› Use the dimensions mentioned above, but add 5mm next to the wall.

2. PLACING THE VERTICAL POLES
› In case of wallfixation, screw the short poles on to the side of the cross members.
› For a coupled unit prepare the junction part, as shown on the drawing below.
› Hook the cross members on to the walladapter.

› If a frame is ordered without poles, wiring can be installed in one of the horizontal profiles.

3. MOUNTING THE CROSS MEMBERS
› Remove the Pole supports from the vertical poles, also remove the premounted screenguides, and the reinforcement (1).
› Attach the pole supports or floorplates onto the floor.
› Check the dimenions from the previous page again, before fastening the bolts.
› Place the vertical pole over the supports.
› Make sure that the pole is mounted perfectly vertical.
› If necessary fill up the bumps.
› One of the poles contains the electrical supply for the louvremotor and, possibly, the led lights.
Make sure this pole is placed on the right position (according to your order).

ROOF IN 2 PARTS
› Hook the middleguide between the 2 screenboxes
› Secure both sides of the middleguide with 2 bolts (M8x25).
› Remove the rollertubes from the screens.
› On both ends of the screen, screw the two upper screws in the profile (6.3x50) (1 screw if coupled).
› Do not fasten them completely, leave 10 to 15mm free space.
› Hook the cross members on to the vertical poles (1).
› Completely tighten both screws.
› Screw the two lower screws in the profile (2).
› Place the cross member with the premounted louvremotor on the right place (according to your order).
the drain should be installed on the oppisite side of motor.
› In case of wallfixation, secure the cross member by mounting a bolt on both sides of the screen (3).

› Remove the rollertubes from the screens.
› Foresee 1 screw (6.3x50) + 1 shredded rod M6 x 40 at the side of the door profile.
› Do not fasten them completely, leave 10 to 15mm free space.
› Hook the cross members on to the door profile(1).
› Fasten the screw 6.3x50 completely.
› Screw the two lower screws in the profile (2).
› Secure the coverplate on the doorprofile with 2 screws (4.2x19) (3).

› If the louvers are installed perpendicular to the side with the door, a louverholder must be installed, there are 2 possible
positions P1 or P2:
› Choose P1 if the motor is installed at side of the door then the louvreholders are to be installed on the highest position.
› Choose P2 if the motor is installed at the opposite side of the door side, then the louvreholders must be installed at the
lower position.

4 ADJUSTING THE CONSTRUCTION
› Check the top side of the construction with a laser or a level.
› If necessary, adjust the construction.
› Move the vertical poles upward untill the top side of the contruction is completely level.
› If necessary use some provisional filling.
4.a LEVELNESS
› Check the perpendicularity trough the following dimension (L1 ± 2mm !).
› Also check the diagonals of the top side.
› If necessary, the pole supports allow a small adjustment.
4.b PERPENDICULARITY
› Once everyting has been adjusted, tighten all the bolts.
› Remove the provisional filling.

› Guide the cable in the direction of the wiring box.
› Store the motorcable behind the lip of the PVC fabric support profile.

5. LOUVRE MOTOR
› Place the cable of the louvremotor as shown on the following drawing.
› Depending on the position of the motor to the electrical supply, choose option 1 or 2.
› If necessary, the cable can be diverted inside the vertical poles (nr 3).
› Hide the cable behind the PVC fabric protection

5.b PROGRAMMING THE RECEIVER
› Connect the louvremotor and the power as shown on the instructions at the end of this manual.
› Open the wiring box labelled “ MOTOR” and program the receiver and handset as shown underneath.

6.a PREPARING AND PLACING THE LOUVRES
› Foresee every louvre of a water guide (Louvre XL = 2 Pieces).
› Place the axle in the louvres using a hammer.

› Equip every axle with a plastic bearing.
› Place the louvres in the gaps in the louvreholder.
› The longest axles should be mounted in the highest louvreholder.
6.b LOUVRE WITH LED-STRIP
› Place the louvre as described above.
› Put the cable in the louvreholder (1).
› Then put the cable through the hole so it ends up in the vertical pole (2).

› Place two or three louvres on both sides.
› Attach the "first louvres" to the crossmembers W1 and W2.
› Place the rest of the louvres.

› Place the louvre as described above.
› Put the cable in the louvreholder. First along the L-side, than further along the W-side.
› Pass the cables of the LED-strip(s), through a hole in the vertical pole.
COUPLE / ROOF IN 2 PARTS
› When the electrical supply was mounted inside one of the vertical poles on the lower side,
then guide the cable through one of the screens.
› Depending on the length of the cable, it may be necessary to add an extra piece of cable.

6.c CONNECTING LOUVREMOTOR
› Place the third louvreholder on top of the long axles, and move the motor until it is possible to make a connection.
6.d CONNECTING THE LOUVRES
› Turn the louvres one by one with the small axle upward, and hook it in the third louvreholder.
› When all louvres are mounted in all three louvreholders, put the covers on the louvreholders and secure them with three
screws.

7. SCREENS

7.a ROLLERTUBES

› The rollertube support can be installed in 2 different ways depending on the type of fabric, see drawing underneath.
› When mounting the rollertube supports, you should first drill through the gaskets

› If there are 3 or 4 screens, start with the screenswith the longest distance from the electrical supply.
(number 1 on the following diagram)
› Attach the rollertube supports to the vertical poles (3 x M6x25) (1).
› Insert the screens as shown below (2), and secure them on both sides (M4x20) (3).

› Fix the rollertube support on the vertical poles as shown underneath.
› Do “not” use a ring on the side where the rollertube support is installed.
› Two rollertube supports can be installed at each pole.
› Tilt the screen in the brackets as shown on the drawing (2), and secure them at both ends (M4x20) (3).

› Place the cable as shown below.
› numbers 2 and 3 only count for the most distant screens (number 1 on the diagram on top of the previous page).
› Hide the cable behind the PVC fabric protection.
› In some cases it may be necessary to hide the cable behind its own rollertube !

8. DRAIN
› After installing all the motors, the vertical pole with the electrical supply should look like this:
› The number of cables depend on the numbers of screens that have been installed.
› The connection of the cables will be explained later on.
› Place in one or more vertical pole a support for the drain.
› If possible, place the drain on the opposite side of the louvremotor. 1drain / 15m².
› Tighten all bolts.
› The water evacuation pipe can not be installed in a door profile.
