Installazione
⚠Prima di procedere TOGLIERE LA TENSIONE DI LINEA e, se
presenti nell'automazione, scollegare le batterie.
Montaggio del contenitore e della scheda 󱭈
- Con l'aiuto di un trapano aprire i fori presfondati necessari per il
passaggio dei cavi 󱭈①.
- Fissare il contenitore, utilizzando tasselli e/o viti adeguate alla
superficie.
- Inserire la scheda facendola scorrere nell'apposita guida.
NB: Non modificare la posizione dell'antenna.
- Dopo avere eseguito il cablaggio (vedi esempio figura 󱭉), ali-
mentare l’automazione e verificare che i LED WIRELESS lampeg-
gino. Se non lampeggiano, eseguire un RESET della scheda (vedi
procedura).
- Togliere le batterie dagli accessori.
- Memorizzare ogni singolo componente del sistema (vedi istruzioni
degli accessori).
- Procedere con le verifiche funzionali (vedi procedura) e chiudere il
coperchio fissandolo alla base con la vite in dotazione 󱭈②.

LAMP-230 V Ingresso lampeggiatore a 230 V ⑮
⚠Non è possibile collegare contemporaneamente lampeggia-
tori agli ingressi a 24 V AC/DC ⑭e 230 V AC ⑮.
Collegamento ai quadri di comando 󱭉
⚠Collegare sempre il morsetto LAMP ai morsetti W-E1 dei qua-
dri a 230 V 󱭉⑪o l'ingresso 10-E di RIOCT8WS ai morsetti
10-E o 10-E1 dei quadri a 24 V 󱭉⑫.
☞Abilitare sempre il pre-lampeggio.
☞Abilitare il test servizi (se presente).
☞Evitare in generale quelle condizioni in cui ad automazione
ferma il lampeggiatore sia attivo.
Per esempio con funzione C4 abilitata sul quadro CAME, in caso
di fotocellula impegnata, gli accessori RIO resteranno attivi per
tutto il periodo di intervento riducendo la durata delle batterie.
Procedura di RESET
Tenere premuto il pulsante di RESET per circa 10 secondi, fino a
quando i LED WIRELESS lampeggeranno.
NB: Se si sostituisce un dispositivo del sistema, è necessario
procedere con il RESET e la successiva RI-MEMORIZZAZIONE
di tutti i dispositivi del sistema.
Verifiche funzionali
Dare un comando di avvio manovra all’automazione (ogni accesso-
rio RIO emette* un lampeggio blu)
Verificare che RIOLX8WS si attivi.
Provocare una interferenza sulla manovra del cancello e verificare
che i dispositivi RIOPH8WS e/o RIOED8WS attivino la funzione di
sicurezza prevista.
Al termine della manovra, ogni accessorio RIO emetterà* un lam-
peggio rosso ed entrerà in modalità LOW POWER per preservare lo
stato delle batterie.
⚠In modalità LOW POWER, la risposta al test manuale di fun-
zionamento delle fotocellule (un lampeggio blu del LED), risulterà
essere più lenta.
* Se ciò non accade, togliere la tensione di linea e aumentare la
portata/potenza del segnale radio mettendo il jumper 󱭋⑤in
posizione H.

General Precautions
Before installing, carefully read the instructions
and follow the process explained by the man-
ufacturer.
Installing, programming, commissioning and
maintenance of this device must be only done
by qualified, specifically trained technicians,
and in full compliance with any applicable reg-
ulatory provisions, including workplace safety
and waste disposal standards and regulations.
Modifying the project or set up of the device
without first checking with the manufacturer or
authorized dealer may be hazardous.
Came S.p.A. is not liable for any damage
caused if the product is used improperly,
wrongfully or unreasonably.
Before carrying out any cleaning or mainte-
nance operation, disconnect the device from
the power supply.
The equipment must be destined solely for the
use for which it was expressly designed.
Install in state-of-the-art fashion, so that the
casing remains clean and watertight.

Installing
⚠Before continuing, cut o the MAINS POWER SUPPLY and dis-
connect any batteries.
Fitting the casing and control card 󱭈
- Use a drill to perforate the marked holes needed for the cables to
pass through 󱭈①.
- Fasten the casing, using plugs and screws suitable for the surface.
- Fit the card and slide it along its guide.
NB: Do not change the antenna's position.
- Once the cables are laid (see example in figure C), power up the
automation and check that the WIRELESS LEDs are flashing. If they
are not flashing, RESET the card (see the corresponding procedure).
- Remove the batteries from the accessories.
- Save each and every component of the system (see accessories
instructions).
Make the required functional checks (see the corresponding proce-
dure), close the cover and fasten it to the base by using the supplied
screw. 󱭈②.

⚠You cannot simultaneously connect the flashing lights to the
24 V AC/DC and ⑭230 V AC inputs ⑮.
Connection to the control panels. 󱭉
⚠Always connect the LAMP terminal to the W-E1 terminals on
the 230 V panels 󱭉⑪or the 10-E input of the RIOCT8WS to
terminals 10-E or 10-E1 of the 24 V control panels 󱭉⑫.
☞Always enable the pre-flashing.
☞Enable the services test (if present).
☞Generally avoid those conditions in which when the operator
is idle the flashing light is active.
For example, with function C4 enabled on the CAME panel, if the
photocell is engaged, the RIO accessories shall remain active for
the entire intervention period, thus reducing battery life.
RESETTING procedure
Keep the RESET button pressed for 10 seconds, until the WIRELESS
LEDs start flashing.
N.B.: If you replace any device on the system, you will have to
RESET and then again SAVE all of the system devices.
Functional checks
Issue a start command (each RIO accessory will flash * blue)
Make sure that the RIOLX8WS activates.
Obstruct the gate's action and check whether the RIOPH8WS and/
or RIOED8WS devices actually activate the prescribed safety func-
tion.
When the maneuver is complete, each RIO accessory will flash* red
and switch into LOW POWER mode to preserve the batteries.
⚠In LOW POWER mode, the photocells will respond more slow-
ly - the LED flashes blue - to the manual operation test.
* If this does not happen, cut o the mains power supply and
increase the radio signal's range/power by setting the jumper
󱭋⑤to position H.

La modification du projet ou de la configuration
du dispositif sans la consultation du fabricant

⚠Avant toute opération, METTRE HORS TENSION et déconnec-
ter les éventuelles piles.
Installation du boîtier et de la carte 󱭈
- À l’aide d’une perceuse, ouvrir les trous préforés pour le passage
des câbles 󱭈①.
- Fixer le boîtier au moyen de vis et de chevilles appropriées à la
surface.
- Installer la carte en la faisant glisser dans le rail prévu à cet eet.
N.B. : ne pas modifier la position de l’antenne.
- Après avoir eectué le câblage (voir exemple figure 󱭉), mettre
l’automatisme sous tension et s’assurer que les voyants SANS FIL
clignotent bien. S’ils ne clignotent pas, réinitialiser la carte (voir la
procédure correspondante).
- Enlever les piles des accessoires.
- Mémoriser chaque composant du système (voir les instructions
des accessoires).
- Eectuer les contrôles fonctionnels (voir procédure correspon-
dante) et fermer le couvercle en le fixant à la base à l’aide de la
vis fournie 󱭈②.

⚠Il est impossible de connecter en même temps des cligno-
tants aux entrées 24 VAC/DC ⑭et 230 VAC ⑮.
Connexion aux armoires de commande 󱭉
⚠Toujours connecter la borne LAMP aux bornes W-E1 des ar-
moires 230 V 󱭉⑪ou l'entrée 10-E de RIOCT8WS aux bornes
10-E ou 10-E1 des armoires 24 V 󱭉⑫.
☞Toujours activer le préclignotement.
☞Activer l'éventuel test services.
☞Éviter, de façon générale, que le clignotant soit activé lorsque
l'automatisme est arrêté.
Par exemple, avec fonction C4 activée sur l'armoire CAME, en
cas de photocellule engagée, les accessoires RIO resteront acti-
vés durant toute l'intervention, ce qui réduira la durée des piles.
Procédure de RÉINITIALISATION
Maintenir le bouton RESET enfoncé pendant environ 10 secondes
jusqu’à ce que les voyants SANS FIL clignotent.
N.B. : en cas de remplacement d’un dispositif du système, il
faut eectuer la RÉINITIALISATION puis la REMÉMORISATION
de tous les dispositifs du système.
Contrôle du fonctionnement
Envoyer une commande de lancement de la manœuvre à l’automa-
tisme (chaque accessoire RIO émet* un clignotement bleu).
S’assurer de l’activation eective de RIOLX8WS.
Provoquer une interférence sur la manœuvre du portail et contrô-
ler que les dispositifs RIOPH8WS et/ou RIOED8WS activent bien la
fonction de sécurité prévue.
Au terme de la manœuvre, chaque accessoire RIO émettra* un
clignotement rouge et passera en modalité LOW POWER pour pré-
server l’état des piles.
⚠En modalité LOW POWER, la réponse au test manuel de fonc-
tionnement des photocellules (un clignotement bleu du voyant)
sera plus lente.
* Dans le cas contraire, mettre hors tension et augmenter la por-
tée/puissance du signal radio en positionnant le cavalier 󱭋⑤
sur H.

Перед началом работ по монтажу внима-
тельно ознакомьтесь с инструкциями и вы-
полните установку согласно рекомендациям
производителя.
Установка, программирование, ввод в
эксплуатацию и обслуживание устрой-
ства должны выполняться только квали-
фицированным и специально обученным
персоналом с соблюдением действующих
стандартов, включая требования по охране
труда, технике безопасности и утилизации
упаковки. Изменение в проекте или кон-
фигурации устройства без консультации с
фирмой-изготовителем или ее уполномо-
ченным представителем может привести к
опасным ситуациям.
CAME S.p.А. не несет никакой ответствен-
ности за ущерб, нанесенный неправиль-
ным, ошибочным или небрежным использо-
ванием изделия.
Обесточьте устройство перед выполнением
работ по чистке и техобслуживанию.
Устройство следует использовать исключи-
тельно по назначению.

Монтаж
⚠Перед тем как продолжить, ОТКЛЮЧИТЕ ЭЛЕКТРОПИТАНИЕ и
вытащите аккумуляторы при их наличии.
Монтаж корпуса и платы 󱭈
- Просверлите отверстия для прокладки кабелей в предварительно
размеченных местах 󱭈①.
- Закрепите корпус дюбелями и/или винтами с учетом типа мон-
тажной поверхности.
- Вставьте плату, перемещая ее вдоль специальной направляющей.
ВАЖНО: не меняйте положение антенны.
- После прокладки кабелей (см. рисунок 󱭉) подайте электропита-
ние на автоматику и проверьте, чтобы светодиодные индикаторы
БЕСПРОВОДНОГО СОЕДИНЕНИЯ мигали. Если индикаторы не мига-
ют, выполните RESET («СБРОС») платы (см. процедуру).
- Вытащите батареи из аксессуаров.
- Выполните запоминание каждого отдельного компонента системы
(см. технические инструкции на аксессуары).
- Выполните функциональные проверки (см. процедуру) и закройте
крышку, прикрепив ее к основанию прилагаемым саморезом 󱭈②.

⚠Невозможно одновременно подключить сигнальные лампы к
входам ~/=24 В ⑭и ~230 В ⑮.
Подключение к блокам управления 󱭉
⚠Всегда подключайте контакт LAMP к контактам W-E1 блоков
управления 230 В 󱭉⑪или вход 10-E устройства RIOCT8WS к
контактам 10-E или 10-E1 блоков управления 24 В 󱭉⑫.
☞ Функция «Предварительное включение сигнальной лампы»
должна быть всегда включена.
☞ Включите функцию самодиагностики устройств безопасно-
сти (при наличии).
☞Старайтесь избегать ситуаций, в которых, при остановленной
автоматике, сигнальная лампа продолжает гореть.
Например, если на блоке управления CAME включена функция
C4 и срабатывают фотоэлементы, аксессуары RIO остаются
включенными на протяжении всего времени срабатывания, что
приводит к сокращению срока службы батарей.
Процедура СБРОСА
Нажмите и удерживайте кнопку СБРОСА около 10 секунд, пока
светодиодные индикаторы БЕСПРОВОДНОГО СОЕДИНЕНИЯ не за-
мигают.
ВАЖНО: при замене устройства системы необходимо произ-
вести СБРОС и последующее ПОВТОРНОЕ ЗАПОМИНАНИЕ всех
устройств системы.
Функциональные проверки
Подайте команду на начало движения автоматики (индикаторы на
всех аксессуарах RIO мигнут* синим один раз).
Проверьте, чтобы RIOLX8WS были включены.
Создайте искусственную помеху для движения ворот и проверьте,
чтобы устройства RIOPH8WS и/или RIOED8WS активировали пред-
усмотренную функцию безопасности.
По завершении движения светодиодные индикаторы на всех ак-
сессуарах RIO мигнут* красным, и устройства перейдут в РЕЖИМ
ЭНЕРГОСБЕРЕЖЕНИЯ для сохранения заряда батарей.
⚠В режиме энергосбережения получение результатов ручной
самодиагностики фотоэлементов (мигание светодиодных инди-
каторов синим) будет более медленным.
* Если этого не происходит, отключите сетевое электропитание и
увеличьте дальность действия/мощность радиосигнала, устано-
вив перемычку 󱭋⑤в положение H.
