CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Cleaning instructions for BLANKE LINEAR DRAINAGE UNITS
1 The grate cover is raised and lifted out using
the grate lifter (white plastic lever) included in
the scope of delivery.
2 Remove the hair sieve by hand. 3 Remove coarse soiling in the channel body
with owing warm water and household
cleaning products. A sponge or a brush is helpful
here. The same procedure has to be applied on the
hair sieve. Rinse the drain with plenty of water pri-
or to reinstillation.

the grate lifter (white plastic lever) included in
the scope of delivery.
2 Push the grate lifter up into the groove of the
drain connection nozzle and press it out; this is
towards the wall or away from the wall depending
on the installation situation.
3 Remove coarse soiling in the channel body
with owing warm water and household
cleaning products. A sponge or a brush is helpful
here. The same procedure has to be applied on the
drain connection nozzle. Grease the sealing ring of
the drain connection nozzle prior to reinstillation
(e.g. with tting grease or Vaseline).

2 Grip the siphon on both sides and press it out
of the drain connection; this is towards the
wall or away from the wall depending on the in-
stallation situation.
3 Remove coarse soiling in the channel body
with owing warm water and household
cleaning products. A sponge or a brush is help-
ful here. The same procedure has to be applied
on the siphon. Grease the insertion connector of
the siphon prior to reinstillation (e.g. with tting
grease or Vaseline).
