按钮开关的操作及指示灯
开机：打印机按住电源开关 3 秒钟，电源打开。工作状态指示灯闪亮。少于
3 秒钟电源不动作。
关机：在开机状态，按压电源开关 3 秒钟，电源关闭，工作状态指示灯熄灭。
少于 3 秒钟电源不动作。
走纸：按压走纸键（LF 键），按下开始进纸，放开停止进纸。
自检测方式
关机状态下按压走纸键（LF)键，然后开机，可以打印自检。
Operation Specification
After press the power button and hold on for 3 seconds, then the power
is on. The status indicator flashes.
In the power-on state, press the power button and hold on for 3 seconds,
then the power is off. The status indicator light turns off.
Press the paper feed button (LF button), the printer starts feeding
paper. If release the button, it will stop feeding paper.
The Self Test
In the power-off state, press the paper feed button (LF button), not
release and power on. Then the printer will print self-check scrip.

●安装 Installation

安装方法：
1、装电池，将电池下端两个卡位插入打印机内，并用力将另一端扣入即可。
见上图所示。
2、装挂钩，先把两端的固定支架插入挂钩两端孔内，再把支架装到机壳对
应的孔内用 M2.5*8 螺丝固定，然后挂在腰带上，注意挂钩方向。见上图所
示。
Installation Method:
1. Battery assembled：As shown in the picture, push the battery cover
open, and put the battery into the printer rightly.
2. Clip assembled：Plug fasteners into the clip, and Fix the assembled
onto the printer, and then tighten the screws (M2.5*8). Wear the
printer on the belt as shown in the figure above, please note the
direction.

●清洁 CIeaning

清洁保养：
热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打
印机的使用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。
纸仓盖打开后，用棉棒沾少许酒精，轻轻擦拭打印机热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。
Printer Cleaning
If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean
the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then Wipe the print head with
a cleaning pen and Use a cloth moistened with an alcohol solution to clean the
paper sensor and the platen roller.

●装纸 Paper Roll

安装步骤：
1.如图 2 所示沿着箭头方向翻开活动纸仓盖。
2.把打印纸装入，并拉出一截，放到进纸口，合上纸仓盖。
3.开机。按下 LF 键使机头转动，如果纸走歪，重新进纸，再按下 LF 键。
Replacing the Paper Roll
1. As shown in Fig 1, press the lock following the arrow to open the paper case
cover.
2. Insert the paper roller into the printer, and then pull out a small amount of
paper. Notice the direction of the paper according to Fig.3. Close the paper
case cover.
3. Power the printer on, then press LF button to make the printer head to run,
the paper will come out.

●连接 Connection

通讯连接：
请严格参照开发说明书上标注的参数进行连接。
电源连接：
请严格参照产品背面标签所注参数进行连接。
注意：不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接连接，工作电压应在额定电压±5%以内，电源极性
一定要接正确，否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏，炜煌公司对此不承担保修义务。
Communication Connection：
Please refer to the printer development manual.
Power Connection：
Please refer to the label of printer.
Attention： Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating
voltage should be within ± 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be
correct, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to printer, Brightek
company do not assume maintenance compulsory upon this.




一、打印机故障分析及排除

二、打印机使用注意事项和日常保养
1、使用打印机之前，先将各种线完全插好，检查连接正常后再开机。注意：串口机型不能带电插
拔数据线。
2、必须使用原厂配备电源和连接线，否则打印机将出现异常现象。
3、必须使用符合要求的纸卷．（如纸厚度、宽度、打印面比较光滑等），以延长打印机加热板寿
命。
4、打印机不得在无纸的状态下（没有缺纸报警）打印，否则将严重损害热敏打印头。
5、避免水或导电的物质（例如：金属）进入打印机内部，一旦发生，应立即关闭电源。
6、打印机在暂时不用时应将电源关闭，以延长打印机使用寿命。
7、定期清理打印机加热板和滚轴表面，以免影响打印内容的效果。
8、定期清理机头测纸传感器表面的异物，防止出现缺纸不报或误报警现象。
9、打印机在出现异常故障现象时，请先切断电源，然后通知相关人员进行检修。
注：在日常保养时，必须确保关闭电源，不要用手或金属物体触摸机头加热板和胶辊的表面。
