按钮开关的操作
打印机上电后，电源指示灯常亮为正常状态，电源指示灯闪烁为缺纸。正常
上电后，按 LF 键走纸，SEL 键无效。
自检测方式
打印机断电，按 LF 键不放手同时给打印机上电，松手，打印机就会打印出
自检条。
Operation Specification
After turning on the printer, the indicator light will keep on. When
the light flash, it shows that the paper is lacking. After turning
on the printer, press the LF button, the printer will feed paper, and
the SEL button is no used,
The Self Test
Press the LF button, do not release and repower the printer at the
same time，and then the printer will print out the self-check scrip.

●安装 Installation


安装方法： 
安装方法有两种：一种是安装在金属机箱上，机上有根据尺寸预埋 8 个螺丝，安装时把固
定单元对准出纸口并套在预埋螺丝上，用配套螺母固定即可；另一种是固定在塑料机箱上，
塑料机柜上根据尺寸设计 8 个固定自拱螺柱，安装时把固定单元对准出纸口和 8 个螺柱，
用配套的自拱螺丝固定即可。
Installation Method
Method 1: When mounted on a metal plate, fix the fixed unit onto the embedded
eight screws of the metal plate, then tighten the nut.
Method 2: When mounted on a plastic plate, fix the fixed unit onto the embedded
eight tapping studs of the plastic plate, then tighten the tapping screws.

●连接 Connection

通讯连接：
请严格参照公司网站提供产品说明书进行连接。
电源连接：
请严格参照产品背面标签所注参数进行连接。
注意:不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接相连，工作电压应在额定电压
±5%以内,电源极性一定要接正确,否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏,炜煌公
司对此不承担保修义务。
Communication Connection
Please refer to the printer manual on company website.
Power Connection
Notice the power cable, connect the red cord to positive pole, connect the white
cord to the negative pole.
Attention： Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating
voltage should be within ± 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be
correct, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to printer, brightek
company do not assume maintenance compulsory upon this.


●装纸 Paper Roll

安装步骤：
1.将纸轴装入纸卷,然后装入打印机纸仓内，将纸轴两边固定在卡槽内(如图 1)，同时注意
纸的方向有药液的一面（光滑面）向下。
2.压下锁扣，将打印纸装在打印单元与切纸单元中间，然后将打印单元与切纸单元压在一
起，注意把纸放整齐，将打印纸多于部分撕下如图 3.
3.把打印单元推入复位如图 4。
4.开机，按下 LF 键使机头转动，如果纸走歪，再按下 LF 键。
Replacing the Paper Roll
1. Put the new paper on the paper roller, and install the roller firmly on the
printer. Notice the direction of the paper according to Fig.1.
2. Champ the cutting Lock，put the new paper between printer unit and cutting unit,
then push them together in combination according to Fig.2.Pull out a small amount
of paper according to Fig.3.
3. Push the printer unit to the original position according to Fig.4
4. Power the printer on, press LF button, make the print head to run, and the paper
will come out.

●清洁 Cleaning

清洁保养：
热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打
印机的使用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。方法是打开纸舱盖，用棉棒沾少许酒精，
轻轻擦拭打印机热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。
Printer Cleaning
If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean
the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then wipe the printer head with
a cleaning pen and use a cloth moistened with an alcohol to solution to clean the
paper sensor and the platen roller.




二、打印机使用注意事项和日常保养
1、使用打印机之前，先将各种线完全插好，检查连接正常后再开机。注意：串口机型不能带电插
拔数据线。
2、必须使用原厂配备电源和连接线，否则打印机将出现异常现象。
3、必须使用符合要求的纸卷．（如纸厚度、宽度、打印面比较光滑等），以延长打印机加热板寿
命。
4、打印机不得在无纸的状态下（没有缺纸报警）打印，否则将严重损害热敏打印头。
5、避免水或导电的物质（例如：金属）进入打印机内部，一旦发生，应立即关闭电源。
6、打印机在暂时不用时应将电源关闭，以延长打印机使用寿命。
7、定期清理打印机加热板和滚轴表面，以免影响打印内容的效果。
8、定期清理机头测纸传感器表面的异物，防止出现缺纸不报或误报警现象。
9、打印机在出现异常故障现象时，请先切断电源，然后通知相关人员进行检修。
注：在日常维护时，必须确保关闭电源，不要用手或金属物体触摸机头加热板和胶辊的表面。
