Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des
abzufüllenden Mediums beachten.
Schädigung der Atemwege und anderer Organe
durch ausgasende Medien. In belüfteten Räumen
oder unter geeignetem Abzug abfüllen.
Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
Das Gerät erzeugt Überdruck. Mögliche Körperver-
letzung durch austretende Flüssigkeiten.
Das Gerät ist nicht für die Spülmaschine geeignet.
Aufbau und Funktion
Das Gerät besteht aus einem Steigrohr mit Auslauf-
bogen aus Polypropylen (PP) und einem Univer-
sal-Stopfen aus PVC.
Das Gerät ist zum Abfüllen dünnflüssiger bis niedrig
viskoser Flüssigkeiten geeignet.
Der Stopfen kann auf Gebindedurchmesser von 20
- 36 mm Durchmesser dichtschließend aufgesetzt
werden.
Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.
Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spediteur/
Lieferant anzeigen.
Montage
1. Teleskop-Steigrohr komplett ausziehen.
2. Steigrohr und Universal-Stopfen in das Gebin-
de einführen und dichtschließend einpressen.
3. Gegebenenfalls den Universal-Stopfen an den Öff-
nungsdruchmesser des Behälters anpassen.
4. Auslaufbogen auf Hülse am Steigrohr aufstecken.
5. Handpumpenball in den Stopfen einstecken.
6. Stopventil schließen (Hebel nach oben drücken).
Sicheres Abfüllen
1. Auslaufbogen über Abfüllgebinde positionieren.
2. Handpumpenball betätigen und Überdruck herstel-
len. Jetzt fließt Flüssigkeit.
3. Zum Beenden des Abfüllvorgangs das Stopventil
öffnen (Hebel nach unten drücken) und Überdruck
entweichen lassen.
WARNUNG!
Das Gerät ist nicht für leicht entzündliche oder
explosive Flüssigkeiten geeignet.
Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbestän-
digkeit und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden.

HINWEIS!
Vor Gebrauch muss der Artikel im Umfang ihres
(validierten) Reinigungsprozesses gereinigt
werden.
Maßnahmen der manuellen Reinigung müssen
im Reinigungs-/Desinfektionsbereich und unter
Beachtung des Arbeitsschutzes durchgeführt
werden.
Materialbeständigkeit beachten.

HINWEIS!

Flüssigkeit zu verhindern.
Abfüllen beenden und Demontage
1. Auslaufbogen abziehen und Handpumpenball vom
Stopfen abnehmen.
2. Gerät vorsichtig von Gebinde abnehmen.
3. Gerät mit pH-neutraler Flüssigkeit spülen.

render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.
The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.
The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
Safety instructions during and after use
The instrument generates overpressure. Possible
bodily injury due to escaping liquids.
The instrument is not suitable for cleaning in a
dishwasher.
Layout and function
The instrument consists of a riser pipe with dischar-
ge tube made of polypropylene (PP) and a universal
bung made of PVC.
The instrument is suitable to fill off highly fluid and
low-viskosity liquids.
The bung fits onto container openings with a diame-
ter of 20 to 36 mm forming an airtight seal.
The instrument is maintenance-free.
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Pull out the telescopic riser pipe completely.
2. Guide the riser pipe with the universal bung
into the container to form an airtight seal.
3. If necessary adjust the universal bung to the
opening diameter of the container.
4. Attach the discharge tube to the sleeve at the
riser pipe.
5. Plug the hand pump ball into the bung.
6. Close the stop-valve (push the lever upwards).
Safe filling
1. Hold the discharge tube above the filling container.
2. Activate the hand pump ball and generate overpres-
sure. Liquid starts to flow.
3. To complete the filling process open the stop-valve
(push the lever downwards) and allow the overpres-
sure to escape.
WARNING!
The instrument is not suitable for highly flammable
or explosive liquids.
The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and
for its designated purpose.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.

4. After the filling process, turn the discharge tube
with the opening showing upwards to prevent
escaping liquids.
Completing filling and dismounting
1. Screw off the discharge tube and remove the hand
pump ball from the bung.
2. Carefully remove the instrument from the container.
3. Rinse the instrument with a pH-neutral fluid.
NOTE!
The stop-valve is not suitable for precise dosing. CAUTION!
The container is under pressure. Bodily injury due
to escaping liquid.
Slowly remove the instrument from the container.

Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de
utilizar el aparato
El aparato genera sobrepresión. Riesgo de lesiones
personales debido a la salida de líquidos.
El aparato no es apto para lavavajillas.
Diseño y funcionamiento
El aparato consiste en un tubo sifónico con un tubo
de descarga hecho de polipropileno (PP) y un tapón
universal de PVC.
El aparato es apropiado para el trasvase de líquidos
fluídos y ligeramente viscosos.
El tapón se adapta a aberturas de recipientes con un
diámetro de 20 - 36 mm.
El aparato no requiere mantenimiento.
Cualquier daño en el embalaje debe notificarse inme-
diatamente al transportista/proveedor.
Montaje
1. Extienda el tubo teléscopico completamente.
2. Coloque el tubo sifónico con el tapón universal
en el contenedor y presionar hasta cerrar herméti-
camente.
3. En caso necesario, adaptar el tapón universal a la
abertura del contenedor.
4. Coloque el tubo de descarga en el orificio del
tubo sifónico.
5. Inserte la bola del accionamiento manual en el
tapón.
6. Cierre la válvula de cierre y empuje la palanca
hacia arriba.
Trasiego seguro
1. Sostenga el tubo de descarga por encima del reci-
piente de llenado.
2. Accione el fuelle de pie para generar sobrepresión.
El líquido comienza a fluir.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
El instrumento no es adecuado para el trasvase de
líquidos altamente inflamables o explosivos.
El aparato únicamente se debe utilizar respe-
tando la resistencia de los materiales y el uso
previsto.
¡NOTA!
Antes de utilizar, limpiar el aparato según el proto-
colo de validación de limpieza establecido.
Las medidas de limpieza manual, han de ser
llevadas a cabo en las zonas de limpieza/desin-
fección y teniendo en consideración las reglas
de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

3. Para completar el trasvase, abra la válvula de cierre
(presione la palanca hacia abajo) y deje que salga la
sobrepresión de aire.
4. Tras el trasvase, gire el tubo de descarga
con la abertura hacia arriba para prevenir la salida
del líquido.
Finalización del trasiego y desmontaje
1. Desenrosque el tubo de descarga y retire la bola del
accionamiento manual del tapón.
2. Extraiga cuidadosamente el aparato del recipiente.
3. Lave el aparato con una solución líquida con pH
neutro.
¡NOTA!
La válvula de cierre no es adecuada para la dosifi-
cación precisa.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
El recipiente está presurizado. Riesgo de lesiones
personales debido a la salida de restos de líquido
del aparato.
Desenrosque cuidadosamente el aparato del
recipiente.

Consignes de sécurité avant l‘utilisation
Respecter les indications du fabricant et les consig-
nes de sécurité du fluide à remplir.
Atteinte des voies respiratoires et d‘autres organes
par des dégagements de gaz. Remplir uniquement
dans des locaux ventilés ou sous une extraction
adaptée.
Utiliser l‘appareil uniquement dans le cadre de
la résistance du matériau et conformément à la
destination. Tout autre type d‘utilisation affecte la
garantie légale/commerciale.
Consignes de sécurité pendant et après utilisation
L‘appareil génère une surpression. Possible blessure
corporelle par des liquides qui s‘écoulent.
L‘appareil n‘est pas approprié pour le lave-vaisselle.
Structure et fonction
L‘appareil est composé d‘un tube montant avec cou-
de de sortie en polypropylène (PP) et un bouchon
universel en PVC.
L‘appareil est approprié pour le transvasement de
liquides fluides et peu visqueux.
Le bouchon s‘adapte étanche à la fermeture sur des
ouvertes d‘un diamètre de 20 à 36 mm.
L‘appareil est sans entretien.
Signaler immédiatement au transporteur/livreur les
dommages de l‘emballage.
Montage
1. Dégager le tube télescopique complètement.
2. Placer le tube montant et le bouchon universel
hermétiquement dans le récipient.
3. Si nécessaire ajuster le bouchon au diamètre ouver-
te du récipient.
4. Enficher le coude de sortie sur la cosse au tube
montant.
5. Insérer la balle de pompe dans le bouchon.
6. Fermer la valve d‘arrêt (en poussant le levier vers
le haut).
Transvasement sûr
1. Positionner le coude de sortie sur le récipient de
transvasement.
2. Actionner la balle de pompe et établir une surpressi-
on. Le liquide commence à s‘écouler.
REMARQUE!
Avant l‘utilisation, l‘appareil doit être nettoyée
selon la conformité de votre processus de nettoya-
ge validé.
Des mesures de nettoyage manuel doivent être
effectuées dans la zone de nettoyage/désinfec-
tion et en respectant les consignes de sécurité
du travail.
Respecter les résistances chimiques.
AVERTISSEMENT!
L‘appareil n‘est pas approprié pour des liquides
facilement inflammables ou déflagrants.
Utiliser l‘appareil uniquement dans le cadre de
la résistance du matériau et conformément à la
destination.

3. Pour terminer le transvasement, ouvrir la valve
d‘arrêt (en poussant le levier vers le bas) et laisser
la surpression s‘échapper.
4. Après le transvasement, tourner le coude de sortie
avec l‘ouverture vers le haut pour éviter un écoule-
ment de liquide.

1. Devisser le coude de sortie et retirer la balle de
pompe du bouchon.
2. Enlever l‘appareil avec précaution du récipient.
3. Rincer l‘appareil avec un liquide au pH neutre.
REMARQUE!
La valve d‘arrêt n‘est pas appropriée pour doser
précisément.
ATTENTION!
Récipient sous pression en permanence. Blessure
corporelle par des restes de liquides dans l‘appa-
reil qui s‘écoulent.
Enlever l‘appareil lentement du récipient.

ции влечёт за собой аннулирование гарантийных ус-
ловий в отношении изделия и может стать причиной
значительного травматизма и материального ущерба.
Этот прибор разрешается использовать только квали-
фицированному персоналу.
Указания по технике безопасности перед
началом эксплуатации
Принимайте во внимание данные производителя
и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
переливаемого материала.
Повреждение дыхательных путей и прочих вну-
тренних органов из-за воздействия газообразных
субстанций. Перекачку материала следует осущест-
влять только в вентилируемых помещениях или при
наличии подходящей разливной системы.
Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-
зовании и после использования прибора
Прибор генерирует избыточное давление. Вероятный
травматизм из-за вытекающих жидкостей.
Прибор не предназначен для чистки в посудомоечной
машине.
Конструкция и принцип действия
Устройство состоит из погружной трубки со сливной
трубкой из полипропилена (ПП) и универсальной
пробки из ПВХ.
Устройство подходит для розлива водянистых и
маловязких жидкостей.
Пробка плотно одевается на ёмкости с диаметром
горлышка от 20 до 36 мм.
Прибор не требует технического обслуживания.
О нарушениях упаковки следует незамедлительно
уведомлять экспедитора / поставщика.
Монтаж
1. Полностью выдвините погружную телескопическую
трубку .
2. Погрузите погружную трубку и универсальную
пробку в ёмкость и плотно надавите.
3. При необходимости настройте универсальную пробку
на диаметр отверстия ёмкости.
4. Прикрепите сливную трубку на гильзу погружной
трубки.
5. Вставьте насосную грушу в пробку.
6. Закройте запорный клапан (нажатием рычага
вверх).
Безопасный розлив
1. Удерживайте сливную трубку над заполняемой тарой.
2. При помощи сжатия мяча ручного насоса создайте
повышенное давление. Жидкость течет.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Перед использованием продукт должен быть
очищен в соответствии с тербованиями вашего
(валидированного) процесса очистки.
Ручная очистка должна проводиться в зоне очист-
ки/дезинфекции и в соответствии с соблюдением
правил охраны труда.
Принимайте во внимание химическую устойчи-
вость материалов.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Устройство не подходит для отбора проб легковос-
пламеняющихся/взрывоопасных жидкостей.
Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения.

3. Для завершения процесса переливания откройте
запорный клапан (нажатием рычага вниз) и дайте
избыточному давлению покинуть ёмкость.
4. Для того чтобы предотвратить капание жидкости
после переливания, поверните сливную трубку откры-
тым концом вверх.
Завершение розлива и демонтаж
1. Отвинтите сливную трубку и снимите насосную грушу
с пробки.
2. Осторожно снимите устройство с ёмкости.
3. Промойте прибор pH-нейтральной жидкостью.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
С помощью запорного клапана точная дозировка не
возможна.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Тара находится под давлением. Травматизм из-за
вытекающей жидкости в приборе.
Медленно удалите устройство с тары.
