Dispositivo di protezione ad infrarossi composto da:
- Trasmettitore alimentato a batterie con DIP per selezione funzioni.
- Ricevitori 24V. AC/DC (DBS01 con contatto relè interbloccato,
ad uscita singola), (DBS02, ad uscita doppia), con possibilità di
collegamento per test servizi. 2 LED di segnalazione canale attivo, 2
led di segnalazione batteria scarica.

Prima di procedere all’installazione è necessario:
•Assicurarsi che la tensione di linea sia scollegata.
• Verificare che il punto di fissaggio dell’apparecchiatura- sia
in una zona protetta dagli urti, che le superfici di ancoraggio
siano solide, e che il fissaggio venga fatto con elementi idonei
(viti, tasselli, ecc) alla superficie.
• Predisporre tubazioni e canaline adeguate per il passaggio dei
cavi elettrici garantendone la protezione contro il danneggiamen-
to meccanico.
Installazione

Installazione ricevitore
Rimuovere il coperchio plastico di copertura motore, premere
dall’interno dell coperchio sulla griglia di aereazione, per
sganciarla dal suo alloggiamento originario, come rappresentato
in figura n°1.
Aprire la scheda Ricevitrice, come rappresentato in figura n°2.
Selezionare mediante i dip quale fotodiodo utilizzare, come
rappresentato in figura n°3.
Chiudere la scheda ricevente con l’apposito guscio e con le viti in
dotazione, come rappresentato in figura n°4
Passare il cavo gia collegato al ricevitore e posizionare la mezza
luna con il ricevitore, dove era ubicata la griglia di aereazione,
facendola agganciare bene alla cassa dell’automatismo, in fine
collegare il cavo sulla morsettiera come spiegato nella colonna
affianco 4 . Per automatismi serie BZ tagliare le alette laterali,
come rappresentato in figura n° 5

Prima di incominciare l’installazione del trasmettitore verifi-
care che le distanze tra le due fotocellule rispettino le misure
rappresentate nei disegni seguenti.
• Procedere con il fissaggio dei fondi delle fotocellule,
utilizzando le viti UNI 6954 3.9x32 in dotazione.

Smaltimento: prodotto e imballi sono costituiti da diverse

Batterie ed eventuali altri materiali contenenti sostanze pericolose
vanno invece rimossi e affidati a ditte abilitate al recupero e
smaltimento degli stessi.

Disfunzioni
- Lampeggio di entrambi i led sul ricevitore segnala la batteria
scarica del/i trasmettitore/i
- Led accesi fissi sul ricevitore segnala interruzione del segnale,
disfunzione del trasmettitore o intervento del bordo sensibile.

• Scegliere dove far passare il cavo, se forare il fondo
dell’ricevitore e l’anta del cancello o farlo passare lateralmente
forando il bordo del coperchio del trasmettitore per poi farlo
passare negli apposati incavi della staffa di fissaggio del
bordo sensibile.
• Collegare il bordo sensibile di sicurezza seguendo le
istruzioni riportate nella confezione dello stesso.
N.B. il trasmettitore va collegato al bordo sensibile di
sicurezza sul contattto C.- N.C.
• Chiudere i dispositivi agganciando dall’alto il coperchio e
fissandolo con le viti in dotazione.
• Una volta collegato al bordo sensibile, selezionare il
fotodiodo (vedere modalità ed esempi a pag. 2) e procedere
con l’inserimento delle batterie (n° 4 da 1.5V AAA)
rispettando la polarità riportata sulla scheda.

Before proceeding with the installation, it is necessary to:
• make sure that the mains power is off.
• Check that the product is installed in an area protected from
bumps and that the anchorage surface is solid, and that it is
secured with suitable elements (screws, inserts, etc).
• Install suitable tubes and ducts for electric cable passage to
guarantee protection against mechanical damage.
Installation

Receiver Installation
Remove the plastic motor cover, press the aeration grill from the
inside of the cover in order to dislodge it from the place it was
originally mounted, as shown in figure 1.
Open the Receiver board as shown in figure 2
Use the dip-switches to select which photo diode to use, as
shown in figure 3.
Close the receiver board with the relevant shell and secure with
the screws provided as shown in figure 4.
Take the cable already connected to the Receiver and place the
semicircular plate with the Receiver where the aeration grid was
located, hooking it to the automatic system’s case, and then
connect the cable to the terminal board as instructed in column
4. For BZ series automatic systems, cut off the side wings as
shown in figure 5

Transmitter Installation
Before proceeding with the installation of the transmitter,
make sure the distance between the two photoelectric cells
are the same as the measurements shown in the following
figures.
• Secure the base of the transmitter , using the supplied
UNI6954 3.9x32 screws .

PRODUCT DISPOSAL – Our products and packaging are made
up of various types of materials. Most of them (paper, plastics,
etc.) may be disposed of in normal garbage collection bins and
can be recycled by disposing of in specific recyclable material
collection bins and disposal in authorized centres.
Batteries and any other materials containing hazardous
substances, however, should be removed and given to qualified
service companies for proper disposal.
Prior to disposal, it is always advisable to check specific
regulations in force in the place of disposal.

• Choose the point where the cable should go through, either
making a hole in the bottom of the Receiver and the gate door
or have it go through along the side, making a hole on the
edge of the transmitter’s cover and then passing it through
the hollows of the sensitive edge’s mounting bracket.
• Connect the safety sensitive edge as per the instructions in
the package.
N.B. the transmitter should be connected to the safety
sensitive edge with contact C.- N.C
• Close the device, hooking the cover on from the top and
use the supplied screws to secure it in place.
• Once it has been connected to the sensitive edge, select the
photodiode (see the method and examples on page 2) and
install the batteries (4 x 1.5V AAA) checking the polarity on
the board.

Malfunction
- The two LED indicators flashing on the Receiver mean transmit-
ter dead batteries.
- The two LED indicators giving off steady light on the Receiver
means that the signal has been interrupted, that there is a
transmitter malfunction or that the system has been activated
following the installation of the sensitive edge.

• S’assurer que le courant est coupé.
• Vérifier si le point de fixation de l’appareil est à l’abri des chocs,

Récepteur

Montage du récepteur
Enlever le couvercle en plastique qui recouvre le moteur,
appuyer de l’intérieur du couvercle sur la grille d’aération pour la
décrocher de son logement d’origine, comme représenté sur la
figure n° 1.
Ouvrir la carte du récepteur, comme représenté sur la figure n° 2.
Sélectionner la photodiode à utiliser à l’aide des commutateurs,
comme indiqué sur la figure n° 3.
Fermer la carte du récepteur en remettant la coque prévue à cet
effet et la fixer avec les vis fournies de série, comme indiqué sur
la figure n° 4.
Passer le câble déjà branché au récepteur et placer la demi
lune avec le récepteur où se trouvait la grille d’aération, en
l’accrochant bien au boîtier de l’automatisme. Brancher ensuite
le câble au bornier comme sur la colonne 4 ci-contre. Pour les
automatismes de la série BZ, couper les ailettes latérales comme
indiqué sur la figure n° 5.

Montage de l’émetteur
Avant de commencer à monter l’émetteur, vérifier si la
distance entre les deux photocellules correspond à la mesure
représentée sur les dessins qui suivent.
• Procédez avec la fixation du fond de l’émetteur, en
utilisant les vis UNI 6954 3.9x32 en dotation.

Démolition et élimination
Élimination : l’appareil et l’emballage sont constitués de plusieurs
types de matériaux dont la plupart (papier, plastique, etc.) peuvent
être considérés comme des déchets solides urbains et donc
recyclés après les avoir triés.

• Décider si faire passer le câble en perçant le fond du
récepteur et le battant du portail ou sur le côté en perçant le
bord du couvercle de l’émetteur pour ensuite le faire passer
dans les cavités prévues à cet effet de la bride de fixation du
bord sensible.
• Brancher le bord sensible de sécurité en suivant les
instructions reportées sur l’emballage.
N.B. l’émetteur doit être branché au bord sensible de sécurité
sur le contact C.- N.F.
• Fermez le dispositif en attachant le couvercle en haut et
en le fixant avec les vis en dotation.
• Lorsque vous serez raccordé au bord sensible, sélectionnez
le photodiode (voir modalités et exemples à la page 2) et
procédez avec l’introduction des batteries (4 batteries de
1,5V AAA) en respectant la polarité indiquée sur la carte.

Dysfonctionnements
- Les deux leds qui clignotent sur le récepteur signalent que les
piles de l’émetteur (des émetteurs) sont déchargées.
- Les leds allumés fixement sur le récepteur indiquent l’inter-
ruption du signal, le mauvais fonctionnement de l’émetteur ou
l’intervention du bord sensible.

Vor der Installation:
• Überprüfen, daß die Leitungsspannung unterbrochen ist.
• Überprüfen, daß der Befestigungspunkt für das Gerät in einer
stoßsicheren Zone ist, daß die Verankerungsflächen fest sind,
und daß die Befestigung mit für die Oberfläche angemessenen
Elementen (Schrauben, Dübeln usw.) erfolgt.
• Angemessene Rohrleitungen und Rillen für die elektrischen
Kabel vorsehen und dabei beachten, daß sie gegen mechani-
sche Schäden geschützt sind
Installation

Installation des Empfängers
Den Kunststoffdeckel des Motors entfernen, vom Inneren des
Deckels aus auf das Belüftungsgitter drücken und es aus seinem
ursprünglichen Sitz ausrasten (siehe Abb. 1).
Die Empfängerkarte, wie in Abbildung n° 2 dargestellt, öffnen.
Mit dem DIP die zu benutzende Fotodiode wählen (siehe Abb. n° 3).
Die Empfängerkarte mit der entsprechenden Hülle und den
mitgelieferten Schrauben schließen (siehe Abb. n° 4).
Das bereits angeschlossene Kabel zum Empfänger leiten und die
Halbschale mit dem Empfänger dort anbringen, wo vorher das
Belüftungsgitter seinen Sitz hatte. Dabei ist zu beachten, daß sie
fest an das Automatiksystemgehäuse gekuppelt ist. Letztlich das
Kabel – wie in der nebenstehenden Kolonne 4 erklärt ist – an das
Klemmenbrett anschließen. .Für die Automatiksysteme der Serie
BZ, die seitlichen Flügel abschneiden (siehe Abbildung n° 5).

• den Kabeldurchgang wàhlen, und zwar durch Durchbohren
des Bodens von Empfänger und Türflügel oder durch
seitliches Leiten durch den Deckelrand des Senders und
anschließend in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen des
Befestigungsbügels der empfindlichen Sicherheitskante.
• Die empfindliche Sicherheitskante nach den in der Packung
enthaltenen Anweisungen anschließen.
N.B. der Sender muß auf Kontakt C – N.C. an die
empfindliche Sicherheitskante angeschlossen werden.
• Deckel von oben einstecken und mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben befestigen.
• Nach Anschluss an die Sicherheitsleiste, Photodiode
auswählen (Siehe Vorgehensweise und Beispiele S. 2)
und die Batterien einstecken (4 1,5V AAA). Dabei die
Polangaben auf der Steckkarte beachten.

Störungen
- Das Blinken beider LEDs auf dem Empfänger zeigt an, daß die
Batterie des/der Empfänger entladen ist/sind.
-Das auf dem Empfänger feststehend eingeschaltete LED zeigt
eine Signalunterbrechung, den fehlerhaften Betrieb des Senders
oder das Eingreifen der empfindlichen Kante an.

Antes de proceder con la instalación es necesario:
• Controlar que la tensión de línea esté desconectada.
• Controlar que el punto de fijación del equipo se encuentre en
una zona protegida de golpes, que las superficies de fijación
sean firmes y que la fijación se realice con elementos adecua-
dos (tornillos, tacos, etc.) para la superficie.
• Preparar tuberías y canaletas adecuadas para el paso de los
cables eléctricos, garantizando la protección contra la rotura
mecánica.
Instalación

Instalación del receptor
Quite la tapa de plástico que cubre el motor, presione
desde adentro de la tapa sobre la rejilla de ventilación para
desengancharla de su alojamiento original, tal como se muestra
en la figura n°1.
Abra la tarjeta Receptora, tal como se muestra en la figura n°2
Seleccione con los dips cuál fotodiodo utilizar, tal como se
muestra en la figura n°3.
Cierre la tarjeta receptora con la tapa y con los tornillos
correspondientes, tal como se muestra en la figura n°4
Pase el cable conectado al receptor y coloque la placa con
el receptor donde estaba colocada la rejilla de ventilación,
enganchándola bien a la caja de la automatización, por último,
conecte el cable a la regleta de conexión tal como explicado en la
columna de aquí al lado 4 . Para automatizaciones de la serie BZ,
corte las aletas laterales, tal como se muestra en la figura n° 5

• Elija por dónde pasar el cable, si taladrar el fondo del
receptor y la hoja de la cancela o hacerlo pasar por el
costado, taladrando el borde de la tapa del transmisor y luego
pasarlo por los agujeros del estribo de fijación del borde
sensible.
• Conecte el borde sensible de seguridad siguiendo las
instrucciones indicadas en su embalaje.
N.B. el transmisor se conecta al borde sensible de seguridad
en el contacto C.- N.C.
• Cerrar el dispositivo enganchando la tapa desde arriba y
fijándola con los tornillos de serie.
• Una vez que se ha conectado al borde sensible, seleccionar
el fotodiodo (véase modalidad y ejemplos en la pág. 2) y
colocar las baterías (n° 4 de 1.5V AAA) respetando la
polaridad indicada en la tarjeta.

Problemas
- Parpadean ambos leds en el receptor: señala que la batería está
agotada del o de los transmisores
- Leds encendidos con luz fija en el receptor: señala la inter-
rupción de la señal, problemas en el transmisor o activación del
borde sensible.
