• If you cannot connect to the Internet, turn off the power for your modem, computer, and this product. After a few
minutes, turn them on again and try connecting to the Internet again. If you are still unable to connect to the Internet,
hold down the RESET button until the DIAG LED turns on (to reset the settings), and then try connecting to the
Internet again.
