Preparing the GSM 5 vegetable slicer:
In order to insert a cung disc, open the latch rst and lt
the cung head to the le.
1. Open machine
Insert the cung disc:
Now place the disc onto the drive sha. A short rotaon will
engage the disc in the drive pin at the drive sha, seang the
top of the disc correctly, i.e. “ush with the drive sha”.
3. Insert disc
Close the hopper head:
Tilt the cung head back into posion, insert the vegetable
and close the food pusher. Press the vegetables lightly with
the pusher. Close the latch for vegetable cung.
4. Close machine
Insert the ejector plate:
Before inserng a disc, the ejecon plate must be mounted.
If inserted correctly, this almost touches the base of the
cung compartment.

Cleaning the GSM 5 accessories:
Cung head, pusher, disc and ejector plate can be cleaned in
the dishwasher.
3. Clean accessories
Cleaning the GSM 5 basic machine:
The whole basic machine can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
4. Clean machine
Removing the pusher:
Tilt the pusher to the le and slide it upwards to remove it.

Remove cung head:
The cung head can be removed completely for cleaning
purposes.
Aer removing the pusher, you can li up the head.
