CAUTION:
Turn off all power prior to connecting or disconnecting
the liquid electrical components.

STEP 1
Remove Top Cover. Discardexisting Top Cover. Usethe new
TopCover withanoval cutoutinthe center.

Substation must be anchored to floor when used for power
infeed. See Substation instruction sheets for anchoring
instructions.

DisassembleCover PinPlatebyunfasteningthe CoverPin PlateHex Bolts.Save
hardware for reassembling.

Determinethe exactfloorlocation,theorientation oftheovalcutoutand thecenterof
theSubstation whichthepowerpolewill mountonto.PositionSubstationand mark
floor.Useaplumb lineto locatethe centerandthedirectionof ovalcutout onthe ceiling
requiredto allowthe powerpole topassthroughtheceiling. Markcenter andhigh
pointsof ovalcutouton theceiling.
Positionthe ovalescutcheon ringusing themarksontheceiling andassuring theoval is
orientatedcorrectly tomatchtheovalin theSupport.Tracethe insideovalandmarkmount-
inghole locations.Cut ovalshape alonglinewithcuttingblade positionedoutside theline.
Drill4 holesfor recommended 1/4”dia. expansionbolts. Boltspass thruor fasten
into(drywall).
