01 - INTRODUZIONE E DATI TECNICI - IT
Il sistema Radio Mobile EVO è stato concepito per applicazioni su porte e cancelli industriali, commerciali e resi-
denziali nei quali venga installata una costa di sicurezza (resistiva o non resistiva). Il ricevitore RX EVO verica
costantemente lo stato dei trasmettitori associati alle coste che sono connessi. Quando un ostacolo viene rilevato il
trasmettitore TX EVO mette la sua uscita in uno stato di sicurezza, spegnendo il relè del ricevitore RX EVO.
Al ricevitore si possono collegare no ad un massimo di 3 trasmettitori per ogni uscita. Ogni
ricevitore dispone di due uscite OUT R1 e OUT R2. Se si utilizza l’associazione di un TX EVO con
doppia trasmissione (modo di programmazione 4 – vedi tabella 3) si devono contare 2 posti di
memoria occupati.
02 - MESSA IN SERVIZIO
E’ importante mantenere una distanza minima di 50 cm tra TX EVO ed RX EVO.
RX EVOdeve essere installato lontano da altri dispositivi elettronici o strutture metalliche che potrebbero schermare il segnale.
Prima di eseguire la programmazione, posizionare tutti gli switch nella posizione desiderata come indicato in tabella 2. Se si
modica la posizione degli switch sarà necessario rieseguire la programmazione.
Sul TX EVO le batterie devono essere collegate prima di eseguire la programmazione.

01 - INTRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL DATA - EN
Radio Mobile EVO is designed to be used on industrial, commercial and residential doors and gates where a safety
edge is installed (resistive or not resistive). Radio receiver RX EVO monitors constantly the state of the transmitters
that are linked to it. When an obstacle is detected the transmitter TX EVO puts its output in a safe state and turns
off the relay on RX EVO.
A maximum of 3 transmitters TX EVO can be linked to each output of RX EVO. Every RX EVO has
2 outputs (OUT R1 and OUT R2). If the program mode 4 (see table 4) is used (TX EVO with double
transmission) every TX EVO occupies two memory slots, one on OUT R1 and one on OUT R2.

02 - BEFORE PROGRAMMING
It’s important to keep a minimum distance of 50cm between TX EVO and RX EVO.
RX EVO must be installed away from other electronic devices and shielding caused by metallic boxes or metal structures.
Before programming, set all the switches in the desired position, as shown on table 2. If the switches setting is modied it will be
necessary to redo the programming.
On TX EVO the battery holder needs to be connected to the board before start programming

04 - SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BATTERIE
Togliere il coperchio della scatola di EVO TX e sostituire le batterie con delle equivalenti nuove, mantenendo la
polarità indicata.
05 - RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
Premere il tasto PROG su TX EVO. Per cinque minuti viene mostrato lo stato dei LED. Nella seguente tabella sono
mostrate le problematiche più comuni.
03 - PROGRAMMAZIONE
1. Tenere premuto il tasto PROG su RX EVO. Si alternano 4 modi di programmazione indicati dall’accensione
dei LED come in tabella 3. Per selezionare il modo desiderato, rilasciare il pulsante PROG in corrispondenza
dell’accensione dei LED corretti.
2. Entro 7 secondi premere il tasto PROG su TX EVO. Emette un suono di conferma associazione tra TX EVO ed
RX EVO; Se durante questa operazione RX EVO emette un suono molto lungo vuol dire che la memoria di
RX EVO è già piena.
3. Premere il tasto PROG su RX EVO per confermare l’associazione oppure attendere 7 secondi per l’uscita
automatica dalla programmazione.
4. Per associare altri TX EVO all’RX EVO ripetere le operazioni dal punto 1.
03 - PROGRAMMING
1. Keep PROG button pressed on RX EVO. Four program modes alternate, this is shown by the alternate
lighting of R1 and R2 LED. (see table 3). To select the desired program mode, release PROG button when
the LED sequence you want appears.
2. Within 7 seconds press PROG button on TX EVO. RX EVO sends a tone to conferm the link between TX EVO
and RX EVO. If during this operation RX EVO emits a very long tone it means that the memory on RX EVO
is full.
3. Press PROG button on RX EVO to conrm link with TX EVO or wait 7 seconds for the automatic exite from
programming.
4. To link more TX EVO to RX EVO repeat the operations from point 1.

06 - NOTE IMPORTANTI
Togliere alimentazione al sistema prima di qualsiasi intervento. Non applicare tensioni diverse da quelle indicate.
Il fabbricante non può ritenersi responsabile di eventuali danni causati dall’utilizzo improprio, errato o irragione-
vole del prodotto.
Il sistema non necessita di manutenzione ma è buona norma vericarne periodicamente le funzionalità.
Installazione e manutenzione devono essere effettuate da personale qualicato.

CCE Srl dichiara che il prodotto RX EVO nella destinazione d’uso prevista è conforme ai requisiti fondamentali
previsti dalla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE, RoHS 2011/65/CE e RED 2014/53/UE.
08 - SMALTIMENTO
Il sistema contiene parti elettroniche e deve quindi essere smaltito nel rispetto della Direttiva RAEE.
06 - IMPORTANT NOTES
Take power supply out before any intervention. Do not apply different voltage than the indicated one.
The manufacturer can’t be held accountable for any damage caused from improper use, erroneous use,
unreasonable use of the product.
The system doesn’t require maintenance, it is however good norm to verify periodically all the functions.
Installation and maintenance has to be done by qualied personnel.
07 - EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
CCE Srl declares that the product RX EVO, in its designed use, complies to the fundamental requirements of
Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE, RoHS 2011/65/CE and RED 2014/53/UE.
08 - DISPOSAL
The system contains electronic parts and have to be disposed following WEEE Directive.
04 - BATTERIES SUBSTITUTION
Open the case of EVO TX and change the batteries with equivalent new ones, keeping the suggested polarity.
05 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Press PROG BUTTON on TX EVO. For ve minutes the LED status is shown. On the following table the most common
issues are shown.
