按钮开关的操作及指示灯
打印机上电后电源指示灯保持常亮状态，状态指示灯常亮为正常待机状态，
即在线，打印机可以接收数据，状态指示灯灭为离线状态，不能接收数据。
热敏型打印机缺纸时状态指示灯闪，不能接收数据。
SEL 键切换打印机在线离线，离线状态下 LF 键为走纸键。
自检测方式
打印机上电之后，按 SEL 键使打印机离线(新针打和热敏型省略此步骤)，按
住 LF 键不放，接着按下 SEL 键，同时放开 LF 键和 SEL 键，即打出自检条。
Operation Specification
After turning on the printer, the indicator light is on, shows that
the printer is online, and it is ready to receive data. The light is
off, shows that the printer is offline, and it can not receive data.
When the light flash to show the paper is lacking, and the printer
can not receive data.
The SEL button can switch online or offline status. When the printer
is offline, press the LF button, and the printer will feed paper.
The Self Test
Turn on the printer, press the SEL button to make printer offline (when
use new dot matrix printing and thermal printing model, no need to
refer this step), press the LF button, and don’t release, then press
the SEL button, and then release the both two buttons at the same time,
and then the printer will print out the self-check scrip.

●安装 Installation

安装方法： 
请把打印机嵌入部分插入仪器或设备面板的安装孔内，如图中配件卡子和固定架组合，接
着把组合后的配件卡入壳体中，并拧紧螺丝，左右对称各一套，安装方法相同。
安装的面板厚度为 0.5～8mm 厚的金属板或塑料板；厚薄不会影响打印机安装的牢固性。
开口尺寸：103mm+0.5×57mm+0.5
Installation Method
Insert the built-in part of printer into the installing orifice of instrument or
equipment. As the picture show, fit the plastic fasteners together, then fix the
assembly onto the printer and tighten the screws on both sides.
The faceplate that will be fixed could be metal plate or plastic plate with
thickness from 0.5mm to 8mm. Neither too thick nor too thin would affect the
fastness of the printers.
Installation dimension:103mm+0.5×57mm+0.5.

●连接 Connection

通讯连接：
请严格参照公司网站所提供说明书所示引脚定义连接。
电源连接：
WH 微打随机提供的一根带有插头的两线电源电缆,插头具有极性保护机构,电源电缆的红
色线接电源正极(+),另一线接电源负极(-)。
注意:不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接相连，工作电压应在额定电压
±5%以内,电源极性一定要接正确,否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏,炜煌公
司对此不承担保修义务。
Communication Connection
Please refer to the printer manual on company website.
Power Connection
Notice the power cable, connect the red cord to positive pole, connect the white cord to
the negative pole.
Attention: Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating voltage should
be within 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be correct, otherwise it will cause
permanent damage to printer, brightek company do not assume maintenance compulsory
upon this.

●装纸 Paper Roll

安装步骤：
1.如图 1 从机壳中抽出打印机。
2.将新纸卷套在纸轴上，并装入打印机纸仓内。纸轴两边固定在卡槽内。拉出一截（超出
一点撕纸牙齿），把纸放整齐。
3.接通打印机的电源，按 SEL 键使 SEL 指示灯灭，并将打印纸送到进纸口，然后按 LF 键
使。机头转动。这时看一下纸是否走歪，再按一下 SEL 键，或关上电源。
4.将打印机推入复位即可。热敏打印机无此步骤。打印纸的方向有药液一面（光滑面）向。

Replacing the Paper Roll
1. As the Fig.1 show, draw out the printer.
2. Put the new paper on the paper roller holder, and install the roller firmly
on the printer. Pull a small amount of paper out of hatch tooth. Notice the
direction of the paper when use thermal series according to Fig.2.
3. Power the printer on, press SEL button, make SEL indicator light off, and insert
the paper into the feeder. Then press LF button, make the print head to run,
and the paper will come out. Press SEL button again or turn off the power.
4. Push the printer to the original position.
Note: When use thermal series, no need to refer this step. Notice the
direction of the paper according to Fig.1.

●色带 Ribbon

色带更换：
1．从机壳中抽出打印机。扣住图中所示箭头处，翻开前面板。
2．从打印机头上轻轻取下旧色带盒。注意:请先抬起色带盒的左端,然后再抬起色带盒的
右端,取下色带盒。
3．换新的色带盒。首先将色带盒的右端轻轻放在机头右端的齿轮轴上,左端稍微抬起,不
要放下。如色带盒右端未落到底,请按住色带盒上的旋钮,顺时针方向稍微转动一下,直
到色带盒的右端落到底后再放下色带盒的左端。
4．合上打印机的前面板，并推入复位。
Ribbon Installation
1. Draw out the printer, fasten the position which the arrow point to as shown
in Fig.1 and open the front cover of printer.
2. Take down the old ribbon cassette, notice: lift up the left end of the ribbon
cassette, then lift up the right end, and then take down the ribbon cassette.
3. Installing new one: put down gently the right end of ribbon cassette on the
gear wheel in the print head, lift up the left a little, don’t put down, if the
right edge is not down to the bottom, rotate the knob of the ribbon cassette
slightly in clockwise direction as shown in the image, until the ribbon cassette
is down to the bottom, then put down the left. Check if the ribbon is drawn
to be straight, if not, rotate the knob again. It is easier to replace the ribbon
cassette without paper in the print head.
4. Close the printer cover, and push the printer head to the original position.
