●尺寸 Size
按钮开关的操作及指示灯
打印机上电后，指示灯常亮，缺纸时指示灯闪烁。
正常上电后，按 LF 键为走纸。
自检测方式
按 LF 键不放，同时给打印机上电，即打印出自检条。
Operation Specification
After turning on the printer, the indicator light will keep on. When
the light flash, it shows that the paper is lacking, and the printer
can not receive data.
Press the LF button, the printer will feed paper.
The Self Test
Press the LF button, do not release and turn on the printer at the
same time，and then the printer will print out the self-check scrip.

●连接 Connection
安装方法：
请把打印机嵌入部分插入仪器或设备面板的安装孔内，如图中所示，将固定架从后面套在
打印机上，然后从面板正面将固定螺丝拧紧。
对于要安装的面板厚度为 0.5～8mm 厚的金属板或塑料板；厚薄不会影响打印机安装的牢
固性。
开口尺寸：77+0.5mm×51.7+0.5mm
Installation Method
Insert the built-in part of printer into the installing orifice of instrument or
equipment. As the picture show, fix the fastener onto the printer from the back
and tighten the screws in the front of panel.
For the faceplate that will be fixed could be metal plate or plastic plate with
thickness from 0.5mm to 8mm. Neither too thick nor too thin would affect the
fastness of the printers.
Installation dimension:77+0.5mm×51.7+0.5 mm.

●装纸 Paper Roll
电源通讯连接：
请严格参照公司网站提供产品说明书进行连接。
注意:不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接相连，工作电压应在额定电压
±5%以内,电源极性一定要接正确,否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏,炜煌公
司对此不承担保修义务。
Power Communication Connection
Please refer to the printer manual on company website.
Attention： Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating
voltage should be within ± 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be
correct, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to printer, brightek
company do not assume maintenance compulsory upon this.

●清洁 Cleaning
安装步骤：
1.如图 1 所示,箭头位置轻轻扣出旋转扳手,扣出后如图 2。
2.继续旋转扳手,这时打印头走纸轴与打印头分离,打开纸仓盖。
3.把打印纸装入,并拉出一截(超出一点撕纸牙齿),注意把纸放整齐,纸的方向为有药液一
面(光滑面)向上,如图 4。
4.合上纸仓盖,打印头走纸轴压齐打印纸后稍用力把打印头走纸轴压回打印头,并把旋转
扳手推入复位。
5.接通打印机的电源,使机头转动,这时看一下纸是否走歪,待机或关上电源。

Replacing the Paper Roll
1. Unsheathe the circumrotated wrench from the position the arrow point to as shown
in Fig.1 and circum-gyrate it until the paper cover opened as shown in Fig 2.
2. Undrawn the paper cover, and insert the paper into the printer, then pull out
a small amount of paper. Notice the direction of the paper according to Fig.4.
3. Close the paper cover. Press the platen roller back to the printer head, then
push the circumrotated wrench to the original position.
4. Power the printer on, then press LF button, make the print head to run, and
the paper will come out. Turn off the power.

清洁保养：
热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打
印机的使用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。
纸仓盖打开后，用棉棒沾少许酒精，轻轻擦拭打印机热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。
Printer Cleaning
If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean
the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then Wipe the print head with
a cleaning pen and Use a cloth moistened with an alcohol solution to clean the
paper sensor and the platen roller.



