按钮开关的操作
开机：打印机按住电源开关３秒钟，电源打开。工作状态指示灯闪亮。少于
３秒钟电源不动作。
关机：在开机状态，按压电源开关３秒钟，电源关闭，工作状态指示熄灭。
少于３秒钟电源不动作。
自检测方式
关机状态下按压走纸键（LF 键），然后开机。可以打印自检。
Operation Specification
After Press the power button and hold on for 3 seconds,then the power
is on.The status indicator flashes.
In the power-on state,Press the power button and hold on for 3
seconds,then the power is off.The status indicator light turns off.
Press the paper feed button(LF button),the printer start feeding. If
release the button, it will stop feeding paper..
The Self Test
In the power-off state,press the paper feed button(LF button),not
release and power on.Thenthe printer will print-sest scrip.

●安装 Installation

安装方法： 
如图推开电池盖，将电池下端两个卡位卡入打印机内，并用力将另一端扣入，电池盖推回
即可。
注：M07（精简版）机型不带电池，直接连接 DC 电源适配器。
Installation Method
As the picture show, push the battery cover open, and put the battery into the
printer rightly, then push the battery cover back。
Notice ： M07 （ lite model ） without matching battery,could be connected with
poweradapter directly.

●连接 Connection

通讯连接：
USB 和串口连接：请严格参照公司网站所提供说明书所示引脚定义连接。
蓝牙连接： 1.建立连接：当 PDA 和打印机连接成功后，PDA 显示打印机的默认名称为
Brightek Thermal Printer，表示连接成功。2.蓝牙的密码：0000.
电源连接:
便携式微型打印机使用充电电池供电。打印机工作过程中，剩余电量大于 50%时，双色电
源指示灯绿灯常亮；当电池电量 50%～30%时，双色电源指示灯黄灯常亮；当电池电量低于
30%时，双色电源指示灯红灯常亮。当电池电量不足以支持正常打印功能时，打印机将自
动关机。当打印机进入休眠状态时，电源指示灯闪烁。充电过程中，充电器双色指示灯显
示红色，充电完毕，双色指示灯变成绿色。
注：M07（精简版）机型不带电池，充电步骤省略。
Communication Connection
USB and serial port connector please refer to the printer manual on company website.
Bluetooth connect: 1.When the bluetooth device connects well with printer, “Brightek
Thermal Printer”can be found. 2.The password: 0000.
Power Connection
In the printer working process, the remaining capacity is greater than 50%, three-color
power indicator, green light keep bright; when the battery power 50% ～ 30%, three-color
power indicator, the yellow light keep bright; when the battery is less than 30%,
three-color power indicator, the red light keep bright; When the battery power is too low
to support normal printing, the printer will automatically shut down.In the process of
charging, the charger-color indicator light shows red. When charging is completed,
three-color indicator light turn green.
Notice：M07（lite model）without matching battery,need no charge a battery.

●装纸 Paper Roll

安装步骤：
1.如图 2 所示沿着箭头方向翻开活动纸仓盖。
2.把打印纸装入，并拉出一截(超出一点撕纸牙齿),把纸放整齐,同时注意纸的方向有药液
的一面（光滑面）向下。
3.合上纸仓盖，打印头走纸轴压齐打印纸后稍用力把打印头走纸轴压回打印头。
4.开机。按下 LF 键使机头转动，如果纸走歪，再按下 LF 键。
Replacing the Paper Roll
1. As the Fig.1 show, open the paper case cover follow the arrow.
2. Insert the paper roller into the printer, Pull out a small amount of paper .
Notice the direction of the paper according to Fig.2.
3. Close the paper case cover. Press the platen roller back to the printer head.
4. Power the printer on, then press LF button to make the printer head to run,
the paper will come out.

●清洁 Cleaning

清洁保养：
热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打
印机的使用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。方法是打开纸舱盖，用棉棒沾少许酒精，
轻轻擦拭打印机热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。
Printer Cleaning
If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean
the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then wipe the printer head with
a cleaning pen and use a cloth moistened with an alcohol to solution to clean the
paper sensor and the platen roller.




二、打印机使用注意事项和日常保养
1、使用打印机之前，先将各种线完全插好，检查连接正常后再开机。注意：串口机型不能带电插
拔数据线。
2、必须使用原厂配备充电器和连接线，否则打印机将出现异常现象。
3、定期给长时间不用电池充电（一般是在充满电的状态下，过 3-4 个月再充一次），以延长电池
的使用寿命。
4、必须使用符合要求的纸卷．（如纸厚度、宽度、打印面比较光滑等），以延长打印机加热板寿
命。
5、打印机不得在无纸的状态下（没有缺纸报警）打印，否则将严重损害热敏打印头。
6、避免水或导电的物质（例如：金属）进入打印机内部，一旦发生，应立即关闭电源。
7、打印机在暂时不用时应将电源关闭，以延长打印机使用寿命。
8、定期清理打印机加热板和滚轴表面，以免影响打印内容的效果。
9、定期清理机头测纸传感器表面的异物，防止出现缺纸不报或误报警现象。
10、打印机在出现异常故障现象时，请先切断电源，然后通知相关人员进行检修。
注：在日常维护时，必须确保关闭电源，不要用手或金属物体触摸机头加热板和胶辊的表面。
