按钮开关的操作及指示灯
电源指示灯常亮为正常状态，状态指示灯闪烁为缺纸。
正常上电后，按 LF 键走纸。按任意键上电，根据不同提示进行打印机设置。
自检测方式
打印机上电之后，按住 LF 键不放，接着按下 SEL 键，同时放开 LF 键和 SEL
键，即打出自检条。
Operation Specification
After turning on the printer, the indicator light will keep on. When
the light flash, it shows that the paper is lacking, and the printer
can not receive data.
Press the LF button, the printer will feed paper. Press any button
and turn on the power at the same time, can change the status setting
according to the prompt scrip.
The Self Test
Turn on the printer, press the LF button, and don’t release, then press
the SEL button, and then release the both two buttons at the same time,
and then the printer will print out the self-check scrip.

●安装 Installation

安装方法： 
请把打印机嵌入部分插入仪器或设备面板的安装孔内，如图中配件卡子和固定架的组合，
接着把组合后的配件卡入壳体中，并拧紧螺丝，左右对称各一套，安装方法相同。
安装的面板厚度为 0.5～8mm 厚的金属板或塑料板；厚薄不会影响打印机安装的牢固性。
开口尺寸：103mm+0.5×57mm+0.5
Installation Method
Insert the built-in part of printer into the installing orifice of instrument or
equipment. As the picture show, fit the plastic fasteners and holder together,
then fix the assembly onto the printer and tighten the screws on both sides.
The faceplate that will be fixed could be metal plate or plastic plate with
thickness from 0.5mm to 8mm. Neither too thick nor too thin would affect the
fastness of the printers.
Installation dimension:103mm+0.5×57mm+0.5.

●连接 Connection

通讯连接：
请严格参照公司网站提供产品说明书进行连接。
电源连接：
WH 微打随机提供的一根带有插头的两线电源电缆,插头具有极性保护机构,电源电缆的红
色线接电源正极(+),另一线接电源负极(-)。
注意:不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接相连，工作电压应在额定电压
±5%以内,电源极性一定要接正确,否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏,炜煌公
司对此不承担保修义务。
Communication Connection
Please refer to the printer manual on company website.
Power Connection
Notice the power cable, connect the red cord to positive pole,connect the white
cord to the negative pole.
Attention： Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating voltage should
be within ± 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be correct, otherwise it will
cause permanent damage to printer, brightek company do not assume maintenance
compulsory upon this.

●装纸 Paper Roll

安装步骤：
1．如图 1 箭头位置轻轻按下，纸仓盖即打开。
2．把打印纸装入，并拉出一截（超出一点撕纸牙齿），把纸放整齐，同时注意纸的
方向有药液一面（光滑面）向上。
3．合上纸仓盖，打印头走纸轴压齐打印纸后稍用力把打印头走纸轴压回打印头。
4．接通打印机的电源，按 SEL 键使 SEL 指示灯灭，然后再按 LF 键使机头转动，这时看一
下纸是否走歪，再按一下 SEL 键，待机或关上电源。


Replacing the Paper Roll
1. Press the button which arrow point to as shown in Fig 1.
2. Insert the paper into the printer, Pull out a small amount of paper. Notice
the direction of the paper according to Fig.2.
3. Close the paper cover. Press the platen roller back to the printer head.
4. Power the printer on, and press SEL button, make SEL indicator light off, then
press LF button, make the print head to run, and the paper will come out. Press
SEL button again, or turn off the power.

●清洁 Cleaning

清洁保养：
热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打
印机的使用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。
纸仓盖打开后，用棉棒沾少许酒精，轻轻擦拭打印机热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。
Printer Cleaning
If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean
the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then Wipe the print head with
a cleaning pen and Use a cloth moistened with an alcohol solution to clean the
paper sensor and the platen roller.



