Important Safety Instructions
1
Before beginning any fitness program, you should obtain a complete
physical examination from your physician. When using exercise equip-
ment, basic precautions should always be taken, including the following:
* Read all instructions before using .

moving parts.
* Do not attempt to lift more weight than you can control safely.
* Do not use the equipment outdoors.
* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in
sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later
that you have to disassemble compontents and that you may have
damaged the equipment.
* Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate
the unit a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access.

Assembly instructions
Assembly of the Raise takes professional install
about 2 hours. If this is the first time you have assembled this
type of equipment, plan to spend more time. It is strongly recom
mended to assemble the equipment by professional installers.
You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this equipment
with the help of a friend, as some of components may be large,
heavy or awkward to handle alone. It is important that you asse-
mble your product in a clean, clear, uncluttered area. This will
enable you to move around the product while you are fitting com-
onents and reduce the possibility of injury during assembly.
As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment
is critical. While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room
for adjustments. Do not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed
to do so. Be careful to assemble the components in the sequence
presented in this guide.

Step1 Install The Adj.Foot Plates

Align the Adj.Foot Plates(#14) to the Main Upright(#1)
and the Side Upright(#2), then secure the mbyhands.

Step2 Assemble The Frame
1)Attach the Low Cross (#5) and the Upper Cross
the Main Upright (#1) using:

Step3 Assemble The Weight Plates
1)Insert both the Guide Rods(#27) into the Main Upright
(#1).
2)Slide the Weight Rubber Bumper(#54) down onto each
the Guide Rod(#27).
3)Carefully begin sliding the Weight Plate one by one in
sequence:#44,#45,#43,#48.
4)Align both top ends of the Guide Rods(#27) to the Main
Upright(#1) and secure them using:
two Allen Bolts(#62) M10×75
two Washers(#74) 11× 20×1.5
two Spring Washers(#77) 10
two Rubber Caps(#55)

Make sure that Washers(#74) and Spring Washers
(#77) are on the top side.

Step4 Assemble the Adj.Shaft
and Cam

1)Attach the Pillow Block(#15) to the Main Upright(#1)
using:
2)Insert the Adj.Shaft(#8) through the Pillow Block(#15),
The Main Upright(#1),the Long Spacer(#20),and the
Cam (#13),next,secure the Cam(#13) to the Adj.Shaft
(#8) use the Key(#22).
3)Insert the Short Spacer(#21) onto the Adj.Shaft(#8).
4)Attach the Pillow Block(#15) to the Main Upright(#1)
using:

1)Insert the Spacer Washer(#16),the Pivot Arm(#7),the
SePerated Spacer(#58) onto the Adj.Shaft(#8) in seq-
uence.
2)Attach the Angle Support (#6) to the Adj. Shaft (#8)
using:

Step6 Assemble The Swing Tube

1)Attach the Swing Tube(#9) to the Pivot Arm(#7) using:

(#33) into the Swing Tube(39) in sequence and secure
the Roller to the Swing Tube using:

One Big Collar(#39)
One Out Collar(#40)

Step7 Route The Cable

1)Put the clip tied on the weight pin leash onto the Top
Plate(#48) as shown, next connect the Cable(#51) to
the Top Plate(#48).
2)Route the Cable(#51)up and over the two Pulleies(#28),
then secure them to the Main Upright(#1) using:
3)Route the Cable(#51)down and under the Pulley(#28),
then secure them to the Main Upright(#1) using:
4)Connect the looped end of the Cable(#51)to the Cam
(#13),secure it using one Screw(#93)as shown below.
5)Adjust the tension of the Cable (#51)using the Jam
Nut as shown below.
6)Fully tighten all bolts and nuts.
7)Select an approprate weight with the weight pin.

Step8 Assemble The Decal Plates
The Front Decal Plate(#30) with the exercise instr
uction sprinted on it should be attached in the front
of the Main Upright(#1).
For a safe exercise, you need make the unit steady
by adjusting the Adj.foot plates.
