Using your headphones with your Samsung
Galaxy device
Applies to:
SoundSport in-ear headphones –Samsung Galaxy models
All Bose headphones designed for Samsung devices include a small in-line remote with an integrated
microphone. This offers easy control to answer/end calls and adjust volume.
Note: The "S" marking on the back of the remote indicates that these headphones are designed for
use with Samsung® Galaxy® devices. Complete remote functionality may not be available for some
models. Refer to your Samsung® Galaxy® user guide to see if remotes work with your model.
Basic functions
increase volume:
press and release the + button
decrease volume:
press and release the –button
answer or end a call:
press and release the answer/end button
decline an incoming call:
press and hold the answer/end button for about two seconds, then release
switch to an incoming or on-hold call and put the current call on-hold:
while on a call, press and release the answer/end button once. press and release again to switch back
to the first call
switch to an incoming or on-hold call and end the current call:
while on a call, press and hold the answer/end button for about two seconds, then release
use voice control:

Media playback functions
play or pause a song or video:
press and release the answer/end button
skip to the next song or chapter:
press and release the answer/end button twice quickly
fast forward:
press and release the answer/end button twice quickly and hold the second press
There's no audio coming from my headphones.
Check the condition of the audio cable. If the plug or any part of the cable has been
damaged, that could be causing the problem
Be sure the headphones are connected properly. The headphones may be connected
improperly or the connection may have come loose. Remove and reseat the headphone
connector
Make sure the audio device is on and the volume is turned up
Try a different audio device. The problem could be with the audio device to which your
headphones are currently connected
I can hear audio from only one side of my headphones.
Check the balance level on the source. If the source has balance level adjustment, it may
be adjusted incorrectly. Be sure it is set to a middle level
Be sure the headphones are connected properly. The headphones may be connected
improperly or the connection may have come loose. Remove and reseat the headphone
connector
There is too much bass in my headphones.
Turn off any audio enhancement features on the audio source
