smartphones. You can browse featured songs and albums or look for songs by genre. Buy and download songs and albums to your device over
the mobile network or a Wi-Fi® network.

your computer.

Browsing and searching
Browse songs or albums
You can browse lists of songs or albums including categories such as New Songs, New Albums, Top Songs, Top Albums, or you can browse by
genre and subgenre.
1. On the navigation bar at top of the screen, scroll left or right.
2. Scroll through the list of songs or albums.
Search for a song or an album
You can search for a song or an album by name or keyword.
1. On the Amazon MP3 screen, in the Search field, type the name or keyword you want to search by.
2. Click the Search icon.
To filter the search results by songs, albums, or artists, click the Filter icon.
Preview a song
When you preview a song you can continue to browse songs and albums.
1. Highlight the song that you want to preview.
2. Press the Menu key > Preview Song.
Bookmark a song or an album
1. Highlight the song or album that you want to bookmark.
2. Press the Menu key > Bookmark Song or Bookmark Album.
To view your list of bookmarks, press the Menu key > Bookmarks.
Turn off explicit content
You can set whether you can preview or download songs and albums that contain explicit content.
1. In a list of songs or albums, press the Menu key > Options.
2. Clear the Allow explicit content check box.
3. Press the Menu key > Save.

Send a link for a song or an album
1. Highlight the song or album that you want to send a link for.
2. Press the Menu key > Share Song or Share Album.
3. Click a message type.

1. Press the Menu key > Sign In.
2. Type your login information.
3. Click Sign in.

Buying and downloading
Download a song or an album
Songs or albums that you download are stored in the Music app. Songs and albums that you download are added to a "Purchased from Amazon
MP3" playlist.
1. Click a song or an album that you want to download.
2. Press the Menu key.
• To download a free song or free album, click Get Song > Get.
• To buy a song or an album, click Buy Song > Buy.
To view your downloads, press the Menu key > Downloads.
Pause downloading a song or an album
On the Downloads screen, press the Menu key > Pause.
To resume downloading the song or album, click Resume.
Change your download options
1. On the Amazon MP3 screen, press the Menu key > Options.
• To download songs and albums using a Wi-Fi® connection, change the Download songs using field to Wi-Fi Only.
• To download songs and albums to your media card, change the Download songs to field to Media Card.
• To turn off downloading when you are roaming, select the Only download music while not roaming check box.
2. Press the Menu key > Save.
Use a gift certificate or claim code
1. Press the Menu key > Options.
2. Click Enter a claim code.
3. Type the gift certificate or claim code information.
4. Click Apply.
