按钮开关的操作及指示灯
热敏 POS 打印机上电后 电源指 示灯为 常亮状 态，状 态指示 灯常灭 为正 常待机 状态，即在线 ，
打印机可 接收数 据，亮 为离线 状态， 不能接 收数据 。热敏 型打印 机缺纸 时状态 指示灯 闪，
不能接收数据。
针式打印 机上电 后电源 指示灯 保持常 亮状态 ，状态 指示灯 常亮为 正常待 机状态 ，即在 线，
打印机可接收数据，灭为离线状态， 不能接 收数据 。
SEL 键切换打印机在线离线，离线状态下 LF 键为走纸键
自检测方式
打印机上 电之后 ，按住 LF 键不放 ，接着 按下 SEL 键，同时放开 LF 键和 SEL 键，即打 出自
检条。
Operation Specification
When use thermal POS printer, the green light is power light, and the red light
is status light. After turning on the printer, the power light will keep on. The
status light is off, shows that the printer is online, and it is ready to receive
data. The status light is on, shows that the printer is offline, and it can not
receive data. When the status light flash to show the paper is lacking, and the
printer can not receive data.
When use dot matrix printer, the green light is status light, and the red light
is power light. After turning on the printer, the power light will keep on. The
status light is on shows that the printer is online, and it is ready to receive
data. The light is off shows that the printer is offline, and it can not receive
data.
The SEL button can switch online or offline status. When the printer is offline,
press the LF button, and the printer will feed paper.
The Self Test
Turn on the printer, press the LF button, don’t release , then press the SEL button,
and then release the both two buttons at the same time, and then the printer will
print out the self-check scrip.

●安装 Installation
安装方法：
打印机挂 在设备 上。按 照打印 机底部 两个挂 孔的相 对位置 在设备 上安装 两个螺 丝。打 印机
挂上即可。
WH-T1 两挂孔间距(单位毫米):107.5mm
Installation Method
As the picture show, fix two screws on the equipment according to the relative
position of the two mounting holes in the back of printer, and then hang the printer
on the equipment.
The Space between the two mounting holes : 107.5mm

●连接 Connection
通讯连接：
请严格参照公司网站所提供说明书所 示引脚 定义连 接。
电源连接：
WH 微打随机提供 的一 根带有 插头的 两线电 源电缆,插 头具有 极性保 护机构,打 印机电 源插
座中心柱形端为电源正极(+)，板型端为电源负 极(-)。
注意:不要将交流 220V 与打印机电源插座直接相连，工作电压应在额定电压
±5%以内,电源极性一定要接正确,否则会给打印机造成永久性损坏,炜煌公
司对此不承担保修义务。
Communication Connection
Please refer to the printer manual on company website.
Power Connection
Notice the power cable, the column end is positive pole (+), and the board end
is negative pole ( -), as shown in the image.
Attention: Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating voltage should
be within 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be correct, otherwise it will cause
permanent damage to printer, brightek company do not assume maintenance compulsory
upon this.

●装纸 Paper Roll
安装步骤：
1.如图 2翻开活动纸仓盖。
2.接着将打印纸 装入， 并拉出 一截(超出 一点撕 纸牙齿),注意 把纸放 整齐,纸的 方向如 图 1
所示，有药液一面（光滑面）向下。
3.接通打印机电 源，按 下 SEL 按键 使 SEL 指示灯 灭，并 将纸送 到进纸 口，然 后 按 LF 键使
机头转动，这时看一下纸是否走歪， 再按一 下 SEL 键，或关上电 源。
4.检查安装正常后装上活动机头盖，关上活 动纸仓 盖即可 。
针式打印机无此步骤。
Replacing the Paper Roll
1. Open the paper cover.
2. Insert the paper roller into the printer, Pull out a small amount of paper.
3. Power the printer on, press SEL button, make SEL indicator light off, and insert
the paper into the feeder, then press LF button, make the print head to run,
and the paper will come out. Press SEL button again or turn off the power.
4. Close the paper cover.
Note: When use stylus series, no need to refer this step.

●色带 Ribbon
色带更换：
1.翻开纸仓盖， 接着如 图 1箭头指 示方向 ，向前 推动活 动盖板 ，推开 后轻轻 取下(注意 ：
整个过程中要保护好撕纸用牙齿,小心碰 伤)
2.左手扶稳色带 盒左端 ，如 图 3用右手食 指抬起 色带盒 右端 ，再用 左手抬 起左端 色带盒 即
被取下。注意不要先抬左端，再抬右 端，否 则容易 毁坏色 带盒， 甚至毁 坏机头 。
3.换新的色带盒。首先将 色带盒 的右端 轻轻放 在机头 右端的 齿轮轴 上,左端稍 微抬起,不要
放下。 如色带 盒右 端未落 到底,请 按住色 带盒 上的旋 钮,顺时 针方 向稍微 转动 一下,直到
色带盒的右端落到底后再放下色带盒 的左端 。
4.装上活动盖板，并关上活动纸仓盖即可。
T3POS 打印机无需此步骤。
Ribbon Installation
1. Open the paper cover of printer, and push the movable cover panel as shown in
the Fig.1 and then take it down. Take care of the sawtooth.
2. Take down the old ribbon cassette, notice: lift up the left end of the ribbon
cassette, then lift up the right one, and then take down the ribbon cassette.
3. Installing new one: put down gently the right end of ribbon cassette on the
gear wheel in the print head, lift up the left a little, don ’t put down, if the
right edge is not down to the bottom, rotate the knob of the ribbon cassette
slightly in clockwise direction as shown in the image, until the ribbon cassette
is down to the bottom, then put down the left.
4. Install the movable cover panel and close the paper cover.
When use thermal POS series, no need to refer this step.

二 、 打印机使用注意事项和日常保养
1、使用打印机之前，先将各种线完全插好，检查连接正常后再开机。注意：串口机型不能带电插
拔 数 据线。
2、必须使用原厂配备电源和连接线，否则打印机将出现异常现象。
3、必须使用符合要求的纸卷．（如纸厚度、宽度、打印面比较光滑等），以延长打印机使用 寿
命。
4、不得在无纸的状态下长时间打印，否则将严重损害打印头针。
5、避免水或导电的物质（例如：金属）进入打印机内部，一旦发生，应立即关闭电源。
6、打印机在暂时不用时应将电源关闭，以延长打印机使用寿命。
7、定期更换色带，以免影响打印内容的效果。
8、定期清理机头进出纸口的碎纸，防止碎纸卡机头转动。
9、打印机在出现异常故障现象时，请先切断电源，然后通知相关人员进行检修。
注 ：在日常维护时，须确保在关闭电源的状态下进行操作。
