Congratulations for selecting the Bladez Fitness INSPIRIT Elliptical as your primary source of
fitness. The Bladez Elliptical offers many exercise programs that benefit users of all levels and
ages. The INSPIRIT is designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable.
Please read this manual carefully before using the INSPIRIT. This will allow you to get a full
understanding of all the features the Bladez Elliptical provides. If you have questions or

SECTION 1
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using the elliptical.
Notice: Before using this or any other exercise equipment consult your family physician or
health care professional to develop a well planned exercise program to fit your health needs.
If you encounter any pain or breathing discomfort while working out, STOP!, and consult a
physician before continuing.
WARNING!
1. It is wise to always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after use.
2. Keep children away from machine while in use.
3. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the elliptical.
4. Maximum user weight of this elliptical is 285 lbs.
5. Keep a minimum clearance of 18” on each side and 24” at the rear of the elliptical for
safety.
6. It is mandatory that you unplug the elliptical prior to cleaning to reduce the risk of electric
shock, serious burns, and the risk of injuries.
7. The elliptical should never be left unattended when in operation. Unplug the elliptical from
the outlet when not in use or when servicing the elliptical.
8. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children, invalids, or
disabled persons.
9. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
10.Do not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
11.Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
Call your service center for any service concerns before taking your elliptical in for repair.
12.Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
13.Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
14.Do not use outdoors.
15.Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
16.To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
17.This appliance is intended for household use only.

POWER SUPPLY
Your INSPIRIT Elliptical uses a two prong external power supply for use on a nominal
110-120-volt circuit. Use only the power supply provided with your INSPIRIT Elliptical. If you
misplace this power supply, please contact Bladez for an original replacement. Use of the
wrong power supply may cause damage to your INSPIRIT Elliptical. No adapter or extension
cord should be used with this product. See page 18 for additional information.
CLEANING
Clean with soap and slightly damp cloth only; never use solvents.

Installation
Many parts are pre-assembled for your convenience.
Follow the user manual in sequence and read carefully before assembly.
1. Please check the contents and verify that there are no missing parts.
Remove all the packing materials, then place parts on the ground as shown below.
Note: Leave enough space for ease of assembly.

2. Installation of the Rear Stabilizer
1. Align the bolt holes in the rear stabilizer (38) with the bolt holes in the rear base of the
main frame.
2. Secure with bolts M8*25 (29), M8 spring washers (8) and flat washers
OD20*ID8.5*2.0T (7).

3. Installation of the Front Stabilizer
1. Align the bolt holes in the front stabilizer (79) with the bolt holes in the front base of the
main frame.
2. Secure with bolts M8*25 (29), M8 spring washers (8) and flat washers
OD20*ID8.5*2.0T (7).

4. Installation of The Computer Pole and the Lower Swing Bar (L&R)
1. Remove the bolts M8*20 (9) and flat washers OD20*ID8.5*2.0T (7) from the
pre-assembly. (Fig. 1)
2. Remove the bolts M10*100 (11), lower swing bar bushing tube (59) flat washer
OD20*ID10.5*2.0T(33) and M10*6.35T (32) nylon caps from the pre-assembly of the
left and right lower swing bar (10, 45). (Fig. 2)

4. Installation of The Computer Pole and the Lower Swing Bar (L&R) Continued
3. Move the computer pole (100) near the lower computer pole mount. Line up the
computer lead lower (66) and middle (34) and connect them together. (Fig. 3)
4. Insert the computer pole (100) onto the lower computer pole mount, using the bolts
M8*20 (9) and flat washers OD20*ID8.5*2.0T (7) removed in step 1 to secure them
together.
5. Slide the computer pole housing (36) down until it is flush with the base. (Fig. 4)

1. Insert the lower swing bar bushing tube (59) into the bushing tube on the pedal tube (58). (Fig.
5)
2. Put the pedal tube with the lower swing bar bushing tube (59) into U metal in the left and right
lower swing bar (10, 45) lining up the holes. Insert the bolts M10*100 (11), then use the flat
washer OD20*ID 10.5*2.0T (33) and M10*6.35T nylon cap (33) to secure them. (Fig. 6)

3. Cover with the left and right lower swing bar housings (12, 31), using the screws
M3*20 (13) to attach them. (Fig. 7)
5. Connection of the Computer Pole
1. Insure that the computer pole housing-upper
(22) is in place as shown in Fig. 1
2. Line up the computer lead middle (34) and
computer lead upper (40) and connect them
together.
3. Insert the upper computer pole (17) into the
lower computer pole (100). Use the bolts
M8*20 (9) and flat washers OD20*ID8.5*2.0T
(7) to secure them.
4. Move the computer pole housing-upper (22),
up and match with the computer pole housing
(19). Use screws M5*16 (21) to secure them.

6. Attaching the Computer
1. Remove the screws (15) on the back of the computer (14).
2. Connect the computer connection line upper (40) with the computer line coming out of
the back of the computer. then separately connect the hand pulse lines (41,42) with the
hand pulse lines coming out of the back of the computer.
3. Attach the computer to the plate of the computer pole using the screws (15) removed in
step 1 to secure it.

7. Attaching the Upper Swing Bar
1. Insert the right upper swing bar (2) into the connection tube of the right lower swing bar
(10).
2. Insert the bolts M8*36 (4), then use M8*6.35T nylon caps (3) to secure them together.
3. Cover with the handle bar housing front and rear (5, 30), using the screws M3*20 (13)
to attach them.
Note: Repeat for the left side.

8. Attaching the Pedals
1. Place the pedals (57, 99) on the metal plate of the pedal tube (58).
2. Line up the bolt holes and insert the carriage bolts M10*45 (56). Use the flat washers
OD20*ID10.5*2.0T(33) and M10*6.35T nylon caps (32) to secure the pedals.

9. Attaching the Pedal Bushing Housing
1. Cover the pedal axle bushings with the pedal bushing housings (55).
2. Use screws M5*10 (49) to secure them.

POWER CONNECTION
Insert the plug (Z) from the transformer into the jack (R) on the main body (bottom, rear of the
machine) and then plug the transformer (77) into a 120 V wall outlet, Fig 1.
To give you greater control over your exercise, this computer unit provides simultaneous
read-outs of speed, distance, exercise time, calories burned and pulse rate.
If at any time during exercise you press the START/STOP button then all of the unit’s functions
will stop. Pressing the START/STOP button again will restart the machine.
The console will switch itself off automatically if the unit stands idle for more than 4 minutes.
Important: Dispose of electronic components properly, Fig. 2.
CONSOLE FUNCTIONS
This console has six keys: TEST, ENTER, UP, DOWN, START/STOP, MODE. The program
level you have selected is shown simultaneously in the central section of the display. The six
windows at the bottom of the display show the TIME; RPM/SPEED; DISTANCE/ODOMETER
(total distance covered); CALORIES; THR (TARGET HEART RATE); PULSE RATE. This
console also has 1 manual program, 6 pre-set exertion level programs; 1 BODY FAT program;
4 Heart Rate Control programs; 1 user defined program.
With the console either stopped or working you can alternate between the (RPM/SPEED) and
(DIST/ODO) window by pressing the MODE key.
You can reset of all the values back to zero by holding the START/STOP key down for 3
seconds.
MANUAL FUNCTION P1
Press the START/STOP key to switch the console on, the words PROGRAM 1 will appear on
the screen.
Use the UP/DOWN keys to increase or decrease the exertion level, there are 16 exertion
levels.
Programming a time limit
Press the START/STOP key to switch the console on, then press the ENTER key until the time
window starts to flash, use the UP/DOWN to specify the duration of the exercise (from 1 - 99
minutes), select the time limit and press START/STOP to begin the exercise. The time will
begin to count down until it reaches zero, at which point the console will beep several times to
advise you that you have reached the programmed value.
