D: Wichtig: Aufgrund von Fertigungstoleranzen kann es bei der Positionierung der Bohrungen für die
Gewindebolzen zu leichten Abweichungen kommen. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir vor der
eigentlichen Montage zu prüfen, ob die Positionen der Befestigungsbolzen zu den Bohrungen im Glas
passen.
Legen Sie dazu die Glasverkleidung auf die Befestigungsbolzen auf und überprüfen Sie, ob sich die
Gewindebohrungen genau unter den Glasbohrungen befinden. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, empfehlen wir
durch leichte Krafteinwirkung die Haltebolzen so zu justieren, dass die Schrauben passgenau auf den
Bohrungen montiert werden können. (Nehmen Sie hierzu wenn nötig bspw. einen kleinen Gummihammer
zu Hilfe)
GB: Important: Due to manufacturing tolerances there may be slight variations in the positioning
of the holes for the bolts. For this reason, we recommend to check before the final mounting
whether the positions of the mounting bolts fit to the holes in the glass.
Place the glass cover on the mounting bolts to check whether they are positioned exactly
beneath the threaded holes. If not, we recommend to adjust the bolts slightly to assure that
they can be mounted on the perforated holes accurately. (If necessary, with the help of a
small rubber mallet).
F: Important: En raison des tolérances de fabrication, il peut y avoir des écarts légères dans le
positionnement des trous pour les boulons. Pour cette raison, nous recommandons de
positionner tout d’abord et fixer sans serrer les vis d'en haut et puis les vis d’en bas.
Seulement quand les vis sont bien placées il est possible de serrer lentement et avec
précaution pour s’assurer de lors bon maintien.
Placez la protection de verre sur les boulons de montage et vérifiez si les trous filetés se
trouvent juste en dessous des trous de verre. Sinon, nous vous recommandons de manipuler
le boulon de retenue par une force légère pour régler de manière que les vis s’insèrent dans
les trous. (Prenez, si nécessaire, par exemple un petit maillet en caoutchouc).

D: Bitte gehen Sie bei der Montage und vor allen Dingen der Fixierung der Gläser äußerst
behutsam vor. Die Anbringung der Ofenverkleidung GLAS sollte immer mit zwei
Personen durchgeführt werden.
GB: Please take extreme care before mounting and, above all, in the fixation of
the glasses. The mounting of the thermal cover GLASS should be done with
two persons.
F: S'il vous plaît prendre soin de la montage et, avant surtout, dans la fixation
des verres. La protection thermique VERRE doit être installé à deux
personnes.
D: Schritt 1: Stecken Sie die Keramikhülsen von der Innenseite des Glases aus zuerst in die zwei oberen
dafür vorgesehenen Bohrungen im Glas.
GB: Step I: Please insert the ceramic sleeves from the inside of the glass first into the upper
perforated holes.
F: Etape I: La procédure de montage demande d’insérer les chevilles en céramique dans les
perforations d’en haut du verre.

D: Schritt 2: Führen Sie die Glasverkleidung an die Gewinde der Befestigungsbolzen, während Sie die Hülsen
weiterhin in die Löcher der Glasverkleidung drücken. Wenn die Bohrungen passgenau aufliegen, bitten Sie
eine zweite Person die Schrauben ins Gewinde einzulegen und leicht (2-3 Umdrehungen) mit den Fingern
einzudrehen.
ACHTUNG: Noch nicht festziehen! Danach können Sie die Glasverkleidung vorsichtig absenken.
GB: Step 2: Lift the glass cover on the threads of the mounting bolts while you continue to press
the sleeves into the holes of the glass cover. If the holes fit precisely, ask a second person
to insert the screws into the thread and screw in easily (2-3 turns) with your fingers.
CAUTION: Do not tighten! Then you can lower the glass cover carefully.
F: Etape 2: Portez la protection de verre sur le filetage des vis de fixation en continuer à
appuyer sur les chevilles dans les perforations du protection de verre. Si les trous se situent
précisément, poser une deuxième personne pour insérer les vis dans le filetage et visser
lentement (2-3 tours) avec les doigts.
ATTENTION: Ne pas serrer! Ensuite, vous pouvez abaisser la protection de verre
soigneusement.

D: Schritt 3: Um die Keramikhülsen in die unteren Löcher des Glases einzulegen, heben
Sie die Scheibe unten leicht an und legen Sie sie ebenfalls von der Innenseite aus in die
Löcher ein. Hierbei ist es wichtig, dass die oberen Schrauben noch nicht ganz
festgezogen wurden. Nach der Einlage können Sie nun das Glas absenken und auch die
Schrauben für die unteren Befestigungspunkte können eingelegt und fixiert werden.
GB: Step 3: To insert the ceramic sleeves into the lower holes of the glass, lift the
cover gently and place it also from the inside into the holes. It is important
that the top screws were not fully tightened. After insertion, you may now
lower the glass and also the screws for the lower mounting holes can be
inserted and fixed.
F: Etape 3: Pour insérer les chevilles en céramique dans les trous inférieurs de
la vitre, soulevez doucement la protection et placez-la aussi de l'intérieur
dans les trous. Il est important que les vis d’en haut n'ont pas été bien serrés.
Après l'insertion vous pouvez maintenant abaisser la protection de verre et
aussi les vis pour les points de fixation inférieur peut être inséré et fixé.

D: Schritt 4: Erst jetzt nehmen Sie bitte den beiliegenden Inbus Schlüssel zur Hand und drehen zuerst die
oberen, dann die unteren Schrauben nur bis zu dem Punkt fest, an dem Sie einen leichten Widerstand
verspüren. Die Glasverkleidung muss auch nach der Montage noch Spiel in ihrer Fixierung haben, damit sie
sich ihren Materialeigenschaften entsprechend bei Temperaturschwankungen ausdehnen und zusammen
ziehen kann.
GB: Step 4: Right now, please take the enclosed allen wrench and turn first the upper and then
the lower screws only up to a point at which you can feel a slight resistance. The glass cover
has to fit into the fixation in that way, it can expand and move in together corresponding to
its’ material properties according to temperature fluctuations
F: Etape 4: Maintenant, s'il vous plaît prendre la clé allen fournie et tourner les vis d'en haut et
puis les vis d'en bas jusqu'à ce que vous sentiez une résistance légère. La protection de verre
doit avoir encore un peu de jeu afin qu'elle puisse développer leur propriétés des matériaux
en fonction des fluctuations de température et d'emménager ensemble.
