按钮开关的操作及指示灯
打印机上电后指示灯保持常亮状态，打印机缺纸时指示灯闪，不能接受数据。
正常上电后，LF 键为走纸键，SET 键无效。
自检测方式
打印机断电，按 LF 键不放手同时给打印机上电，打印机就会打印出自检条。
Operation Specification
After turning on the printer, the indicator light will keep on. When
the light flash, it shows that the paper is lacking, and the printer
can not receive data.
Press the LF button, the printer will feed paper.
The Self Test
Press the LF button, do not release and turn on the printer at the
same time，and then the printer will print out the self-check scrip.

●安装 Installation
安装方法：
请把打印机嵌入部分直接插入仪器或设备面板的安装孔后，四角用螺钉和螺母固定内即
可。
所安装的面板厚度为 1.0～4.0mm 厚的金属板或塑料板。
Installation Method:
Insert the built-in part of printer into the installing orifice of instrument or
equipment, and fix with the screws and nuts.
For the faceplate that will be fixed could be metal plate or plastic plate with
thickness from 1.0mm to 4.0mm. Thickness beyond this range would affect the
fastness of the printers.

●连接 Connection
通讯连接：
请严格参照产品背面标签所注参数进行连接。
电源连接：
请严格参照产品背面标签所注参数进行连接。
注意：不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接连接，工作电压应在额定电压±5%以内，电源极性
一定要接正确，否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏，炜煌公司对此不承担保修义务。
Communication Connection：

Attention： Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating
voltage should be within ±5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be
correct, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to printer, brightek
company don’t assume maintenance compulsory upon this.

●装纸 Paper Roll
安装步骤：
1.如图 1 所示,将钥匙插入锁内按箭头位置旋转 90°,拉开活动盖板如图 2。
2.继续朝上扣纸仓顶轴,这时打印头走纸轴与打印头分离,打开纸仓盖。
3.把打印纸装入,并拉出一截(超出一点撕纸牙齿),注意把纸放整齐,纸的方向为有药液一
面(光滑面)向上,如图 3。
4.合上纸仓盖,打印头走纸轴压齐打印纸后稍用力把打印头走纸轴压回打印头,把出纸口
多余的纸撕掉，合上活动盖板反方向旋转钥匙 90°锁上盖板，抽出钥匙再把锁盖拨
回原位置。
5.接通打印机的电源,使机头转动,这时看一下纸是否走歪,待机或关上电源。
Replacing the Paper Roll
1. As Fig.1, insert the key and rotate 90 degrees to unlock the cover plate.
2. Open the axis which the arrow point to as shown in Fig.2 and open the paper
cover.
3. Insert the paper into the printer, and pull out a small amount of paper. Notice
the direction of the paper according to Fig.3.
4. Close the paper cover. Press the platen roller back to the printer head, and
tear off the paper, then close the cover plate and lock it.
5. Power the printer on, then press LF button to make the print head to run, and
the paper will come out. Turn off the power.

●清洁 Cleaning
清洁保养：
热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打印机的使
用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。方法是打开纸舱盖，用棉棒沾少许酒精，轻轻擦拭打印机
热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。
Printer Cleaning
If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean
the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then wipe the printer head with
a cleaning pen and use a cloth moistened with an alcohol to solution to clean the
paper sensor and the platen roller.

二、打印机使用注意事项和日常保养
1、使用打印机之前，先将各种线完全插好，检查连接正常后再开机。注意：串口机型不能带电插
拔数据线。
2、必须使用原厂配备电源和连接线，否则打印机将出现异常现象。
3、必须使用符合要求的纸卷．（如纸厚度、宽度、打印面比较光滑等），以延长打印机加热板寿
命。
4、打印机不得在无纸的状态下（没有缺纸报警）打印，否则将严重损害热敏打印头。
5、避免水或导电的物质（例如：金属）进入打印机内部，一旦发生，应立即关闭电源。
6、打印机在暂时不用时应将电源关闭，以延长打印机使用寿命。
7、定期清理打印机加热板和滚轴表面，以免影响打印内容的效果。
8、定期清理机头测纸传感器表面的异物，防止出现缺纸不报或误报警现象。
9、打印机在出现异常故障现象时，请先切断电源，然后通知相关人员进行检修。
注：在日常保养时，必须确保关闭电源，不要用手或金属物体触摸机头加热板和胶辊的表面。
