
correttamente assemblati.
Pannello comandi con interruttori che azionano queste funzioni:
tasto “ ” (11): raffresca l’aria e per
evaporazione di micro-particelle di H²O di
cui è arricchita: la funzione è più efficace
quanto più secca è l’aria, e diminuisce
con l’aumento della umidità relativa (UR).

Il tasto aziona e spegne la pompa dell’acqua. Se l’acqua è terminata, spegnere la
funzione di raffrescamento tramite il tasto.
Selettore (12): ruotare la manopola del selettore nella posizione
corrispondente alle velocità desiderate: (0=spento; 1=min; 2= med; 3=max).
tasto “ ”, vedi sopra.
USO
Per azionare l’apparecchio, inserire la spina nella presa di corrente, e azionare le
funzioni desiderate.
Per spegnere completamente l’apparecchio, dopo aver ruotato il selettore in
posizione “ 0 “ togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Per lunghi periodi di inattività, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente e l’acqua
dal serbatoio.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione: prima di eseguire le normali operazioni di pulizia, togliere la spina
dalla presa di corrente.
Verificare costantemente la pulizia dei filtri e inoltre che l’acqua nel serbatoio
non abbia depositi e nulla in sospensione, per far sì che le funzioni siano
quanto più efficaci.
Per la pulizia dei filtri, rimuovere i coperchi e quindi eliminare sporco con
aspirapolvere o con un pennello facendo attenzione a non danneggiare le
superfici, e sciacquare poi con acqua corrente. Far sgocciolare i filtri
completamente, reinserire i filtri completi di fianchi e coperchi nella propria
sede.
Per pulizia del serbatoio utilizzare un panno morbido per rimuovere eventuali
depositi sulle superfici, facendo attenzione a non danneggiare pompa e le altre
parti.
Per la pulizia del corpo utilizzare un panno morbido appena imbevuto d’acqua
e, all’occorrenza, con detergente comune, non aggressivo.
Non utilizzare prodotti abrasivi o corrosivi.
Non immergere nessuna parte elettrica in acqua o altro liquido, se dovesse
accadere, asciugare con cura e verificare che le parti elettriche siano
perfettamente asciutte e, solo dopo questo accertamento, collegare
l’apparecchio alla presa elettrica; in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale
professionalmente qualificato.
Per periodi lunghi di inutilizzo, è necessario porre l’apparecchio al riparo da
polvere e umidità; consigliamo di utilizzare l’imballo originale.

Se si decide di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo
inoperante tagliando il cavo di alimentazione (prima assicurarsi d’aver tolto la
spina dalla presa di corrente), e di rendere innocue quelle parti che sono
pericolose qualora utilizzate per gioco dai bambini (ad esempio mattonelle di
ghiaccio).
Avvertenze per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della Direttiva
Europea direttiva 2011/65/UE.
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve esser smaltito insieme ai rifiuti
urbani.
Può essere consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata
predisposti dalle amministrazioni comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che
forniscono questo servizio.
Smaltire separatamente un elettrodomestico consente di evitare possibili
conseguenze negative per l’ambiente e per la salute derivanti da un suo
smaltimento inadeguato e permette di recuperare i materiali di cui è composto al
fine di ottenere un importante risparmio di energia e di risorse. Per rimarcare
l’obbligo di smaltire separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato
il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura mobile barrato. Lo smaltimento abusivo
del prodotto da parte dell’utente comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni
amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente.

circulating, cooling and filtering the air in indoor
environments, as per the methods outlined in these

Do not use the appliance outdoors or in very dusty areas
or in areas with airborne particles/materials that could
block the filters or damage to motor. Anyother useshould
be considered inappropriate and dangerous. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages
causedbyimproper,incorrectorirresponsibleuseand/orby
repairsdonebyanunqualifiedperson.

Examplesofappliancesfordomesticusearethoseusedfor
common domestic reasons, in domestic environments and
thatcanbeusedbynon-experts:
-inshops,officesandothersimilarplacesofwork;

environments;
-inbedandbreakfastaccommodation.
Do not use the unit if the ambient temperature is above
40°C.
Warning: when using electrical appliances, always follow
basic safety precautions to prevent fire, electrocution and
physical injury. Even more attention and care is required
when using electrical appliances incorporating a
container/tank of water: should the water overflow,
immediately disconnect it from the mains by turning off the
switch on the electrical board, and only thereafter, remove
theplugfromtheplugpoint. Checkthattheelectricalparts
of the appliance are not wet, and if they are, dry thoroughly
and carefully. Plug into the mains and then continue using
theappliance.Ifindoubtconsultaqualifiedprofessional.
Do not use the appliance if it does not work properly or if it
appears damaged; when in doubt, contact a qualified
technician.
If the appliance is not being used, unplug it from the plug
point.

Always unplug the appliance from the plug point before
assembly, disassembly, filling or emptying the tank, and
beforecleaningthefiltersandtheappliance.

a separate distance control unit. This is to prevent fire
hazards should the appliance be covered or incorrectly
positioned.

Do not allow the appliance to be exposed to the weather

If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its technical assistance centre or by
someone who is similarly qualified, in order to prevent any
risks.

INSTALLATION
After unpacking, check that all parts of the appliance are present; if in doubt, do
not use and contact a qualified technician. The packaging materials (plastic bags,
polystyrene, metal staples, etc.) must not be left within reach of children, as they
constitute possible sources of danger and must be disposed of according to
applicable regulations in recycling containers. Warning: any stickers or
advertising leaflets applied must be removed before using the appliance.
Before connecting the appliance, check that the voltage on the data plate
matches that of the electric system. In the event of incompatibility between the
power socket and the appliance's plug, have the plug replaced with a suitable
model by a qualified professional, who should ensure that the cable is
appropriate for the power rating of the device. The use of adaptors or extensions
is generally not advisable; if it is necessary to use them, they must comply with
safety regulations and the total current (amps) must not be rated lower than the
maximum current of the appliance.
Before each use, check that the appliance is in good condition and that the
power cord is not damaged: if in doubt consult a qualified professional.

The plug point must be accessible so as to easily remove the plug in case of an
emergency.
Stand the appliance on a flat, horizontal and stable surface, and keep it away
from:
-heat sources (e.g. open flames, gas stoves, etc.)
-liquids (e.g. from bathtubs, showers, sinks etc.) to avoid splashing water and to
prevent it from falling into them (the appliance should be kept a minimum of 2
metres away).
-fabrics (curtains, etc.) or floating materials/particles that may block the
aspiration grid; check also that the front part is free from floating particles
(dust, etc.).
Be very careful when moving the tank when it contains water, and act by
gripping only the side handles; only move the appliance in a vertical position,
never bend it.
If there is a fault or the appliance is not working correctly, switch it off and have
it checked by a qualified professional. Repairs done by an unqualified person can
be dangerous and cause the guarantee to become void.
The appliance has the following controls (refer to the image):
-Side handles (5) for easy transport.
-Water tank (8), at the bottom. Remove the lid (9) towards the outside using
the handle (10), insert demineralized water (without limescale), and free of
additives (essences, detergents, or other), without exceeding the max. level
(about 8L: running time of about 8/12 hours) through water inlet (14). If the
water inside the tank is finished, switch off the cooling function using the
button (11). To remove and empty the tank, it is advisable to place the main
unit on a support surface and then unscrew the 4 fixing screws (4) and
remove the transparent plastic lid (7).
-Front grille: the upper (3a) and lower (3b) horizontal flaps can be adjusted up
or down manually and separately. The vertical flaps (4), automatically swivel

right and left by pressing the (12) button on the control panel or remote
control.
4 Filters:
a) 1 Rear filter: remove the lid using the handle, the
internal honeycomb filter is sprayed with water and
thus cools the air that passes through it. The filter
can be easily extracted by pulling the two handles
on the side panels (15) outwards. To insert the filter
(always ensure the side panels are present) and lid
in place, repeat this operation in reverse.
b) 1 filter on the right side: turn the lid clockwise
and remove it; the internal filter (see above for
characteristics and for its removal and
insertion). Replace the lid (use the lid with the
internal label corresponding to the symbol )
on the main unit so that the “ ” symbol on the
lid and the “ ” symbol on the unit meet and
then turn it counterclockwise all the way.
c) 1 filter on the left side: turn the lid
counterclockwise and remove it; the internal
filter (see above for characteristics and for its
removal and insertion). Replace the lid (use
the lid with the internal label corresponding
to the symbol ) ) on the main unit so that
the “ ” symbol on the lid and the “ ”
symbol on the unit meet and then turn it
clockwise all the way..
d) 1 filter on the front: internal filter (see above
for characteristics and for its removal and
insertion).
At the end of the operation, check that each filter and lid are correctly
assembled.

Control panel with switches for the following functions:
“ ” button: cools the air and
evaporates micro-particles of H²O it is
filled with: this function is most effective
in drier air, and is less effective as relative
humidity increases (RH).
The button starts and stops the water pump. If the water is finished, switch off
the cooling function using the button.
Selector (12): turn the selector knob to the desired speed: (0=off; 1=min; 2=
med; 3=max).
“ ” button, see above.
USE
To start the appliance, plug it into the mains and choose the required functions.
To turn the unit off completely, after set the selector to “ 0 “, remove the plug
from the plug point.
If the appliance is not being used for long periods of time, remove the plug from
the plug point and empty the water tank.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Important: before performing routine cleaning, remove the plug from the mains.
Regularly check that the filters are clean and that the water in the tank does
not contain deposits or substances to ensure that the functions are as effective
as possible.
To clean the filters, remove the lids and clean the dirt with a vacuum cleaner or
a brush, making sure that the surfaces are not damaged, and rinse with
running water. Allow to drip dry completely, place filters with sides and lids
back in position.
To clean the tank use a soft cloth to remove any deposits on the surface,
taking care not to damage the pump and other parts.
To clean the body, use a soft cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, use
also a mild everyday detergent.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive products.
Do not immerse any electrical parts in water or another liquid. In the event this
occurs, dry carefully and check that the electric parts are perfectly dry and,

only thereafter, plug the appliance into the mains. If in doubt, contact a
qualified professional.
If the appliance is not used for long periods of time, you should store it away
from dust and moisture; we recommend using the original packaging.
If you decide to no longer use the device, it is recommended that it is made
inoperative by cutting the power cable (first ensure that the appliance has
been unplugged from the power supply), and ensure that any parts that could
be a hazard to playing children are put away (e.g. the ice bricks).
Correctly disposing of the product as per European Directive 2011/65/UE.
At the end of its lifespan, the product must not be disposed of as part of ordinary
waste.
It can be handed in to specific collection points set up by the local authority, or
to retailers who provide such a service.
Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative
consequences for the environment and human health resulting from
inappropriate disposal and allows the recovery of the materials from which it is
made in order to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. As a
reminder of the obligation to dispose of appliances separately, the product is
marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Incorrect disposal of the product
by the user will lead to administrative sanctions according to current law.
