1. PARTS IDENTIFICATION (COMPONENTS)

2. IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDES
1) When using any electrical appliance basic safety precautions should always be followed. For your convenience
we ask that you please review and understand this entire manual before operating this machine. Also please
retain this manual for future reference regarding further maintenance and information needs.
2) Always make sure that the machine is switched to the “OFF” position before you plug it in.
3) Never place or immerse this machine in or around water or liquids of any kind except for the parts that regularly
come into contact with the food products.
4) This product is not intended for outdoor use.
5) Always provide close supervision when children are present during the use of any appliance.
6) Always make sure to unplug this machine by the plug (not the cord) from the outlet before applying, or removing
parts before cleaning and when it is not in use.
7) Never make contact with any moving parts. Always use the provided beat pusher. Never feed by hand or any
other body part.
8) Remember to never operate any machine with a damaged plug and/or cord, after any malfunction, or inspection
and or any necessaryrepairs ofr adjustments immediately. only use additional attachments or extra parts that are
provided by the manufacturer of this appliance.
9) Always plug into the correct power source.
10) Do not leave the electric cord hanging over any counter edge or table top. Only operate this machine on a sturdy
and even surface.
11) Do not use this appliance near any warm surfaces (Including cooking or baking appliances)
12) Do not grind hard foods such as bones, nuts or food with hard fibers. Avoid jamming by not using any force
while feeding food products or operating this appliance. If this unit get jammed in any way switch the unit to “OFF”
immediately and clean properly.
13) Be sure to use caution when carrying this unit. Use both hands and hold the motor housing. Please keep in mind
that this is a large and heavy appliance.
14) Bull Grinder is not resposible for any loss due to injury, misuse, neglect, alteration, or for any visible or concealed
damage caused by transfortation, flooding, fire, etc.

3. MINCING
1) Place the head tightly on to the opening of motor housing.
2) While holding the head with one hand, tighten the locking knob clockwise.
3) Place the feed screw into the head (Long end first) by turning the feed screw slightly until it is set into the motor
housing and cover the transmission shaft.
4) Place the cutting blade onto feed screw shaft with the blade facing the front as illustrated.
- if it is not fitted properly, meat won’t be ground.
5) Place desired cutting plate next to cutting blade, align and tighten.
6) Screw cap into place until tight.
- Do not over tighten
- Place hopper plate on head and fix into position.
- Place the unit on a firm surface.
- The air passage at the bottom and the side of motor housing should be kept free and not blocked.(mincing meat)

- Cut all foods into pieces so that they fit easily into Hopper opening. Plug in then, turn on the switch.
7) Feed foods into Stuff plate.
- Use meat pusher, after using, turn off the switch and unplug.
Notes,
If the minced meat is not discharged smoothly or in the form of plate, the cause and remedies could be;
1) Screw cap is tightened too much thus, the Cutting blade does not contact properly with the cutting plate.
2) The cutting plate is blocked, Clean it.
3) Cutting Blade edge are dull. Grind or replace the Blade.
4. JAMMING
When the circuit breaker automatically stops the motor, or when the motor continues to function but no meat comes
out of cutting plate due to jamming of bone or other materials. Turn off the switch.
- Do not switch “ON”
Turn Switch to “Reverse” to clear jamming of bone or other materials.
- Reverse operation will continue for as long as “Reverse” is held.
5. CLEANING
Disassembling;
- Make sure that the motor has stopped completely. Disconnect the plug from the outlet.
- Screw Cap has 3 flat sides that are convenient for unscrewing. If screw cap is too tight, please knock at the flat
sides with a soft-hammer. Then, the screw cap will unscrew easily.
- Unscrew the locking knob, and take out cutting plate, blade and feed screw.
Cleaning;
- Remove meat etc..
- Wash each part in warm soapy water.
- A bleaching solution containing chlorine will discolor aluminum surface.
- Do not immerse motor housing in water. Only wipe it with a damp cloth.
-Thinner and benzenes will crack or change the color of the unit.
-Put a little salad oil on parts (H)~(K) after washing and drying will keep them lubricated.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Warranty Valid Only In the USA
This warranty is subject to all of the terms and conditions listed below. Warranty card furnished with this unit must be
properly executed and returned to BLUE AIR immediately after installation. Failure to return the warranty registration
card to provided location will automatically void all warranties.
1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty:
BLUE AIR warrants to the original purchaser the BLUE AIR unit sold and all parts thereof to be free from defects in
material or workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of one(1) years from the date of sale or fifteen (15)
months from date of shipment by us, whichever occurs first. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to
repairing or replacing F.O.B. factory any of such products that prove to be defective and which our examination shall
disclose
to
our
satisfaction
to
be
defective

A) Any part returned to the company under the terms of this warranty must be accompanied by the record of the
cabinet model number, serial number, return authorization number and such return shall be on the basis of
TRANSPORTAION CHARGES PREPAID.
B) Improper operation due to low voltage condition, inadequate wiring and accident damages are not manufacturing
defects and are strictly the responsibility of the purchaser.
C) Condenser coils must be cleaned at regular intervals. Failure to do so may cause the compressor to malfunction
and
will
void
the
warranty

term “Original Purchaser” as used herein shall be deemed to refer to that person, firm, association, or company
for whom the refrigeration unit refers to herein is originally installed.

warranties the compressor model tag must be returned to Blue Air along with the above information. All claims must be
reported to Blue Air within one (1) year of occurrence. This warranty will not be effective unless the warranty card is
returned or registered (www.blueairinc.com) to Blue Air within 12 days of installation. Confirm receipt of warranty
registration by contacting Blue Air directly (1-866-677-8500)
Non Warranty Claims
Blue Air’s warranty service is limited to labor of repairing merchandise and/or parts replaced. This warranty does not
authorize
any
person(s)
to
assume
any
obligation
or
liability
other
than
what
the
warranty
permits

transportation, flood, fire, acts of God, etc.
Concealed Damage Example
Styrofoam may hide any hidden dents on the shipment that may not be completely visible. You must inspect all corners
and grills thoroughly. If the carrier stacks any contents on the units this can cause glass on the glass door units to break

Spoilage of Product - No claims can be made against this warranty for any spoilage of products, such as food, loss of
sales, or consequential damages. BLUE AIR is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that BLUE AIR
determines

manufacture
